Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Using as many as 106 employees working in several occupations in one of the largest city in Indonesia as respondents and using a path analysis model, the results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction and OCB, and also found a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and OCB. In general, job satisfaction has been shown to mediate the relationship, but the specifics differ, which is caused by the different characteristics among employees. The mediating effect was evident in male employees, older employees and employees with high tenure while female employees, younger employees (< 5 years), the mediating effect was not proven. As for the characteristics of education, it cannot be concluded with certainty, because the explanatory variance is very low.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of the dimensions of financial architecture consisting of ownership structure, capital structure, and corporate governance as well as adding other variables namely CSR to company value of banking in Indonesia. This research was conducted on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2018 - 2020 using secondary data sources, consisting of 81 banks, of which 76 banks as samples because they have complete data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis, and t-test. The results showed that the ownership structure, capital structure, corporate governance, and CSR had a positive and significant effect on company value of banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Banjar Adat Pukuh yang berada di Desa Tiga, Kecamatan Susut, Kabupaten Bangli, Provinsi Bali merupakan salah satu banjar adat yang struktur perekonomiannya di dominasi oleh sektor pertanian, hal ini terlihat dari presentase penggunaan lahan untuk usaha pertanian, yakni sebesar 50%, dengan sebagian besar penduduk menggantungkan hidup dari sektor pertanian. Sebagian besar penduduk desa khususnya di Banjar Adat Pukuh mata pencahariannya adalah sebagai petani. Lahan pertanian mereka tanami dengan padi, ketela, jagung dan memiliki perkebunan jeruk dengan luas 50 Ha. Pada saat ini, hasil perkebunan dari kelompok tani Mitra Sejati diketahui bahwa hasil panen hanya dijual dan dipasarkan melalui pengepul dan tentunya dengan harga yang sangat murah. Bahkan hasil pertanian yang melimpah dan tidak habis terjual sampai menjelang panen berikutnya. Jika hasil panen disimpan akan mengalami kerusakan, dijual dengan harga murah dan dan petani mengalami kerugian. Selain itu hama penggerek buah sering kali menjadi masalah yang mempengaruhi produksi pertanian dan menimbulkan kerugian pada petani, karena mempengaruhi kualitas dan produksi panen. Metode pelaksanaan dalam PKM ini adalah melakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan dengan menginisiasi kelompok tani untuk membentuk UMKM dan produk inovasi, melakukan penanganan terpadu terhadap hama penggerek buah, dan melakukan pemasaran produk inovasi secara digital melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan hasil PKM diketahui bahwa rata rata peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan setelah dilakukan pendampingan pada kelompok tani sebesar 84%.

Abstract

Pembelian merupakan salah satu fungsi penting untuk kelancaran operasional perusahaan, dimana perusahaan akan mendapatkan pasokan barang dari supplier untuk penyediaan barang agar permintaan perusahaan dapat dipenuhi dengan baik. Salah satunya Hotel The Kayon Resort, pembelian barang dilakukan dengan pembayaran kredit karena mendapatkan tenggang waktu pembayaran sesuai dengan syarat yang telah disepakati. Pada proses permintaan sampai dengan pembelian, bagian purchase order menggunakan sistem online, tetapi pada sistem purchase requisition belum menerapkan sistem online, masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu berupa kertas. Artikel ini bertujuan memberlakukan formulir purchase requisition dengan sistem online pada Hotel The Kayon Resort. Metode yang dilakukan dengan cara bersosialisasi kepada setiap departemen yang ada. Harapannya artikel ini dapat memudahkan semua staf dalam melakukan pembelian barang dengan sistem online tanpa perlu lagi menggunaan kertas.

Abstract

Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, efisiensi operasional menjadi kunci utama bagi keberhasilan sebuah usaha. Cobra Dental memegang peranan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan customer dan memberikan pengalaman yang memuaskan. Untuk menjaga kelancaran operasional bisnis adalah manajemen persediaan. Dengan adanya manajemen inventory yang baik mengakibatkan persediaan stock yang memadai. Adapun program kerja yang dilaksanakan adalah penerapan forecasting, setelah melaksanakan forecasting selanjutnya melakukan permintaan ke Gudang dengan hasil forecasting, melakukan rekapan penjualan harian dan mengcantumkan dikartu stock serta pengecekan expire date barang, dan pengecekan barang masuk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah manajemen inventory yang lebih tertata rapi, terperinci dan jelas.

Abstract

Purpose:The COVID-19 pandemic has caused tremendous uncertainty in the business world, so companies are required to adjust their financial strategies. This study aims to examine the influence of the redesign of the Company's financial architecture—including the ownership structure, capital structure, and corporate governance on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) post-Covid-19 pandemic. The sample of this study consists of 200 companies.Methodology:The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses a quantitative approach with an analytical descriptive research design. The quantitative approach was chosen because it aims to measure the influence of certain variables numerically, especially the influence of financial architecture redesign on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) post-Covid-19 pandemic. To test the relationship between variables, multiple linear regression analysis method was used. The population in this study is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2020 to 2023.Findings:The results of this study show that changes in capital structure and corporate governance post-COVID-19 have a significant impact on the value of the company, while changes in ownership structures tend to have a more limited effect.Implication:This study shows that the redesign of ownership structures, optimal capital structures, and improvement of corporate governance have a significant influence on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange post-Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penyebaran informasi yang cepat di dunia bisnis telah memunculkan banyak merek baru, menciptakan persaingan ketat di antara para penjual. Oleh karena itu, pemilik bisnis harus fokus pada citra merek mereka. Cibo Pasta Lab, sebagai perusahaan industri makanan, menghadapi beberapa tantangan utama, seperti kurangnya kreativitas dalam pengembangan ide konten, kurang optimalnya promosi offline (termasuk personal selling dan brosur), serta rendahnya kesadaran akan pentingnya aktivitas dan interaksi di media sosial. Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) ini bertujuan memberikan sosialisasi, edukasi, dan pelatihan kepada karyawan tentang cara mengoptimalkan strategi penjualan serta membangun dan memperkuat identitas merek Cibo Pasta Lab di industri makanan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi dan wawancara untuk menganalisis masalah, edukasi fotografi produk, editing foto untuk brosur, promosi offline dengan penyebaran brosur ke jalan dan kafe terdekat, serta bimbingan tentang pentingnya aktivitas media sosial. Hasilnya, sebelum PKM, penjualan menurun hingga 40%. Namun, setelah implementasi fotografi produk, kualitas ide konten meningkat 93%. Selain itu, promosi offline yang sebelumnya kurang optimal (60%) berhasil meningkatkan penjualan dan memperkuat identitas merek hingga 88%. PKM juga berhasil meningkatkan penjualan bruto: September 2024 (100%), Oktober 2024 (120%), dan November 2024 (150%), dengan total peningkatan 97%. Untuk menjaga momentum ini, diperlukan pengawasan dan pembinaan karyawan dalam penggunaan media sosial guna menghindari risiko reputasi, privasi, keamanan, hukum, dan waktu. Penggunaan media sosial yang efektif juga dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological biases such as investor overconfidence, herding behavior, and loss aversion on stock returns and trading volume on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research background stems from a critique of classical financial theory, particularly the Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH), which assumes investors are always rational. In reality, empirical phenomena in the Indonesian capital market demonstrate irrational behavior that is difficult to explain with classical theory.The research method employed a quantitative approach with secondary data from 60 financial and consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2023 period. The independent variables tested included overconfidence, herding behavior, and loss aversion, while the dependent variables were stock returns and trading volume. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression after classical assumption testing to ensure model validity.The results showed that overconfidence had a significant positive effect on trading volume, herding behavior had a significant positive effect on stock returns, and loss aversion had a significant negative effect on stock returns. These findings confirmed all three research hypotheses and bolstered the behavioral finance literature, which suggests that investors are not always rational.The implications of this research are important for investors, issuers, and regulators. Investors need to increase their awareness of psychological biases to make more rational transactions. Issuers must understand that stock prices are influenced not only by fundamentals but also by market sentiment. Regulators need to strengthen financial literacy based on behavioral finance and increase oversight of herding behavior in the digital era.
