Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java. This is based on the problem of several complaints by patients regarding the quality of existing services. In this study, the unit of analysis was patients at Jampang Kulon General Hospital, the population included were all patients at the Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java Provincial Government, from January 2021 to March 2021, a total of 1,658 patients. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling and the number of samples is 94 people. Based on the results, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at the Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java Province with an effect of 33.98% and a regression function of Y = 14.080 + 0.555 X.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how incentives at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency affect worker productivity. This study's design, which takes a quantitative approach, combines associative and descriptive research techniques. The sample used in this study consisted of 70 respondents who were drawn from the whole workforce at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency using complete sampling or census methodologies. To test the analysis in this study, correlation analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and simple linear regression were used in conjunction with instrument validity tests, instrument reliability tests, descriptive analysis, and statistical analysis tests for relationship analysis and influence. According to the findings of previous research, incentives have a positive effect on employee work productivity at CV. Abdul fishing in the Sukabumi Regency. The magnitude of the effect of incentives on employee productivity is 54.1%, with the remaining 45.9% influenced by variables other than incentive-giving variables such as leadership style, discipline, motivation, work morale, work experience, and others.

Abstract

In this study, the impact of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA) in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019 is to be examined. The information used in this study is secondary information. Three companies were collected as research samples after the sample was chosen using a purposive sampling technique from banking data obtained at the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a five-year period. Using documentation as a data collection tool. The traditional assumption test and the simple linear regression test are the analysis methods employed. The Pearson product moment correlation study indicates that the LDR and ROA have a positive and significant association, with a result of 0.748. While the results of simple linear regression analysis show a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.560, this study's regression model can only account for 56% of the relationship between the independent variable LDR and the dependent variable ROA; the remaining 44% is determined by independent factors or variables unrelated to the study.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan UMKM dalam produksi keripik singkong menuju UMKM yang berdaya saing pasca pandemi covid-19 melalui introduksi teknologi tepat guna, pelatihan pembukuan sederhana dan pemasaran online sekaligus pendampingan. Mitra pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Keripik Singkong di Kalimulya, Depok. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Global Jakarta (JGU) yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa yang dikemas dalam program Pengabdian Masyarakat Pemula (PMP) didanai oleh Kemendikbud Ristekdikti. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan meliputi pelatihan penggunaan teknologi tepat guna (pada proses produksi, kemasan, dan penyimpanan stok produk), pelatihan pembukuan sederhana dan pendampingan pemasaran secara digital. Hasil dari kegiatan abdimas ini adalah adanya pemahaman dari mitra terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi tepat guna dalam hal adopsi mesin pengiris singkong, alat sealer kemasan, alat pengaduk bumbu keripik, penggunaan pisau khusus singkong, penggunaan desain kemasan berupa stiker logo, rak display produk, pembukuan sederhana baik dengan aplikasi pembukuan maupun secara manual, dan pemasaran digital melalui gofood dan shopee food.

Abstract

The development of the digital world encourages business actors to innovate in the process of introducing brands to the public. Brand image greatly influences how consumers view a product, this also greatly influences the decision to purchase a product. This brand introduction process is carried out using several methods including using social media marketing. Several factors influence the process of introducing this brand, the use of the wrong message and the use of poor-quality content will affect the results. This study aims to analyze the Influence of Content Quality and Message Quality on Brand Image Brand in MSMEs in Tirtajaya Village. With a total of 50 respondents from MSME actors, data was collected using a questionnaire which made this research method Quantitative. Based on data analysis, it was found that Content Quality and Message Quality had a positive effect on how the public views the brand. Further research can be improved by measuring other variables such as the selection of marketing media.

Abstract

Coronanomics is the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the macro economy which includes several macro indicators, namely data on economic growth, inflation rates, interest rates, consumption, and investment in Indonesia as well as government policy responses in overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a literature study by taking data from several literatures that support the research process. This study uses quantitative data that is described qualitatively to analyze the impact on the macro economy. Data collection techniques used by listening and analyzing data by means of data reduction, data display, and an overview about the literature to be developed in this study. The results showed that the Indonesian economy in the third quarter of 2021 increased by 3.51% (yoy), although it slowed down compared to the previous quarter's achievements, household consumption grew by 1.03% (yoy). Investment growth slowed by 3.74% (yoy), supported by construction investment. The government's consumption performance was 0.66% (yoy), in line with the reallocation of spending to accelerate the national economic recovery program, including the handling of the Covid-19 delta. The inflation rate in October 2021 was 0.93%, a decrease compared to inflation in 2020 of 1.66%. The government's policy responses that have been carried out in order to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic are divided into two, namely through the Covid-19 Handling Policy and the National Economic Recovery Policy (PC-PEN).

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) impacts various daily activities and features, including higher education. Educators and academics now see AI in education to be essential. The benefits of higher education and how universities adjust to shifting student and faculty attitudes on learning are topics of growing discussion. This study aims to explore how policymakers and educators may apply AI and modify it for the learning domain. The integrated technology acceptance model (TAM)-TOE model was implemented in a conceptual model that was released. It was tested with survey data obtained from 200 respondents who participated in an online survey, and a structural equation model (SEM-PLS) was utilized to assess the suggested hypotheses. The results show that organizational readiness, organizational compatibility, and partner support on perceived ease of use had been correlated with any significant relationship evaluated in the setting of higher education. It is anticipated that the approach will help authorities facilitate the use of AI in higher education. Furthermore, as AI is still in its infancy, more academic study is required before it can be used to the sector of education.

Abstract

PT Dtrip Pacific Nusantara adalah perusahaan jasa perjalanan dan wisata yang terus mengoptimalkan berbagai aspek manajerial untuk memajukan bisnisnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berhasil menciptakan sistem manajemen efisien, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan, serta menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan perusahaan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah persaingan ketat dan fluktuasi ekonomi yang memengaruhi daya beli konsumen. Kesimpulannya, dengan pengembangan strategi manajemen yang adaptif, PT Dtrip Pacific Nusantara memiliki potensi besar untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Abstract

Studi-studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana perusahaan dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan mereka dengan berfokus pada faktor-faktor seperti profitabilitas dan struktur modal. Dengan mempertimbangkan interaksi antara faktor-faktor ini, perusahaan dapat membuat keputusan berdasarkan informasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan mereka dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan nilainya. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan tentang implikasi dari berbagai aspek manajemen dan pelaporan perusahaan, seperti pengungkapan perubahan iklim dan tata kelola perusahaan, terhadap hasil keuangan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas memainkan peran mediasi dalam hubungan antara berbagai faktor dan nilai perusahaan, menyoroti pentingnya dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Pengetahuan ini sangat berharga bagi praktisi, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti yang ingin mempromosikan praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan menciptakan nilai.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become essential for businesses across various sectors, significantly impacting customer relationships, internal processes, and value creation. This paper reviews the critical insights and frameworks related to digital transformation, focusing on strategic alignment, digital maturity, and implementation challenges. It synthesizes findings from recent studies to offer a comprehensive understanding of the process and its implications. Key literature highlights the necessity of a clear, well-defined strategy that integrates digital initiatives with broader business objectives. The study employs a systematic literature review method, collecting data from scientific articles, industry reports, and conference proceedings. It analyzes this data through thematic and comparative approaches to develop a structured roadmap for digital transformation. The findings emphasize the importance of assessing digital maturity, addressing resistance to change, and ensuring interoperability between new and existing systems. Challenges such as organizational resistance and lack of strategic direction are discussed, along with recommendations for a phased implementation approach. Additional insights into the unique challenges faced by SMEs, advocating for tailored digital strategies. The paper concludes that successful digital transformation requires a holistic approach that encompasses strategy, technology, and organizational culture. Future research should focus on providing detailed guidelines for SMEs and exploring the long-term effects of digital transformation on organizational culture and employee engagement.
