Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap manajemen kepala madrasah dalam pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19 di MIN 3 Tanah Datar terkait dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian lapangan. Informan penelitian berjumlah 3 orang: Kepala madrasah, wakil madrasah bidang kurikulum, dan guru madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunujukan: 1) Tahapan perencanaan diketahui bahwa kepala madrasah telah melaksakan tugasnya terkait dengan a) peningkatan kemampuan siswa dengan cara mengevaluasi pembelajaran daring menjadi luring dengan membagi mereka kedalam kelompok berdasarkan kemampuannya untuk mencapai SKL & KD, b) memaksimalkan pembelajaran daring menganalisis dan melakukan remedial kepada siswa yang memiliki skor di bawah KKM, c) selanjutnya adalah menugaskan wakil kurikulum untuk membagi tugas guru dalam membuat model, perangkat, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Sementara untuk wali kelas, dia memiliki tanggungjawab lebih dengan tambahan mensosialisasikan apa yang telah dirancang guru kepada orang tua murid; 2) Berkaitan dengan tahapan pelaksanaan, adanya upaya kepala madrasah telah melaksakan tugasnya berkaitan dengan beberapa hal, yaitu: a) upaya dalam memberikan ruang bagi guru untuk meningkatkan keahlian mengajarnya melalui keikutserataannya dalam pelatihan-pelatihan dan seminar-seminar, b) upaya motivasi yang dilakukan kepala madrasah terhadap guru terkait tujuan pembelajaran; 3) Berkaitan dengan tahapan pengawasan, kepala madrasah telah melakukan pengawasan baik lansung maupun tidak. Pengawasan lansung berupa masuk ke kelas-kelas, Sedangkan tidak lansung dilakukan melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada forum rapat yang dilakukan.

Abstract

The management of special services in school libraries in general aims to provide smoothness to the learning process and to meet the needs of learners for learning reference sources. In order for the purpose of learning and education in schools to be achieved, the library plays an important role in supporting the implementation of learning to take place successfully. Library management must be planned, organized, and controlled so that library functions can be utilized optimally by providing excellent service to its users. The forms of services in the library are circulation services, reference services and information services. With the use of advances in library technology, it has an INLISlite automation system that makes it easier to manage library services. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies as a data collection technique. This research is expected to be a reference for other libraries that have not implemented INLISlite automation.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris merupakan proses belajar mengajar dengan tujuan memperoleh kemampuan penggunaan bahasa Inggris secara efektif. Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai pendekatan dan teknik pembelajaran yang dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan belajar dan karakteristik siswa, seperti metode audio-lingual, komunikatif, dan tayangan audiovisual. Penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi menciptakan keragaman di dalam kelas dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada setiap murid untuk mencapai pemahaman konten, mengolah ide-ide, dan meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka secara individual. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan melihat penerapan pendekatan berdiferensiasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode yang dipakai adalah literatur review atau tinjauan pustaka. Literatur review ini menggunakan artikel dan jurnal yang terbit dari rentang tahun 2017-2023 yang dapat diakses dengan teks lengkap berbentuk format PDF menggunakan mesin pencarian Google Scholar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pendekatan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat diterapkan pada mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris karena bisa mengakomodasi kebutuhan belajar siswa dengan mempertimbangkan kesiapan belajar ( readiness), minat ( interest), profil atau gaya belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the history of curriculum development in Indonesia, several times there has been a change of curriculum which has certainly had an impact on the education process in Indonesia where we know that the curriculum is an important element in the education process in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through library research which involves collecting information and data from various sources in the library such as reference books, relevant previous research results, articles, related notes and including journals related to the topic to be resolved. The curriculum in Indonesia after Indonesian independence in 1945 underwent 9 changes including 1947, 1952, 1964, 1968, 1975, 1984, 1994, 2004, 2006 and 2013. Curriculum development is based on several factors, namely first. The challenges of the future are globalization, environmental problems and technological advances, convergence of science and technology and business, industrial revival. Creative industry and culture of global economic change, quality. Second, future skills are communication skills, clear and critical thinking and critical, creative and critical thinking skills and skills.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the curriculum management process in improving the quality of education at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method. Sources of data in this study were principals, representatives of the curriculum and teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by means of interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results obtained are that curriculum planning is carried out through workshop activities held at the beginning of the new school year as an effort to implement the curriculum that will be applied in the next academic year, then the implementation of the curriculum is seen from the distribution of local content and subjects as well as the ongoing education process in one year. of the teaching, curriculum evaluation is carried out in workshop activities along with the curriculum planning process and learning process for the next academic year. Abstract

At the present time education is an aspect of life that has renewal to be discussed because it is a dimension that cannot be separated from the development of human activity as a social being with many reforms in the world of education the need for extracurricular activities to support student achievement which is useful in the future . The diversity of leadership, locations and extracurricular activities at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri throughout Tanah Datar district. This study aims to explain the process of the planning function in the management of extracurricular activities in MAN throughout Tanah Datar regency. This study used a qualitative approach which took place at MANs throughout Tanah Datar Regency. Informants from this study were Madrasah Principals, Deputy Madrasah Heads for Student Affairs and Superintendents of extracurricular activities except for MAN 1 Tanah Datar, only Deputy Head of Madrasahs for Student Affairs because the answers were concurrently Heads of Madrasahs and Extracurricular Advisors . Data collection is done by interview. The data obtained was analyzed with several stages of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Researchers use triangulation of sources and use references in guaranteeing the validity of the data. The findings of the research results can be stated that the implementation of the planning function in the management of extracurricular activities in MAN throughout Tanah Datar Regency has been implemented well in general. However, in some planning processes have not gone well. As in the madrasa forecasting process, it only mentions the objectives of the extracurricular activities carried out, the program implementation strategy, the budget, and policy interpretation

Abstract

Planning is a process of describe an activities that will be done later in order to achieve the goals that have been set. In the world of education, planning of facilities and infrastructure is very necessary in improving the quality of student learning. Facilities are tools or facilities that are used directly in an activity, while infrastructure is the physical structure and basic facilities that support the operation of these facilities. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, including field surveys, interviews with stakeholders, and analysis of data from various sources. The results of the study indicate that complete and advanced facilities and infrastructure have a positive correlation with improving the quality of learning and improving students' abilities in achieving learning goals. This study concludes that investment in planning and managing facilities and infrastructure is a priority for Madrasahs in improving educational progress.
