Abstract

This study discusses the effect of receivables turnover and inventory turnover on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2020. The data collection technique used in this study is quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the financial statements section for data on each ratio. The analytical method used is Panel Data Regression. The results showed that partially for the Accounts Receivable Turnover (X1) variable at tcount < ttable or -0.507570 < -1.99601, the decision was Ho accepted and Ha rejected, meaning that Accounts Receivable Turnover had no significant negative effect on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. And the Inventory Turnover variable (X2) obtained the value of tcount < ttable or -0.838780 < -1.99607, then the decision Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Based on the F test, the value of fcount > ftable or 5.205996 > 3.13 means that Accounts Receivable Turnover (X1) and Inventory Turnover (X2) have a simil- taneous effect on the profitability of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.780656, this shows that 78.06% of the contribution of profitability to food and beverage companies listed on the IDX can be explained by Accounts Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover, while the remaining 21.94% can be explained by other variables outside the model such as cash dividends, profit per share. Stocks, interest rates, and rates of return. (Husnah 2016:7).

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of work stress and workload bothpartially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero)ULP Muaradua. The population of this study were 33 employees of PT PLN(Persero) ULP Muaradua. The analytical method used is a quantitative analysismethod using multiple linear regression analysis tools that use validity andreliability tests, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results obtained in this studyare to explain the calculated t-value X1 work stress is (5,247) greater whencompared with the t table value of (2.042), which means that the Job Stressvariable partially affects Employee Performance and the t count of the X2Workload characteristics of (2.613) is greater than the t table of (2.042) whichmeans that the Workload variable partially affects Employee performance. Whilethe simultaneous testing (F test) of the Work Stress and Workload variables showsthat the F count is (53,649) greater than the F table value (3,316) stating thatsimultaneously work stress and workload affect employee performance at PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Muaradua. The termination coefficient value (R Square) is0.781, this shows that the contribution of the effect of Work Stress and Workloadon Employee Performance is 78.1% while the remaining 21.9% is influenced byother variables such as, fulfillment of needs, differences, achievement of values, fairness , genetic component (cited in Afandi, 2016: 67).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of rewards and punishment onemployee work motivation at PT. Satya Mandala Pratama Way Giham. The datacollection technique used in this research was through distributingquestionnaires. The total population is 49 employees of PT. Satya MandalaPratama Way Giham. The data analysis technique used is multiple linearregression. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing on the rewardvariable, the t-calculated value (6.827) > t-table (2.01290) means that there is aninfluence of rewards on the work motivation of PT employees. Satya MandalaPratama Way Giham. Meanwhile, the punishment variable has a t-count value(9.867) > t-table (2.01290), meaning that there is an influence of punishment onthe work motivation of PT employees. Satya Mandala Pratama Way Giham.Simultaneously, the Fcount was 379,918. These results are then compared withthe F table, the F table is obtained by looking at (df1= number of variables–1) =3-1=2 and (df2=n-k-1) = 49-2-1=46 at a 95% confidence level or α = 5%obtained Ftable 3.20. So Fcount 379.918>Ftable3.20 means that there is a significant influence of reward and punishment on thework motivation of PT employees. Satya Mandala Pratama Way Giham. Thecoefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.943. This shows that thecontribution of reward and punishment to work motivation is 94.3%, while theremaining 5.7% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research, such as internal factors, namely the desire to gain recognition and externalfactors, namely work environment conditions (Sutrisno, 2018:116)

The data collection technique used in this study was through distributing questionnaires. Total population was 68 employees of PT. Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM). The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing showed that partially or t test there was an influence of organizational culture on employees' performance at PT. Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM) with a tcount of (8.657) and ttable (1.99714). Thus it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. In the motivational variable there was a motivational influence on the performance of employees at PT. Minanga Group with a tcountof (5.545) and ttable (1.99714). Thus it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results of the study found that Fcount was 197,062. These results were then compared with F tables, F tables were obtained bylooking at (df1= number ofvariables–1) =3-1=2 and (df2=n-k-1)= 68-2-1=65 at a 95% confidence level or α = 5% obtained Ftable 3.14. So Fcount 197.062 > Ftable 3.14 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that simultaneously there was a significant influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Minanga Group Factory Seii Enai Mill (SENM).The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was0.858. This showed that the contribution of the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employees' performance was 85.8% while the remaining14.2% was influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study.
