Abstract

Modal kerja merupakan faktor utama dalam mengembangkan usaha Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Karangploso. Dalam meningkatkan perputaran modal kerja yang pesat maka pemberian kredit kepada nasabah harus dilakukan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pemberian kredit terhadap keberhasilan dalam mengelola modal kerja pada koperasi KUD Karangploso. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif adapun jenis data yang digunakan yakni data sekunder karena data yang digunakan diperoleh dari data laporan keuangan KUD Karangploso dari tahun 2010-2013. Metode analisa data yang di gunakan adalah Regresi Linier sederhana dengan mengunakan program SPSS. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t membuktikan bahwa variabel tingkat pemberian kredit berpengaruh terhadap variabel keberhasilan mengelola modal kereja dengan nilai sebesar 6,203. Dengan demikian untuk meningkatkan perputaran modal kerja maka diharapkan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Karangploso dalam pemberian kredit kepada nasabah harus berpatokan pada 6 prinsip pemberian kredit seperti, character, capacity, capital, condition of economy, collateral dan constrain. Terutama pada variabel tingkat pemberian kredit.

Abstract

Sifat mekanik merupakan salah satu karakter yang penting dalam pengembangan material polimer fungsional seperti membran elektrolit yang berpotensi untuk penghantar litium. Dalam penelitian yang telah dilakukan, membran elektrolit disintesis dengan bahan dasar kitosan suksinat dan kitosan, serta litium. Membran dipreparasi melalui metode inversi fasa dengan variasi komposisi fraksi massa kitosan suksinat dan kitosan. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji sifat mekanik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan fraksi massa kitosan suksinat sampai dengan 60% (b/b) cenderung meningkatkan kekuatan tarik dan perpanjangan, serta menurunkan Modulus Young. Pada fraksi massa kitosan suksinat 70% (b/b) sampai dengan 80% (b/b), kekuatan tarik dan perpanjangan cenderung menurun, serta Modulus Young meningkat. Nilai maksimum kekuatan tarik, perpanjangan, dan Modulus Young masing-masing adalah 0,18 MPa, 112 %, dan 14,31 MPa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sifat mekaniknya, membran paduan kitosan suksinat-kitosan terinsersi litium memiliki stabilitas mekanik yang cukup baik.

Abstract

The dependence of farmers on the use of high external inputs causes farmers to be independent and ignore environmental aspects. The lack of independence of farmers makes farmers powerless in utilizing local resources. The application of LEISA enables farmers to minimize the use of external inputs and be able to utilize local resources. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of empowerment of farmers, determine the factors that influence and formulate appropriate strategies to increase empowerment. Data collection was conducted from March to July 2020. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of the study shows that the strategy of increasing empowerment can be done by expanding land, increasing farmer institutional support, increasing the availability of information sources.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the company's inability to meet modern retail market demand of 21%. This research was conducted to analyze demand data patterns for leaf vegetables, predict future market demand, and develop production planning strategies to obtain optimal profits. The research analysis methods used are moving average, single exponential smoothing, ARIMA. The selection of the appropriate forecasting method is determined based on the smallest error value produced. Production planning to determine the right production strategy. Based on the research results, it is clear that the resulting request data pattern is a random pattern. The chosen forecasting method is Single exponential smoothing for romain and ARMA for coriander, curly lettuce, horenzo. The results of the research show that forecasting demand for leaf vegetables for the next six months obtained a constant level of demand forecasting for romain and varied with a decreasing trend for coriander, curly lettuce, and horenzo. Production planning strategies to increase profits in this research can be fulfilled with two alternatives, namely achieving land area using the economy of scale principle and increasing supply from partners with a comparison of the benefits of increasing land area with a more optimal economy of scale principle, namely 300% for romain, 450% for coriander, 237% for curly lettuce, and 185% for horenzo rather than increasing supply from partners. The advantage of this research is discussing four types of commodities while comparing three quantitative analysis methods. The contribution to the company from this research is being able to analyze up to the comparison stage the profits that will be received by the company. This research provides a solution so that companies can prepare production in an effective and efficient manner and achieve optimal profits.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kebijakan kesehatan masyarakat terhadap tingkat kesehatan masyarakat di era pandemi, dengan fokus pada kebijakan pembatasan sosial, vaksinasi, dan implikasi ekonomi serta kesejahteraan mental. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk merinci peran dan efektivitas kebijakan tersebut dalam mengatasi tantangan pandemi COVID-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pembatasan sosial dan protokol kesehatan berdampak positif dalam menekan laju infeksi, sementara kampanye vaksinasi membuktikan diri sebagai solusi kunci untuk mencapai kekebalan komunitas. Namun, terdapat dampak ekonomi yang signifikan dan tantangan kesejahteraan mental akibat pandemi dan kebijakan yang diimplementasikan. Studi ini memberikan gambaran holistik tentang dinamika kompleks antara kebijakan kesehatan masyarakat dan kesehatan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Hospital employee satisfaction can be measured by looking at the organizational management system that is part of every routine activity at the UIT Makassar Tourism Hospital. This source of information can be used among managers to find out the value of organizational management to strengthen supervision and communication efficiency. Employee satisfaction levels can be measured through the Job Description Index (JDI). This study aims to assess the level of employee satisfaction in the organizational management system. The research method used is that the population is all employees at the UIT Makassar Tourism Hospital in 2024 totaling 4345 people with a sample used in this study using the slovin formula of 410 employees. The number of samples in each installation or in each field/section is calculated based on the proportion of the number of employees and the type of employees in each installation or in each field/section. The results of this study stated that most employees were able to make good assessments in each Job Description Index (JDI) indicator, including: General Overview of Job Conditions (78.8%); income and compensation received amounted to (59.0%); the chance of promotion to the position of (67.5%); quality of supervision (74.5%); support for one-unit co-workers is (73.5%) and current working conditions are (72.8%). If the results of the assessment of the six indicators of JDI conclude that the value of employee satisfaction can be stated to be satisfied as seen with the organizational management system at the UIT Tourism Hospital Makassar, therefore there are 12.3% of employees who express dissatisfaction with the organizational management system at the UIT Tourism Hospital in Makassar. The conclusion of the results of this study is that many employees give an assessment that the income and compensation received by employees are bad and very poor. However, this research has implications for increasing income opportunities in the form of salaries as well as opportunities for career paths to be realized through job promotions.

Abstract

RSU Wisata UIT is a health facility in Makassar City that offers first-rate health services to the community, including 4D ultrasound with AI to monitor pregnancy, and serve patients from inside and outside the city. Efforts that can be made to improve the quality and safety of clinical services in primary clinics are through accreditation. The medical record unit is part of the service support unit at the primary clinic which is included in the assessment of the accreditation of the primary clinic. The readiness of the medical record unit needs to be assessed to see what documents and implementation do not yet exist. The identification of the readiness of the accreditation of the medical record unit of Clinic X had been carried out two years earlier, namely in 2021. This study aims to find out how the continuation and readiness of the accreditation of the medical record unit will be in 2024. This research method uses an observational descriptive approach through a cross sectional design. The research data was collected through observation and interviews with medical record officers, then analyzed by comparing the predicted score of the accreditation readiness score of the clinical medical record unit X in 2021 with 2024. The results show that the readiness for accreditation for clinical medical record units X in 2024 has increased, from a predicted score in 2021 of 41.7% to 65.8% in 2024. With the comparison of accreditation readiness, it can be used as evaluation material to meet the needs of both the documentation that has not been ready and the procedures that have never been implemented. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the achievement of accreditation assessment has not been maximized due to almost all assessment indicators that have not been possessed, including the availability of supporting documents. Clinics that can create a frame of reference first, by determining methods and analyzing instruments that are in accordance with the method used.
