Abstract

This research aims to discuss the influence of the implementation of Tarbiyah Islāmiyah on morality at the Makassar College of Islamic and Arabic Sciences (STIBA). The main issue discussed is how much influence the implementation of Tarbiyah Islāmiyah has on students at the Makassar College of Islamic and Arabic Sciences (STIBA), with sub-problems, namely: 1) How to describe the implementation of tarbiyah rūhiyah at STIBA Makassar; 2) How to describe the implementation of tarbiyah ṡaqafiyah in STIBA Makassar; 3) How to describe the implementation of tarbiyah jasadiyah in STIBA Makassar; 4) How is the description of the morality of STIBA Makassar students; and 5) How much influence the implementation of tarbiyah rūhiyah on students' morality at STIBA in Makassar; (6) the effect of the implementation of tarbiyah ṡaqāfiyah on morality karimah, Based on the results of the study obtained regression equation Ŷ = 117,506 + 0.552X_1 and the value of F_hitung greater than the value of F_tabel (11,575>2.70), with a sig value smaller than 0.05 (0.005<0.05), this indicates that the implementation of tarbiyah ṡaqāfiyah has an influence on akhlakul karimah with a determination rate of 11.1%; (7) the effect of the implementation of tarbiyah jasadiyah on moral karimah, based on the results of research obtained regression equations Ŷ = 84,742 + 0.711X_1, and the value of F_hitung greater than the value of F_tabel (20,551>2.70), with a sig value smaller than 0.05 (0.005<0.05), this shows that the implementation of tarbiyah jasadiyah has an influence on karimah morality with a determination rate of 18.1%; and (8) the influence of the implementation of tarbiyah rūhiyah, tarbiyah ṡaqāfiyah, and tarbiyah jasadiyah together against morality karimah, based on the results of research obtained regression equation Ŷ = 49,626 +0.303X_1 +0.388X_2 +0.280X_3, and the value of F_hitung> F_tabel (9,807>2.47) with a sig value smaller than 0.05 (0.005<0.05), this shows that the implementation of tarbiyah rūhiyah, tarbiyah ṡaqāfiyah, and tarbiyah jasadiyah together has an influence on morality with the level of determination 21.9%. Implications of this study on student morality, that 1) the construction of morality of students in universities can be done through the Islāmiyah tarbiyah program as an extracurricular activity; 2) The application of student moral development can be done through the integration of the process of strengthening; 3) In intervening in the implementation of the Islāmiyah tarbiyah program at universities can be applied by making rules and signs of morality both on campus and off campus.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and understand the form of distribution of zakat funds for productive activities and public benefit in the view of Islamic law. The problems that the authors raise in this study are; First, what form is the distribution of zakat funds for productive activities and public benefit? Second, how is the review of Islamic law regarding the distribution of zakat funds for productive activities? Third, how is the review of Islamic law regarding the distribution of zakat funds for public benefit? This research is a qualitative descriptive research (non-statistical), which focuses on the study of manuscripts and texts, using normative and historical approaches and using deductive and comparative analysis methods. The research results found are as follows; The distribution of zakat funds for productive activities is divided into two forms, namely: non-investment and investment. Meanwhile, the form of distribution of zakat funds for the public benefit is that zakat is distributed to other than mustahik mentioned by Allah SWT. such as building bridges, repairing roads, and so on. The distribution of zakat funds is permitted in other forms as needed, productive goods such as goats, razors, etc., as well as in the form of business capital if the distribution is disbursed directly to the mustahik (non-investment).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the laws of buying and selling followers on Instagram social media in the perspective of the four schools of thought and to conduct a comparative study of the opinions of the four schools of thought. The type of research used is library research, with a normative and philosophical approach. The results of the study show that: (1) the practice of buying and selling Instagram followers is illegal and this sale and purchase is a fraud. The reason for the invalidity of this practice is the non-fulfillment of the terms of the object of the contract, that is, the goods being traded must be fully owned by the seller, whereas in the buying and selling of followers, the seller is not the owner of the object of the contract and the shape of the object cannot be seen by both parties; (2) the jury of scholars differed on this type of ba'i, especially on the object of the contract which does not belong to the seller. The Syafii and Hambali schools say that it is invalid or unlawful even though they obtain permission from the representative or the owner, while the Hanafi and Maliki schools say that it is legal or permissible but is mauqūf (depending) on the willingness of the authorities (the owner or guardian). Jumhur scholars differ on the object of the contract that is not visible. The Shafi School says it is invalid or unlawful, while the Malik School and Hanafi School say it is permissible, but it is necessary to state the nature of the goods, and the buyer has the khiar to carry out or refuse the sale and purchase.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) Batch V of STIBA Makassar students aims to increase Islamic knowledge and religious skills in the people of Bonto Bunga Village, Mocongloe District, Maros Regency. Implementation of activities begins with mapping problems and needs using SOAR analysis. After analyzing the problems and needs, work programs are then prepared according to the needs of the community as a form of community service (PkM). The stages of PkM activities include: the observation stage, the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the mentoring stage, and the evaluation stage. Some of the programs/activities that have been successfully implemented are: Al-Qur'an Teaching (Kindergarten/TPA, Youth, and Adult Levels), Teaching Activities in Schools, Spreading Al-Qur'an, and “Tabligh Akbar” Preparation for Ramadan. From these activities, the enthusiasm and support from elements of the village government, the majelis taklim, and the community for the activities was quite large. The community feels the benefits after participating in this KKN program, including an increase in knowledge, insight and religious skills. The sustainability of this program is in the form of further coaching for the community, especially for fathers and youth.
