Abstract

Teori konstruktivisme menyatakan bahwa manusia adalah pembuat makna dalam hidupnya dan membangun realitasnya sendiri. Dalam berbagai pendekatan konseling yang berada di bawah payung filsafat konstruktivisme, konseli dipandang sebagai partisipan aktif yang menciptakan dan menentukan jalan hidupnya sendiri. Bimbingan konseling dalam prespektif konstruktivisme tidak berfokus pada hal yang salah dengan konseli, tetapi memperhatikan kekuatan seesorang, seperti potensi, tujuan, harapan, dan impian konseli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan memberikan gambaran mengenai bagaimana implementasi teori konstruktivisme dalam praktik bimbingan konseling di MTs Al-Hakim Caringin Kabupaten Sukabumi. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kajian dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa implementasi pendekatan kontruktivisme dalam layanan bimbingan konseling di MTs Al-Hakim Caringin Kabupaten Sukabumi dilaksanakan dengan mempraktikkan beberapa pendekatan konseling konstruktivisme yaitu Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy dan therapy Naratif. Pendekatan-pendekatan tersebut dilaksanakan guru Bimbingan Konseling dengan berfokus pada Kekuatan atau potensi yang dimiliki oleh konseli dan berfokus pada masa depan dan optimis terhadap kemampuan konseli dalam membuat perubahan yang positif dan lebih baik ke depannya.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition from childhood to adulthood characterized by significant physical, emotional and social changes. Physical and emotional changes that occur in adolescence form a new self-image for adolescents, especially in terms of body image. Body Image is a sensitive and complex issue that affects many individuals, especially women. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach is one of the approaches used to intervene body image problems. This literature review aims to map various studies on the intervention of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach in the body image problems of adolescent girls. This research uses a literature review method or literature study. Literature review technique or literature study with sources from google scholar database, sagepub, researchgate, PubMed and Wiley. The results obtained 25,254 journals related to three keywords namely "cognitive behavioral therapy", "body image" and "adolescent".  After analyzing, there were 22 journals that became the source of the literature review. The results of the literature study indicate that cognitive behavior therapy is a technique that has significant effectiveness in intervening in problems body image in adolescent girls.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is a professional service in educational units carried out by professional educators, namely counselors or guidance and counseling teachers who have competency standards that must be met for effective and efficient services. Regulation of the Minister of National Education no. 27 of 2008 concerning Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies has explained in full. Group counseling is a counseling service provided to several counselees in a group setting by utilizing group dynamics to learn from each other's experiences. This study uses a literature review research method using 3 keywords namely Counselor Competensies; Counselor School; Group Counseling. The results of the literature study obtained 4 suitable articles.
