Abstract

Problems in infantdevelopment can occur especially in the first years of life, so it is necessary to have early detection of deviations in infant development so that appropriate prevention and intervention efforts can be made Early detection can be carried out by professional cadres, families, especially mothers as the closest people. (Utami, 2016) The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and mother’s attitude about balanced nutrition with the development of infants aged 6-12 months in the working area of the Lubuk Alung Health Center.The scope of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and mother’s attitude about balanced nutrition with the development of infants agend 6-12 months in the working area of the Lubuk Alung Health Center..the independent variable is the development of infants aged 6-12 months. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional study design. This research was carried out in September 2022 in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Work Area. The population of this study was the parents of 115 babies with a total sample of 54 people. Analysis of the results of the study was carried out univariate and bivariate or computerized.The results showed that more than half of 24 (44,4%) respondents had a moderate level of knowledge, half of 29 (53,7%) respondents had a negative attitude, more than half of 30 (55,6%) respondents had stimulation of infant motor developmentabnormal, there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the provision of stimulation for infant motor development, there is a significant relationship between attitudes and the provision of stimulation for infant motor development in the Lubuk Alung Health Center Working Area in 2022.The results of the research are expected that health workers can intensify their outreach to mothers during posyandu and when mothers make visits to puskesmas.

Abstract

Circumcision or minor surgery, has long been known in human culture. Circumcision is a simple surgical procedure in which the skin of the penis is cut to remove the folds of skin that normally cover the head of the penis. Circumcision is a surgical procedure that removes the foreskin of the penis for medical purposes. Providing information on the level of anxiety in elementary school children before circumcision, a community service activity, aims to reduce students' anxiety in dealing with circumcision or circumcision. This community service was carried out at SDN 27 VII Koto Sungai Sarik, Padang Pariaman Regency. The evaluation of the activities was analyzed using pre and posttests regarding the level of anxiety of students in facing circumcision or circumcision. before being given information about circumcision or circumcision, after being given information about circumcision, most of the students 66.7% were no longer worried about facing circumcision. It can be concluded that providing information about circumcision or circumcision is very necessary for students as an effort to reduce anxiety in dealing with circumcision or circumcision

Abstract

Pemulihan pascabencana tidak hanya membutuhkan rehabilitasi fisik, tetapi juga pemulihan akses masyarakat terhadap perlindungan hak dan layanan kesehatan dasar. Nagari Katapiang, Kecamatan Batang Anai, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman merupakan wilayah yang memiliki kerentanan terhadap bencana hidrometeorologi, khususnya banjir dan banjir bandang. Pascabencana, masyarakat menghadapi berbagai persoalan dalam memperoleh perlindungan hukum, akses layanan publik, bantuan sosial, serta layanan kesehatan dasar. Meskipun telah dibentuk Pos Bantuan Hukum (Posbakum) di tingkat nagari, fungsi Posbakum masih bersifat administratif dan belum didukung secara optimal oleh prosedur operasional serta kapasitas pengelola. Pada sisi lain, layanan kesehatan masyarakat melalui Posyandu juga memerlukan penguatan, khususnya dalam edukasi kesehatan pascabencana, pemantauan kelompok rentan, dan mekanisme rujukan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas perangkat nagari dan kader Posyandu melalui pendekatan layanan hukum dan kesehatan berbasis komunitas yang terintegrasi. Program meliputi pelatihan paralegal dasar, penyusunan dan penerapan standar operasional prosedur Posbakum, penyediaan perangkat layanan hukum, pelatihan kesehatan pascabencana bagi kader Posyandu, edukasi hak kesehatan, serta penguatan mekanisme rujukan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, diskusi berbasis kasus, simulasi, pendampingan, monitoring, dan evaluasi pre-post. Model layanan terintegrasi ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat akses masyarakat terhadap perlindungan hukum dan layanan kesehatan dasar sekaligus mendukung pemulihan sosial masyarakat terdampak bencana secara berkelanjutan.
