Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji konteks, masukan, evaluasi proses dan hasil mata kuliah pendidikan agama Islam di perguruan tinggi negeri di Kalimantan Selatan. Sampai saat ini, banyak lembaga pendidikan yang masih menghadapi banyak kendala, terutama dalam implementasi dan evaluasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis data untuk menjawab permasalahan tanpa pengujian hipotesis. Data utama penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam di perguruan tinggi di Kalimantan Selatan berada pada kategori “Baik

Abstract

Evaluation research is a research method used to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of a particular programme, policy or intervention. Quantitative research in evaluation research focuses on the collection and analysis of numerical data to provide objective results on programme success. The research process includes setting evaluation objectives, developing hypotheses, research design, collecting data, analysing statistics and interpreting results. Commonly used data collection methods include surveys, tests, structured observations and secondary data. Results from quantitative evaluation research provide valuable input for programme improvement and evidence-based decision-making

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at madrasahs has become an important effort to improve the quality of learning and respond to current educational challenges. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in IRE learning using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The research employed a qualitative approach through a literature review by examining various academic journals, books, and government policy documents related to curriculum implementation and educational evaluation. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum encourages more flexible, contextual, and student-centered learning practices in madrasahs. In addition, the curriculum contributes to strengthening students’ character development, critical thinking, and social competence. However, several challenges are still found, particularly regarding teachers’ readiness, instructional adaptation, and the availability of educational facilities. Therefore, the CIPP model can be used as a comprehensive evaluation framework to support the improvement of PAI learning implementation in madrasahs.
