Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah financing on profitability. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria of Islamic Commercial Banks presenting and publishing quarterly financial reports for the period March 2015-December 2019, and the sample selected was BNI Syariah Indonesia. Data obtained from the official website of OJK and BNI Syariah. The method used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the coefficients together with the 5% level of significance. During the observation period, the results showed that the research data were normally distributed and no variables were found that deviated from the classical assumptions, which meant that the available data met the requirements to use the multiple regression equation model. The results of this study indicate that the Mudharabah Financing, Musyarakah and Ijarah Financing Variables jointly have a positive and significant effect on profitability at BNI Syariah in Indonesia (with a sig. value of 0.000 and a calculated F value of 22.911. Meanwhile, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.776 which means means that the independent variable in this model is able to explain 77.6% of profitability (ROA), while the remaining 22.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Berbelanja secara online lebih didorong oleh keinginan semata. tanpa memperhatikan apa kegunaan barang- barang yang dibeli. Ditambah lagi dengan adanya berbagai macam penawaran mulai dari gratis ongkir, potongan harga, dan bisa bayar ditempat. Sehingga mendorong mahasiswa untuk terus berbelanja tanpa memikirkan kegunaanya. Jika hal ini diabaikan maka akan berdampak pada keungan, sehingga pengeluran semakin banyak, uang yang seharusnya di tabung atau digunakan untuk kebutuhan mendatang habis begitu saja hanya untuk membeli barang yang tidak diperlukan. Didalam Islam telah di ajarkan dalam berbelanja harus mengutamakan kebutuhan, bukan sekedar keinginan saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dalam berbelanja secara online yang ditinjau dari ekonomi Islam dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FEBI IAIN Langsa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Langsa. Informan penelitiain sebanyak 7 orang . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan melalui tahap pengumpulan data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dalam berbelanja secara online yang ditinjau dari ekonomi Islam yaitu membeli produk demi menjaga penampilan diri dan gengsi, munculnya penilain bahwa membeli produk dengan harga yang mahal akan menimbulkan percaya diri yang tinggi, membeli produk karena adanya diskon atau potongan harga (bukan atas dasar manfaat dan kegunaanya) dan membeli produk sejenis dengan merek yang berbeda. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya perilaku konsumtif karena faktor uang saku, faktor iklan dan faktor pertemanan.Perilaku berbelanja online seperti ini tidak sesuai lagi dengan konsumsi Ekonomi Islam. Abstract

The success of a bank is determined by the performance of its employees, employee performance is an important indicator in improving the quality of sharia banking. Employee performance is influenced by many factors such as the quality of human resources. The purpose of this research is To know whether there is influence between human resources but performance of Adebo BPRS employee, To know how big influence of human resource to performance of employees of Adeco BPRS, and last To know how Adeco BPRS increase source human resources of employees in improving company performance. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all employees of Adeco BPRS with sample is 20 customer. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between human resources on employee performance in Adeco BPRS. From the result of SPSS test, it is known that human resources have 36% effect on employee performance on Adeco BPRS, while 64% is influenced by other variable which is not examined in this research. In improving employee performance, Adeco BPRS has made SOPs on the rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by each employee, not only that employees are also given regular training both internal training and external training. Adeco BPRS also makes a policy that for employees who excel will be rewarded in the form of bonuses, additional salary and promotion / position. While employees who perform poorly will be given Phunisment (sanctions) namely the decline of office and dismissal.

Abstract

Bank Syariah is a bank stressing on the principles of sharia which is the main foundation in its operation both in the direction of its fund and also in the channeling of its fund (in sharia banking channeling of fund commonly called with financing). Financing is a function of the bank in carrying out the function of the use of funds. Sharia banking concerns an syariah bank and sharia business, covering company, business activity, way and process in conducting its business activity. Murabahah financing is a financing contract of an item by confirming its purchase price to the buyer and the buyer pays it twiceas profit as agreed upon by both. Profit is the ability of management to earn lucome. Profit consists of gross profit, operating profit, and net income. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the number of customers financing have an effect on the profit of sharia banking. The purpose of research is to determine the effect of murabahah financing customers on the profit of sharia banking. Analytical techniques in this study using quantitative analysis using primary data sources and secondary data with simple regression analysis with SPSS 20 program. The population in this study is all customers in Bank x Sharia A which cousists of customers 4.984 customers, while the sample in this study is number of murabahah customers which is 1,928 customers. Technique of collecting data used documentation method, observation, interview and library method. The results showed that the number of murabahah financing customers had a significant effect with the 0.05 with the sig 0.025 on the profit of sharia banking.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of e-commerce in boosting halal fashion sales in Peureulak, East Aceh, Indonesia, exploring its potential to enhance economic opportunities in the region. Employing a qualitative field research approach, data was gathered through interviews with owners, employees, and buyers of halal fashion businesses in Peureulak. The research examines online strategies and their impact on sales, and reveals that e-commerce significantly increased halal fashion sales in Peureulak by expanding market reach beyond local boundaries and facilitating effective and clear product promotion. Key success factors include ease of online access, high-quality product presentation, competitive pricing, trustworthy customer service, diverse payment options, and positive customer reviews. While local sales remain primarily conventional, e-commerce by Peureulak halal fashion businesses successfully attracts external customers, substantially supporting business growth. The study suggests that optimizing digital platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram, alongside prioritizing rapid customer service, attractive promotions, and reliable product quality, are crucial strategies for enhancing e-commerce effectiveness in the halal fashion sector. These findings highlight the potential of e-commerce to drive economic growth and broader social inclusion within similar contexts by leveraging local strengths and expanding market access.
