Abstract

Transportasi kereta api berkembang dari waktu ke waktu sesuai kebutuhannya. Terutama Infrastruktur transportasi yang berperan penting dalam mendukung mobilisasi dan aksesbilitas baik orang maupun barang dari tempat lain menuju ke suatu tempat tertentu sehingga menimalisir kesenjangan pada seluruh wilayah. Perbaikan transportasi khususnya kereta api diharapkan adanya pergeseran pertumbuhan, mempercepat pengembangan suatu daerah dalam wilayah. Jumlah barang yang diangkut melalui transportasi kereta perlu diprediksi untuk merumuskan target pertumbuhan ekonomi dan menetapkan kebijakan yang tepat dalam perekonomian di suatu daerah. Nilai tersebut dapat diprediksi menggunakan metode FTS (Fuzzy Time Series) yang dikembangkan untuk pola data trend naik. Tahapan metode FTS dengan Logika Ruey Chyn Tsaur untuk pola data trend naik perbedaannya terdapat pada tahap perhitungan dan hasil prediksinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memprediksi nilai pertumbuhan jumlah berat barang yang diangkut melalui kereta api pulau jawa di masa yang akan datang dengan metode FTS (Fuzzy Time Series) Logika Ruey Chyn Tsaur untuk pola data trend naik serta menentukan tingkat akurasi hasil peramalan menggunakan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan dalam akurasi pendugaan sangat baik, dengan menghasilkan nilai MAPE sebesar 8,05 %.

Abstract

Poverty is a crucial problem that often occurs in Indonesia, including in the province of Bali. The poverty rate rate in Bali has increased significantly over the last 3 years, so further analysis is needed so that this poverty rate can be reduced. The pattern of poverty between regions is different because it depends on the geographical and socio-cultural conditions in each area. The effect of location on poverty cases can be identified by global and local spatial autocorrelation methods. This study aimed to analyze the spatial autocorrelation of poverty data in Bali Province using the global autocorrelation test with the Moran’s and Geary’s C indices as well as the local spatial autocorrelation test with the Local Indicator of Spatial Association (LISA) and Getis-Ord G to obtain an overview of the spatial distribution of poverty data. Based on the global autocorrelation test, it is concluded that using Moran’s index there is a negative spatial autocorrelation in the 2020-2022 data for a=10%. Similar results were also obtained when using the Geary’s C test. In the local autocorrelation test using LISA, it was found that districts had negative spatial autocorrelation, namely in 2020 Buleleng Regency (high-low) and Klungkung (low-low), for 2021 there is Buleleng Regency (high-low) and Jembrana (low-low), while for 2022 only Buleleng Regency (high-low) has negative spatial autocorrelation. For local autocorrelation testing with the Getis-Ord G test, it was found that there were no districts/cities that showed spatial grouping or that there was no spatial autocorrelation locally.

Abstract

Kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi matematika yang bersifat abstrak masih sangat kurang terutama pada materi Tiga Dimensi Bangung Ruang Sisi Datar. Salah satu inovasi yang digunakan adalah memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang menarik menggunakan Media GeoGebra Classroom sebagai penguatan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Depelopment dengan menggunakan model ADDIE untuk mengembangkan media GeoGebra Classroom. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa MTs/SMP kelas VIII sebanyak 20 siswa. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dan kuisioner pendapat siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil validasi media dengan validitas rata-rata 4,4 serta memiliki nilai rata-rata kepraktisan media sebesar 4,45 yang termasuk katagori praktis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil tes siswa yang menggunakan media GeoGebra Classroom sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Ini berdasarkan uji t-test dari pretest dan posttest menunjukkan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05) yang artinya rata-rata pretest dan posttest adalah berbeda. Nilai p<0,05 dengan hasil belajar posttest (93,82) lebih baik dari pretest (64,57) sehingga media GeoGebra Classroom dinilai efektif digunakan sebagai sarana belajar siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep belajar siswa MTs/SMP kelas VIII.

Abstract

Non-oil and gas exports are exports carried out outside the gas and oil sectors. Some examples of Indonesia's non-oil and gas export commodities are: Coffee beans, Tea, Spices, Tobacco, Cocoa beans, Shrimp, Textiles, Processed wood products, Palm oil, Chemicals, and others. Export activities are one component of aggregate expenditure because exports can affect the level of national income to be achieved. If exports increase, aggregate expenditure will increase and will then stimulate a country's economic growth. This value can be predicted using the trend moment method which is developed for upward trend data patterns. The stages of this method explain the problem of predicting the Value of Non-Oil and Gas Exports in 2023-2024 using the trend moment method. This method is carried out by looking at the trend line in past data and then applying mathematical principles to the stages of the calculation processes. The test results show that the accuracy of the trend moment prediction model in the 2023-2024 Non-Oil and Gas Export Value data is classified as good with a good Mean absolute percentage Error (MAPE) calculation percentage.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the value of Indonesian oil and gas imports using the Fuzzy Time Series method of determining average-based intervals (Average Based Length). The data used in this research is annual periodic data from 2013-2021 which was downloaded from the bps.go.id website. The research results show that the volume value of oil and gas imports in Indonesia in January 2023 will reach 4125,802 thousand tons. This research can be concluded that the accuracy of the estimation is very good, producing a MAPE value of 8.04%. The MAPE value is defined as having very good estimation results if the MAPE value is <10%.

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan mempunyai peran yang penting dalam membangun peradaban bangsa demi mewujudkan Indonesia Emas, seperti tertuang dalam 17 target Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan profesionalisme guru, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Agar PTK dapat dilakukan secara objektif, efektif, dan terukur, diperlukan pemahaman yang baik terhadap konsep statistika dan alat bantu pengolah data, seperti SPSS. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan guru MA Kalifa Nusantara Denpasar Bali tentang statistika dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menggunakan software SPSS untuk menunjang pelaksanaan PTK. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu dengan pelatihan yang dilakukan secara luring atau tatap muka yang terdiri dari penyampaian materi berupa ceramah lisan dan praktik pengolahan data dengan software SPSS, dan dievaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengolah data dengan statistika deskriptif menggunakan software SPSS dibuktikan dengan pengujian hipotesis rata-rata dua sample berpasangan dengan p-value sebesar 0,025 yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan (α) 5%. Kata kunci: pelatihan; SPSS; penelitian tindakan kelas; statistika; pendidikan. AbstractEducation has an important role in building the nation's civilization in order to realize the Golden Indonesia, as stated in the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. In an effort to improve the quality of education and professionalism of teachers, one approach that can be taken is through Classroom Action Research (CAR). To ensure that CAR is conducter objectively, effectively, and measurably, a good understanding of statistical concepts and processing tools such as SPSS is required. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and knowledge of teachers at  MA Kalifa Nusantara Denpasar Bali, regarding statistics and to improve their skills in using SPSS to support the implementation of CAR. The program was carried out through offline or face-to-face training, consisting of lectures and hands-on data analysis using SPSS, and evaluated through pretest and posttest assessments. The results showed that the training significantly improved teachers’ ability to process data using descriptive statistics with SPSS, as evidenced by a paired sample t test that produced a p-value of 0.025, which is smaller than the 5% significance level (α). Keywords: training; SPSS; classroom action research; statistics; education.

Abstract

A properly even harmonious labeling of a graph G with q edges is an injective mapping f from the vertices of graph G to the integers from 0 to 2q-1 such that induces a bijective mapping f* from the edges of G to {0,2,...,2q-2} defined by f*(v_iv_j)=(f(v_i)+f(v_j))(mod2q). A graph that has a properly even harmonious labeling is called a properly even harmonious graph. In this research, we will show the existence of a properly even harmonious labeling of some wheel graph W_n for n is even.

Abstract

Tourism is a vital sector in the economic development of Bali Province, with the number of international tourist arrivals through I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport as the main indicator. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the number of international tourists reached its peak in 2019 with over 16.1 million visits. However, in 2020–2021, there was a drastic decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, the number of international tourist arrivals began to show a significant recovery. In 2023, the number of international tourist arrivals to Indonesia reached 11.68 million, most of whom entered through major airports such as I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali). The inaccuracy of the tourist arrival grouping process has had a negative impact on business growth and tourism revenue. This study aims to classify the countries of origin of international tourists based on the number of visits using the K-Means Clustering method, an effective unsupervised data mining algorithm for data segmentation. Data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), covering the number of tourist arrivals and their countries of origin from 2018 to 2024. The analysis process involves determining the optimal number of clusters using the Elbow Method, followed by grouping countries based on visit characteristics. The results of the study indicate that tourist countries of origin can be grouped into three main clusters: high-visit countries (Australia and China), medium-visit countries, and low-visit countries. This study provides strategic insights for the government and tourism industry stakeholders in developing more targeted policies, such as improving transportation infrastructure and implementing more effective marketing strategies to maintain and increase the number of tourist visits to Bali.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Seorang pendidik mempunyai tugas untuk selalu mengembangkan diri secara teknik pembelajaran atau penelitian. perkembangan teknologi ternyata belum mampu memberikan hasil yang diharapkan. Sering sekali kita temukan beberapa pendidik atau peneliti diantaranya: 1) masih menggunakan hardcopy sebagai bahan penelitian dan perhitungan, 2) kebanyakan bahan ajar yang digunakan untuk proses media pembelajaran tersaji dalam bentuk text. 3) kurangnya keterampilan seorang pendidik dalam menyampaikan materi berbasis aplikasi software. Tujuan: Program ini dilaksanakan agar para guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran, pengelolaan data, atau penelitian dapat menggunakan aplikasi statistika terutama aplikasi software minitab yang dapat menghasilkan perhitungan otomatis dengan tingkat keakuratan serta penarikan kesimpulan yang lebih akurat. Metode: Salah satu tahap kegiatan program pengenalan dan pelatihan aplikasi software minitab yaitu dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahap: 1) observasi dan wawancara terkait keterampilan guru-guru dalam pembelajaran dan penelitian menggunakan aplikasi software matematika; 2) pengenalan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi software minitab; 3) praktik dan uji coba pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi software minitab; 4) membuat media pembelajaran melalui aplikasi software minitab; serta 5) memberikan kuesioner untuk melihat perkembangan setelah pelatihan aplikasi software minitab. Hasil: Melalui program pengenalan dan pelatihan aplikasi software minitab, menunjukkan peserta para guru sudah dapat mengenal dan menggunakannya. Berdasarkan dari hasil pemberian nilai kuesioner, dapat disimpulkan kegiatan pengabdian pengenalan aplikasi software minitab meningkatkan kretivitas para guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi software minitab sebesar 96% dibandingkan dengan sebelum program pengenalan dan pelatihan. Kesimpulan: program pengenalan dan pelatihan aplikasi software minitab yang tepat akan memberikan dampak perkembangan para guru dalam media pembelajaran dan penelitian menggunakan aplikasi. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran, pengelolahan data, program minitab _____________________________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: An educator has a duty to always develop himself in learning techniques or research. Technological developments have not been able to provide the expected results. Very often we find educators or researchers including: 1) still using hardcopy as material for research and calculations, 2) most of the teaching materials used for the process of learning media are presented in text form. 3) the lack of skills of an educator in delivering material based on software applications. Objective: This program is implemented so that teachers in creating instructional media, data management, or research can use statistical applications, especially the Minitab software application which can produce automatic calculations with a more accurate level of accuracy and draw conclusions. Method: One of the stages of the introduction and training program for Minitab software applications is carried out in several stages: 1) observation and interviews related to the skills of teachers in learning and research using mathematical software applications; 2) introduction and assistance in the use of Minitab software applications; 3) data processing practices and trials using the Minitab software application; 4) create learning media through minitab software applications; and 5) giving a questionnaire to see developments after the Minitab software application training. Result: Through the Minitab software application introduction and training program, it shows that the participants are teachers who are able to recognize and use it. Based on the results of scoring the questionnaire, it can be concluded that the minitab introduction service activity increased the creativity of teachers in using the Minitab software application by 96% compared to before the introduction and training program. Conclusion: the introduction and training program for the proper Minitab software application will have an impact on the development of teachers in learning media and research using applications.   Keywords: learning tools, data management, minitab program
