Abstract

Abstrak: Manajemen sumber daya manusia berkaitan dengan kapasitas manusia untuk bekerja keras dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang akan ditetapkan untuk mereka oleh bisnis tertentu, karyawan individu, atau komunitas. SDIT Qurrata A’yun merupakan sekolah vaforit yang ditandai dengan jumlah peserta didik yNg sangat banyak dibandingkan dengan jumlah peserta didik di sekolah-sekolah dasar lain yang terdapat di kabupaten Tanah Datar baik SD negeri maupun SD swasta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk melihat bagaimana manajemen sumber daya manusia di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Batusangkar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis studi kasus, yaitu penelitian yang mendeskripsikan atau mengambarkan objek penelitian apa adanya sesuai  dengan data yang ditemukan dilapangan. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah yang langsung dijadikan sampel penelitian teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Informan di dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan pengurus yayasan. Teknik pengumpulan data dapat dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuisioner dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data kualitatif dimulai dari pengumpulan data, menganalisis data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Batusangkar sudah sangat baik, efektif dan efisien yang dilihat dari tingginya animo masyarakat untuk mempercayakan anaknya sekolah di SDIT Qurrata A’yun Batusangakar.  Abstract: Human resource management is concerned with the capacity of people to work hard in order to achieve the goals that will be set for them by a particular business, individual employee, or community. SDIT Qurrata A'yun is a favorite school which is characterized by a very large number of students compared to the number of students in other elementary schools in Tanah Datar district, both public and private elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to see how human resource management at SDIT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar is. This study uses a qualitative method of case study type, namely research that describes or describes the object of research as it is in accordance with the data found in the field. The population in this study was the principal who was directly used as a sample for the research sampling technique using the census method. Informants in this study were principals, teachers and foundation administrators. Data collection techniques can be done by interviews, questionnaires and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data starting from collecting data, analyzing data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that human resource management at SDIT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar is very good, effective and efficient as seen from the high public interest in entrusting their children to school at SDIT Qurrata A'yun Batusangakar.

Abstract

The main problem in this thesis is about the role of the Head of Office in Implementing the Bureaucratic Reform Integrity Zone (ZI-RB) at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the head of the office in implementing the integrity zone of bureaucratic reform and how the division of duties of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency.The type of research that the author uses is a type of field research or field research, to obtain data from the problems studied. The data collection technique of this research was obtained from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique that the writer uses is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the data that the author uses is persistence of observation, triangulation and using reference materials, then describes and classifies certain aspects of the problem and describes it through effective sentences.Based on research conducted in the field on the role of the head of the office in implementing the Bureaucratic Reform Integrity Zone at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency, the head of the office has shown his role well and has done according to his ability in carrying out activities to make the office an integrity zone of bureaucratic reform. Abstract

This study aims to describe the curriculum management process in improving the quality of education at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method. Sources of data in this study were principals, representatives of the curriculum and teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by means of interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results obtained are that curriculum planning is carried out through workshop activities held at the beginning of the new school year as an effort to implement the curriculum that will be applied in the next academic year, then the implementation of the curriculum is seen from the distribution of local content and subjects as well as the ongoing education process in one year. of the teaching, curriculum evaluation is carried out in workshop activities along with the curriculum planning process and learning process for the next academic year. Abstract

Penelitian. .ini. .bertujuan. untuk menjelaskan media sosial apa saja yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam perekrutan peserta didik baru di SMPN 03 Pariangan. Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah penelitian lapangan. field research yang dikenal dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti ialah melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengelolaan data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif, kemudian diuraikan berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan dengan menggunakan kalimat yang efektif yang berpedoman kepada Ejaan Yang Disempurnakan (EYD). Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan Wakil Kepala Sekolah SMPN 03 Pariangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk melihat keabsahan datanya, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi teknis. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti bahwasanya strategi yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk merekrut peserta didik baru di SMPN 03 Pariangan yaitunya menggunakan aplikasi Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapss Group dan Youtube. Penggunaan media sosial tersebut tentu sangat membantu sekolah dalam merekrut peserta didik baru sehingga bagi calon siswa baru yang ingin melanjutkan pendidikan ke SMP, bisa dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai profil beserta keunggulan sekolah yang dimiliki oleh SMPN 03 Pariangan.

Abstract

This study aimed at describing the leadership strategy of women principal. This research was done in UPT SDN 20 Baringin, Tanah Datar. The approach used in this research was a case study. Results of the study in improving the quality of education in UPT SDN 20 Baringin, Tanah Datar include a good per sonal approach with all stakeholders of the school; planning the school with the greatest extent possible, analyze the challenges, barriers and opportunities in the future; establish good cooperation with all educators, empowering educational effort through cooperation, provide an opportunity to improve educators’ practices, and encourage the involvement of the educators on supporting the programs of the school. These results have implications for teachers maximizing existing facilities and infrastructure to maximize the learning process, and schools already have cultural values ​​such as a culture of politeness in speaking, dressing and all aspects of life.

Abstract

Human resource transformation in educational institutions is a strategic step taken to enhance the quality and performance of the institution in response to evolving changes. In an ever-changing education landscape, human resources play a crucial role in creating an optimal learning environment and effectively meeting the needs of students. This article highlights the importance of human resource transformation in educational institutions and the impact it can have when implemented successfully. The transformation of human resources encompasses various aspects, ranging from recruitment, selection, development, to performance management. Educational institutions need to employ effective strategies to recruit qualified individuals who are committed to delivering quality education to students. Additionally, careful selection is essential to ensure that candidates possess the necessary qualifications aligned with the institution's needs. Performance management is another critical aspect to consider in human resource transformation. Educational institutions should have transparent and continuous performance evaluation systems to assess individual performance and provide constructive feedback. By ensuring objective performance assessments and providing appropriate support, educational institutions can encourage educators and staff to enhance the quality of teaching and educational services overall. This article presents the concepts and benefits of human resource transformation in educational institutions, offering guidance for institutions to adopt best practices and drive sustainable changes to improve the quality and performance of the institution.
