Abstract

PONEK services are an effort to support the accelerated reduction of MMR and AKN through the provision of integrated services for mothers and newborns. The success of PONEK requires reliable management in the form of family rules that accompany patients in the hospital. Preliminary study of RSUD dr. Abdul Rivai still has a companion family who violates the rules regarding discipline in the PONEK Room. Objective: Knowing the relationship between family knowledge and family compliance behavior with the mentoring rules. Methods: This type of analytic survey research is cross sectional design. The population is the accompanying family of patients at Ponek RSUD dr. Abdul Rivai numbered 250 people, with a sample of 154 people. Data analysis using chi-square. Result: Most family knowledge about mentoring rules is good (55, 8%) and the behavior of family obedience to the mentoring rules is the most obedient (63.6%). There is a relationship between the level of family knowledge and the behavior of family compliance with the mentoring rules (p value: 0.000). Conclusion: knowledge is a factor related to family obedience behavior in mentoring rules.

Abstract

Perkembangan sosial anak prasekolah di era modern semakin menurun dikarenakan kebiasaan anak yang lebih memilih menghabiskan waktunya untuk bermain smartphone dari pada berinteraksi dengan lingkungan ataupun bermain bersama teman-temannya. Smartphone bukan hanya digunakan oleh orang dewasa tetapi juga digunakan pada anak-anak hal ini dapat berdampak negatif jika penggunaan yang berlebihan dan berdampak positif apabila digunakan sebagaimana mestinya dibawah bimbingan orang tua. Metode : penelitian ini mengunakan desktiptif korelasi dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional, yang dilakuakan pada bulan maret 2023 dengan jumlah sampel 82 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan Analisis data menggunakan Mann-Whitney Hasil : ada hubungan antara lama pemakaian smartphone dengan perkembangan sosial anak dengan p value pada uji Mann-Whitney adalah sebesar 0.000. Kesimpulan : membuktikan bahwa anak-anak dengan kebiasaan lama pemakaian smartphone kategori lama dapat beresiko mengalami perkembangan sosial tidak sesuai dan belum sesuai hal ini diharapkan orang tua dapat lebih tegas dan memberikan pendampingan dalam memberikan batasan waktu lama dalam pemakaian smartphone.

Abstract

Background: The incidence of stunting in Indonesia in 2022 with a prevalence of 24.4%. The government's target for 2024 is for stunting to decrease to 14%. Stunting is a condition where a toddler has a length and height according to age with a Z-score of -3 SD to <-2 SD. Stunting can be caused by several factors, namely a history of LBW, exclusive breastfeeding, anemia in toddlers and eating behavior. Objective: to determine the factors that cause stunting in Benua Baru Village, East Kutai Regency. Method: This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional design. This research was conducted in Benua Baru Village in July 2023. The population in this study was toddlers aged 24-59 months. Samples were taken using the Total Sampling technique, namely 38 toddlers. Results: There is a relationship between the history of LBW and the incidence of stunting (0.015), there is a relationship between the history of exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting (0.013), there is a relationship between anemia in toddlers and the incidence of stunting (0.015), and there is no relationship between eating behavior and the incidence of stunting ( 1,000). Conclusion: The results of the study show that there is a relationship between a history of LBW, exclusive breastfeeding and anemia in toddlers with the incidence of stunting.
