Abstract

This problem is motivated by the very striking difference between al-Zamakhsyariy with other mufassir in interpreting (mentakwil) verses of the Qur'an. The subject matter is: how can the implementation of takwil that conducted by al-Zamakhsyariy in the Tafsir al-Kasysyaf, limited by one restrictions; how the results of the form takwil. This study aims: to found the form of takwil that clear. This research is library research, primary data source is al-Kasysyaf, and secondary data source is books, journals scientific and documents related with these discussion, the methods used in this study is qualitative method and content analysis. While the results of penakwilan process conducted al-Zamakhsyariy is; Al-Zamakhsyariy mentawkilkan the verses mutasyabih, and the verses or pronunciations that are contrary to the understanding of the Mu'tazilah, mentawkilkan the verses not mutasyabih.

Abstract

This study aims: to found the process of penakwilan by al-Zamakhsyariy, and found the form of takwil that clear. This research is library research, primary data source is al-Kasysyaaf, and secondary data source is books, journals scientific and documents related with these discussion, the methods used in this study is qualitative method and content analysis. The process of penakwilan that carried out al-Zamakhsyariy; write the verse/pronunciation that would be takwil, explained the pieces of verse which takwil from terms of grammatical science and balaghaah atau ma’aaniy, and sometimes mentawkilkan in accordance with the his mazhab (Mu'tazilah) and also contrary to the taught of his mazhab, explaining verse or pieces of verse at takwil by way of question and answer, and write the rhyme and the words of the Arabs, and explained the hadits to strengthen of the explanation, quotes the opinions of scholars earlier. While the results of penakwilan process conducted al-Zamakhsyariy is; Al-Zamakhsyariy mentawkilkan the verses mutasyaabih, and the verses or pronunciations that are contrary to the understanding of the Mu'tazilah, mentawkilkan the verses not mutasyaabih.

Abstract

Stories of the prophets occupy important in the Qur’an. Story the meeting of Prophet Musa and Khidir, which displays plot conflict problematic to have elements implied, among other things caused second figure main allegedly to do action controversial. Studying this to find structure accounting reveals essentially the story of Musa and Khidir in the Qur'an based on correlation between patterns and structure narration. Article this uses method qualitative with type study literature with approach analysis semiotics AJ Greimas model narrative. Research results: First, structure the narrative of Musa and Khidir found in QS. Al- Kahf verses 62- 80 consists of six segments that have structure actant. From the whole actant every segment, found actant main; (a) senders: Allah 's command to Musa, (b) subject: Musa, (c) receive: Musa, (d) object: Studying with Khidir, (e) helper: agreement early, (f) opposite: difference paradigm. Structure functional narrative consists of three stages: (1) situation beginning: tell beginning the journey of Musa and his guards, (2) transformation: outlines conflict During study to Khidir, (3) situation ends narrate farewell of Musa and Khidir. Second, through analysis of the structure of the mind, I found a symptom of desire from Musa to do Allah 's command. The conflict happened because there exists a different paradigm epistemological Among both.

Abstract

Sumber hukum tertinggi setelah al-Qur’an adalah Hadis, sehingga membuat hadis sangat penting untuk diteliti dan dikaji. Penelitian hadis menyangkut isi atau konten di dalamnya yang terkait dengan orisinalitas atau otentisitas hadis. Untuk mengetahui otentisitas dan orisinalitas hadis maka perlu dilakukan penelitian sanad dan penelitian matan atau yang sering dikenal dengan istilah naqd al-Sanad dan naqd al-Matan. Di sini peneliti akan mengkaji hadis tentang larangan meminta kembali pemberian. Fenomena di masyarakat banyak yang meminta kembali pemberian, padahal hadis Nabi sudah melarang akan hal tersebut. Pada tulisan ini, peneliti akan fokus melihat hadis tersebut dari segi sanad dan matannya, sehingga diketahui kualitas hadis tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan corak kepustakaan. Artinya sumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah hadis Nabi, kitab-kitab hadis dan sumber lain yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Dari hasil penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa hadis tentang larangan meminta kembali pemberian terdapat dalam lima jalur, yaitu Abu daud, Tirmidzi, An-Nasa’i, Ahmad dan Ibnu Majah. Dari penelitian sanad dan matan hadis dari jalur Tirmidzi hadis tersebut berstatus shahih.

Abstract

Contemporary Muslim engagements with the Qur’an manifest in various ways. In scholarly discussions, this phenomenon is referred to as the Living Qur'an—how humans engage with and interpret the Qur'an as both a text and a source of significance. An such is the custom in Bangai Village, where individuals read the Qur’an at graves for three consecutive days and nights following a death. This practice is founded on the conviction that the recitations advantage the deceased and demonstrate profound spiritual and social consciousness. This study examines the significance and progression of this tradition. Data were gathered through observations and interviews with key informants using a qualitative descriptive method in field research. The research employs Alfred Schutz's phenomenological theory to comprehend the underlying significances of the activity. The results are categorized into three principal domains. The subjective meanings encompass spiritual and social qualities, whereas the objective meaning emphasizes its educational function. The motivations for the custom are dual: the cause motive indicates its perceived positivity and use in everyday life, while the objective motive pertains to enhancing comprehension of Islamic teachings and promoting fraternity. The reciting tradition adheres to a distinct structure of pre-procession, procession, and post-procession stages, each characterized by particular rites and significance. This study demonstrates the embodiment of the Living Qur’an within local tradition, integrating spirituality, education, and communal cohesion into a significant religious practice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of dhabt in the Qur'anic manuscript owned by Azwardi in Nagari Tuo Pariangan. The method used is a qualitative approach with a library research type, where the primary source is the Qur'anic manuscript owned by Azwardi, and secondary sources include books, journal articles, and other related literature. The findings of this study reveal that the application of dhabt in the Qur'anic manuscript owned by Azwardi largely adheres to the rules established by dhabt scholars, particularly in aspects such as harakat, sukun/tanwin, and Tasydid. However, in the scope of hamzah, the Qur'anic manuscript owned by Azwardi does not yet fully comply with the rules set by dhabt scholars.
