Abstract

Background: Typhoid fever still become the problem of society health in Indonesia with the incident between 350-180 case of per 100.000 resident and CFR gyrate 3%. This disease is pertained by a contagion which can groan the many people. Typhoid fever represent the acute infection disease is which is because of germ of Salmonella Typhi. Patient of typhoid Fever later can become the carrier and relapsing/relaps can be the happened. Factors causing the typhoid fever of recurrence for example : (1) immunity circumstance/endurance body of somebody, (2) personal hygiene which less be environmental though good generally, (3) consumption of food and beverage which risk (not yet cook/braise, lighted upon by the fly, not paid attention to its hygiene), (4) life style, (5) stress, etcetera The main purpose of this research is : to find out the the relationship of immune respon and stress with the relapse level of tifoid fever at the society in region of Puskesmas Colomadu Karanganyar. The research method of this research is: use the descriptive desain research of corelatif with the device of cross sectional.Population of this research are all tifoid patients who are came on Puskesmas Colomadu in 2008, that are 130 patients. The technicall sampling of this research is purposive sampling with 43 patients. The technicall data collecting to be used on this research is by quesioner and interview to the patients, this quesioner include the immune respon, stress and relapse level of tifoid. The best conclude on this research: hypothesis test conducted by a data analysis with the analysis bivariate crosstabulation hence result of value Chi-Square ( X²) to The Chi Square (X²) value for the relationship of immune respon and relapse level of tifoid is 31,279. With the sifnificant level 0,013 that is more smaller than 0,05 so on this case the Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, so its concluded that there is have a good relationship between immune respon and relapse level of tifoid. The Chi Square (X²) value for stress and relapse level of tifoid is 22,598 with significant level 0,021 smaller than 0,05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This research is its found that there is have a good relationship of immune respon and stress with the relapse level of tifoid fever at the society in region of Puskesmas Colomadu Karanganyar.

Abstract

An elementary school is a learning environment that serves as a springboard for kids' development into Pancasila-like individuals. Because the only source of revenue is school operational aid, students have difficulty finding other sources of income. It is impossible to optimize the financing components to improve reading literacy. This occurs as a result of the fact that educational policies influence school financial policies. The dualism of rules, notably the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Culture, must also be considered when discussing financing. As a result, determining the efficacy of reading literacy development programs is difficult. Based on this description, a Financial Management Strategy for Improving the Quality of Reading Literacy is required. This research aims to show how strategic planning is employed, how the strategy is implemented, and what the results of the financial management strategy are. This study takes a qualitative approach and uses the case study method. The research found that the school, in collaboration with the parents' association, conducts strategic planning, and the committee is planning the optimization of the school library, which is managed by teachers and associations, as well as the activation of book maintenance, which is charged to the borrower. During the implementation of this technique, the parents' association takes turns as a library manager, manages the agreement's results on maintenance fees, and teachers merely assist with reading and writing activities, as well as school literacy competitions. As a result of this technique, pupils are more familiar with reading literacy exercises, and libraries that were previously unaccredited are now accredited.

Abstract

Implementing an inclusive approach in elementary schools helps provide a learning environment that accommodates the needs of all students. This study aimed to examine the principal's competence when planning inclusive education programs to enhance teachers' performance in Ciamis Regency's elementary schools. The research methodology employed in this study was a case study approach, utilizing data collection approaches such as interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. The results of this study indicate that effective program planning necessitates the presence of a well-defined plan, and it is imperative for every principal to develop the strategic plan in order to execute the planned program successfully. There needs to be an individual responsible for overseeing the program implementation process and ensuring that the principal remains focused on the activities related to inclusion procedures. The principal's role as an educational planner in inclusive schools involves meticulous academic preparation for the annual program, semester program, and evaluation, which enables effective management. Principals oversee, advise, and administer human resources, facilities, and infrastructure. They cultivate a nurturing school climate, offer guidance to school staff, and implement engaging, inclusive learning approaches. At last, when it comes to educational planning, principals have effectively developed programs, services, infrastructure, and coaching to enhance teachers' performance in inclusive schools.

Abstract

Purpose of this study is to assess the influences among service quality, facility and location to stay decision use service inn on The Bountie Hotel and Convention Center Sukabumi. This is a quantitative-descriptive research using multiple linear regression test. The sampling technique used the probability sampling, simple random sampling, and sampled customers who stayed and was calculated using Slovin formula. As for sample which in set in research this is 100 consumers had stayed at this hotel. Collection data method used on this study by questionnaire corresponding with criteria study. The result of this study shows that (1) service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay, (2) facilities s have a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay, (3) location has a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay and (4) service quality, facilities and location altogether have positive and significant effect on the decision to stay at The Bountie Hotel and Convention Center Sukabumi. Abstract

The rapid digitization of healthcare has intensified concerns about data security, patient privacy, and system interoperability. This narrative review critically examines the potential and challenges of blockchain technology in addressing these issues. A systematic search was conducted in Scopus, PubMed, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar, focusing on studies published between 2019 and 2025 that explored blockchain applications in healthcare data security. The evidence indicates that blockchain provides tamper-proof storage of electronic health records, strengthens patient control through permissioned access, and enables transparent audit trails. Compared to conventional technologies, blockchain demonstrates stronger resilience against cyberattacks and enhances interoperability across fragmented systems. Integration with Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things further improves real-time analytics and secure device communication. However, barriers such as scalability constraints, high costs, regulatory uncertainty, and limited institutional expertise hinder its widespread adoption. These challenges are particularly acute in low- and middle-income countries with limited infrastructure. The findings highlight the need for supportive policies, sustainable funding, and workforce training to enable equitable implementation. This review contributes by synthesizing current evidence, clarifying systemic barriers, and outlining strategies for responsible blockchain integration in healthcare systems.
