Abstract

Kebijakan program pinjaman kredit modal yang dihadapi oleh pihak koperasi UKM ini bertujuan untuk melastarikan tingkat pendapatan perekonomian masyarakat maupun negara yang selalu berkembang sampai saat ini. Apakah Kebijakan program pinjaman kredit modal koperasi UKM ini membantu pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Kebijakan program pinjaman kredit modal koperasi UKM ini membantu pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif (descriptive research). Hasil penelitian adalah kebijakan Program Pinjaman kredit modal untuk UMKM yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Koperasi Kota Batu, secara aplikatif cukup efektif, kebijakan Program Pinjaman kredit modal untuk UMKM dapat memberikan nilai manfaat, berdasarkan hasil temuan faktor pendukung atas program pinjaman kredit modal dapat membangun.

Abstract

AbstrakA common problem in this research is how long jump effort to improve skills hang style by using teaching aids in the form of a rubber band. The research objective was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes in the long jump leap through the medium of a rubber band on the students. The method used in this research is descriptive method with the application of classroom action research is conducted through two cycles to see and improve learning outcomes long jump style by using the media to hang a rubber band. The subjects were students with a total of 29 students. Based on observations, value - average ratings in the first cycle was 72. In the second cycle the average - average assessment of students is 74, with 100% students with values ≥74 and 0% of students with values <74. Keywords : long jump, rubber bands, hanging style.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the procedure for granting credit at Duit Rimbak Gintong in Setawar Village. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were 3 representatives of the Duit Rimbak Gintong organization. The data collection technique was to conduct observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are: (1) The requirements that must be met are KTP; (2) the submission mechanism is to come directly to the Duit Rimbak Gintong management; (3) the application can only be approved by the Duit Rimbak Gintong core management; (4) there is no special agreement and customers are charged 10% interest on loans; (5) there is no supervision of creditors; (6) the repayment system can be paid in installments and paid directly. (7) As of July 2024, bad debts reached RP 46.532.000.00. Duit Rimbak Gintong is a financial institution established based on the results of the RT 04 Gintong village management meeting, which is engaged in managing village treasury money, and the money can be loaned by the community on interest-bearing terms. The procedure for granting credit at Duit Rimbak Gintong in Setawar Village in serving credit granting services is not at all close to the general standards of credit granting procedures that apply.

Abstract

Students' ability to understand math is still very low, especially the basic ability of multiplication, the students cannot solve math problems well so that it affects their learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using abacus media on basic multiplication skills with repeated addition techniques in grade II students of SDN 1 Noyan. The research method is experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The instruments used were tests and observation sheets. The statistical test results showed there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores Thitung = 3.50 > Ttabel = 1.729, which means the use of abacus media has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in basic multiplication material. The results of this study indicate that concrete media such as an abacus can improve students' understanding of basic math concepts.
