Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Green Human Resources Management on the performance of ER Nurses. This study uses the associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 70 respondents of emergency room nurses at Sari Asih General Hospital using a saturated sample. Primary data collection by distributing questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS 25 software. The results showed partially that the Green Recruitment variable (X1) had a significant effect on Nurse Performance (Y). This is indicated by tcount > ttable (2.404 > 1.996), Green Training (X2) has a significant effect on Nurse Performance (Y). It is shown that tcount > ttable (3,077 > 1,996) and Green Compensation (X3) has a significant effect on the performance of Nurses (Y). This is indicated by tcount > ttable (5.333 > 1.996). And simultaneously Green Human Resources Management has a significant effect on Nurse Performance, namely Fcount > Ftable of (33.933 > 2.74). With a coefficient of determination of 58.90%, the rest were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada divisi Informasi tekhnologi di PT. Visionet International baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dan explanatory dalam bentuk survey. Populasi seluruh karyawan divisi informasi teknologi berjumlah 60 orang, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel probabilitas dengan simple random sampling ditemukan 60 sampel. Analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi secara simultan dan parsial, sehingga disarankan manajemen PT. Visionet International harus lebih peka dalam menyusun strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan komitmen  organisasi.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work life balance dan burnout terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan CV Nusantara Lestari, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 65 karyawan CV Nusantara Lestari. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan cara semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder diperoleh dari perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial work life balance () berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) dan burnout (X2)  berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) pada karyawan CV Nusantara Lestari  . Ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama (simultan)  work life balance dan burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan CV Nusantara Lestari . Kata Kunci : Work Life Balance, Burnout, dan Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of delays that occur in the handling of flight operations on on-time performance, the effect of delays that occur in technical handling on on-time performance and the effect of delays due to flight operations and techniques on on-time performance on airlines PT. Pelita Air at Soekarno Hatta Airport. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach with SPSS ver. 27. A sample size of 50 respondents was obtained. Instrument regression tests were carried out, apart from that, statistical tests were also carried out, which included simple regression tests, multiple regression tests, simple correlation tests, multiple correlation tests, and determination of the coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing was also carried out which included partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (F tests). The results showed that Flight Operation had a significant positive effect on On-time Performance, Engineering had a significant positive effect on On-time Performance. The results of the F test show that the F-count value is 131.516 > 3.2 with Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable.
