Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of Perceived Apps Service Quality toward customer trust and customer satisfaction in Online Food Delivery System. This research was conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling Method. PLS-SEM 2.0 M3 was used as the software to analyze the data. Results show that Perceived Service Quality affects Customer Trust and Customer Satisfaction. Customer’s trust has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction in Online Food Delivery Service Context. The limitation of this study are: First, this study only analyzes respondents from Online Food Delivery Service Perspective while there are many other services provided by apps that usually have other services. Secondly, this study only analyzes from the apps quality toward trust while many other factors might contribute toward customer’s trust and the consequences of Trust in Online Food Delivery Service Context. Contribution: This study contributes to the existing Perceived Apps Quality, Customer’s Trust, Customer’s Satisfaction, Relationship Quality, and Online Food Delivery Service Literature. Furthermore, this study can help Marketing Manager of an Online Application based Service company which part of the apps quality that needs to be focused on in building customer’s perceived quality of the apps to gain the trust and satisfaction of their customer. Abstract

Abstract This research investigate and analyze the implementation of Theory of Planned Behaviour on Staycation Intention. This research was conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling Method. The Softtware used in Analyzing the Data was SMARTPLS 4. Results show that Staycation Intention were affected by Perceived Behavioural Control and Attitude but were not affected by Subjective Norm in Indonesian Hotel Context. The limitation of this study are: First, this study only analyzes from TPB to explain the intention to do staycation. Secondly, this study only analyzes from Indonesian hotel customer. Contribution: This study contributes to the existing Theory of Planned Behaviour, perceived behavioural control subjective norm, attitude and behavioural intention Literature. Practically, this research helps Marketing Manager of an Indonesian Hotel in attracting customer using customer’s staycation intention in staying at Indonesian Hotel Keywords: Theory of Planned Behaviour, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioural control, Behavioural Intention.

Abstract

Internships is one of the most crucial stage in a tourism student phase of learning as It provides the necessity hands on experience so that the students are better equipped before actually works in the industry therefore the industry has to be able to provide a high quality interns experience as it would affect the satisfaction of interns. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the internship quality and internship satisfaction. The sample used in this research are 226 respondents and were analyzed by Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM) through SMARTPLS4 software. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between Internship Quality and Interns Satisfaction. This study provide insight for manager especially in Human Resource Management of Tourism industry that it is important to maintain the quality and design a high quality internship programme so that the interns are satisfied.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning is an innovative learning method that is student-centered and utilizes the teacher as a motivator and facilitator. Students are directed to explore, assess, interpret, synthesize, and provide information in order to produce a variety of learning outcomes. The aim of Community Service activities with SMK Negeri 27 Jakarta teachers as target partners is to improve teacher skills in implementing this learning model. This study's research methodology is associated to approaches being used community service activities, particularly: (1) providing project-based learning materials to participants; (2) conducting pre- and post-tests to assess participants' comprehension of the material; (3) hands-on practical training so that participants can develop project-based learning programs for students and present them in training forums; and (4) discussion and evaluation. This activity resulted in a better comprehension of the subject and the creation of five project-based instructional materials with competency abilities in the sectors of tourism (accommodation and tourism service business), fashion design, catering, and beauty management.

Abstract

The concepts of Sustainable Tourism has developed to many practices. One of the practices is Regenerative Tourism. The Role of Social Media on promoting the Regenerative Tourism has played an important Role in promoting the destination yet Regenerative Tourism Sites remain underexposed. The Purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Social media Marketing on Visiting Intention and Destination Intention of a Regenerative Tourism Destination. as one of the Regenerative Tourism Destination. Methodology of this research is hypothesis Testing the causal effect of Social media marketing toward Destination Image and Visiting Intention. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling were chosen as the method to analyze the data. The Software used is SmartPLS4 and 100 Samples is analyzed. The results shows that Social Media Marketing affect Destination Image and Visiting Intention Significantly.
