Abstract

Turnover intention is affected by many factors. The objective of this research is to analyze theinfluence of workload (X1), work-family conflict (X2), and job insecurity (X3) on job satisfaction(Y) and the impact on turnover intention (Z) partially and simultaneously. The method ofcollecting data are questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentary study. The amount ofsample is 100 production department employee. Path analysis is used in analyzing this research.The result shows that workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity partially havenegatively and significantly influence on job satisfaction and also have simultaneouslysignificant influence on job satisfaction. Workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity givecontributions to job satisfaction of 41,1% while 58,9% were influence by others variables. Whilejob satisfaction partially have negatively and significantly influence on turnover intention.Workload, workfamily conflict, and job insecurity partially have positively and significantlyinfluence on turnover intention and also have simultaneously significant influence on turnoverintention. Workload, work-family conflict, job insecurity, and job satisfaction give contributionsto turnover intention of 62% while 38% were influence by others variables

Abstract

Promotion is a way for a company to have a role to inform, persuade, andremind potential customers of products that are created to create a demand. Thepurchase decision is a decision that is influenced by several factors that will makeconsumers consider everything and in the end consumers buy the brand they likethe most. This research aims to see how a person's decision to buy a product is seenfrom the promotion made by a company for its product. This study examines theeffect of promotion on product purchase decisions at Dealer Sentral Motor YamahaSukabumi Branch. The results showed that promotion has a close relationship withpurchasing decisions, furthermore promotion has a significant positive effect onpurchasing decisions. This indicates that if promotion increases, purchasingdecisions will also increase.

Abstract

One of the things that must be considered in the implementation of work is the realization of good employee performance. Therefore employee performance needs to be considered in an effort to achieve maximum goals, this shows that leadership has a very important role in achieving employee performance, and leaders are able to apply appropriate leadership and in accordance with existing situations and conditions, so employees will also can work comfortably and with high enthusiasm, this work assessment is carried out to assess and is also used to evaluate abilities, skills, assess achievement and reassess the growth of each employee. If this performance appraisal is done properly it can be used to increase loyalty and motivation for the employees.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java. This is based on the problem of several complaints by patients regarding the quality of existing services. In this study, the unit of analysis was patients at Jampang Kulon General Hospital, the population included were all patients at the Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java Provincial Government, from January 2021 to March 2021, a total of 1,658 patients. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling and the number of samples is 94 people. Based on the results, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at the Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java Province with an effect of 33.98% and a regression function of Y = 14.080 + 0.555 X.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how incentives at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency affect worker productivity. This study's design, which takes a quantitative approach, combines associative and descriptive research techniques. The sample used in this study consisted of 70 respondents who were drawn from the whole workforce at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency using complete sampling or census methodologies. To test the analysis in this study, correlation analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and simple linear regression were used in conjunction with instrument validity tests, instrument reliability tests, descriptive analysis, and statistical analysis tests for relationship analysis and influence. According to the findings of previous research, incentives have a positive effect on employee work productivity at CV. Abdul fishing in the Sukabumi Regency. The magnitude of the effect of incentives on employee productivity is 54.1%, with the remaining 45.9% influenced by variables other than incentive-giving variables such as leadership style, discipline, motivation, work morale, work experience, and others.

Abstract

Purpose: This activity aims to provide MSMEs to create packaging and to grow sales through the development of digital marketing. Methodology: This activity assists with applying MSMEs through the marketplace, help to promote products, manage sales, and develop, and give instruction on how to create a design for packaging product. Results: This dedication output improves knowledge of packaging products, registering MSME addresses to google maps and creating food services delivery accounts, understanding how to expand the market and sales reach. Conclusions: The activities carried out by the PKM Team so that Dapoer Umi Navisah MSMEs become more competitive MSMEs include the Development of packaging designs and the Development of digital marketing. Limitations: Researchers realize that in a study there must be many obstacles and obstacles. One of the factors that became obstacles and obstacles in this study was the time and place of research. Contribution: These MSMEs have helped absorb labor in the city of Depok, especially the Sukmajaya sub-district. One strategy that can be used to survive this challenge is to maximize online sales.
