Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini banyak anak yang mengikuti berbagai bimbingan belajar di luar jam sekolah, mengakibatkan anak stres, waktu bermain berkurang, dan akibatnya ada anak yang menjadi gila, banyak orang tua menuntut agar anaknya pintar, di bidang akademik. Sehingga anak mogok sekolah, cepat bosan, dan kurang konsentrasi dalam belajar. Hal ini akan berakibat pada perkembangan kecerdasan anak khususnya perkembangan sosialnya pada keterampilan mewarnai biasanya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya saat proses perkembangan sosialnya. Guru kurang mengenalkan permainan tradisional gobag sodor kepada anak-anak. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian yang telah diketahui diperkuat dengan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung = 3,12 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,73 dengan taraf signifikansi 3,12 dan signifikansi 1,73 tingkat 1,73 dimana N = 20 yang berarti hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis kerja (H1) diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis kerja (H1) yang menyatakan “ada pengaruh positif permainan tradisional gobag sodor terhadap perkembangan sosial anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Darussalam Belahan Wedoro” diterima. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan tradisional gobag sodor dapat berdampak pada perkembangan sosial anak.

Abstract

This literature review aims to describe the urgency of developing social studies learning based on local wisdom. Teachers can develop contextual learning by conducting learning based on local wisdom around students. Teachers can integrate social studies material with local wisdom so that students are interested and can understand the material well so that student learning outcomes are maximized. The use of local wisdom in social studies learning is a culture-based learning dimension that utilizes various forms of culture that are rich in social and cultural values. The values contained in local wisdom can be used as one of the social studies learning resources, with the hope that it can provide concrete learning experiences to students and learning will be meaningful. The values in local wisdom can be implemented in social studies learning, whether it is affective learning, namely related to character values, or cognitive learning, namely related to science. Through social studies learning that is oriented towards local wisdom, we can become a shield against the flow of globalization.

Abstract

The use of character education in learning, however, is an absolute necessity, because it is considered capable of making students intelligent, but also ready to make students have character and habits so that they become real citizens. be significant both for them and society as a whole. Character education teaches habits of thinking and behavior that help individuals to live and work together as a family, community and nation and helps them to make responsible decisions. In other words, character education teaches students to think intelligently, activating the midbrain naturally. Character education is carried out in an integrated manner into all subjects. The integration in question includes loading values into the substance of all subjects and implementing learning activities that facilitate the practice of values in every activity inside and outside the classroom for all subjects. Character education is also integrated into the implementation of student development activities. Apart from that, character education is carried out through activities. The integration of character education in the learning process at school is carried out from the planning, implementation, to learning evaluation stages in all subjects.

Abstract

Teachers have a significant role in helping the personality development of children and adolescents at school. The work of a teacher is a professional job, meaning that this work cannot be done by educators who are found as best they can, with as little knowledge as they can, as employed as they can, who teach as they please, and with as little knowledge as they can. Teachers' work is based on mastery of knowledge, skills, responsibility, autonomy in making pedagogical decisions, as well as a code of ethics as a guide to action. Teachers act as guides who help explore these potentials and direct them in a positive direction. By understanding students' interests, talents and strengths, teachers can identify areas that need development and provide appropriate support. Apart from exploring potential, teachers also play a role in building strong character in students. Strong character includes moral values, ethics, positive attitudes, leadership, self-confidence and social responsibility. In understanding students' potential, using effective learning methods, building attitudes, values and ethics, providing guidance and counseling, encouraging leadership development, instilling social responsibility, and providing a significant positive impact, teachers can help students become quality individuals. , tough, and has a solid character.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational communication on employe engagement thru a literature review approach. Employe engagement has become one of the important factors in improving organizational performance because it is related to the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral involvement of employes with their work and the organization. Organizational communication serves as the main tool in building trust, transparency, and effective working relationships between leaders and employes. The research method used is a literature review by analyzing various reputable national and international journal articles relevant to the research topic. Data analysis was conducted using a thematic analysis approach and literature synthesis to identify patterns of relationships between organizational communication and employe engagement. The study results show that organizational communication has a significant impact on employe engagement thru several key mechanisms, namely increased job satisfaction, communicative leadership, and the creation of a positive communication environment. Open, transparent, and two-way communication has proven to enhance employes' sense of appreciation, trust, and work motivation. Additionally, the quality of internal communication, which includes clarity of task information, feedback provision, and supportive communication, becomes an important determinant in building employe engagement. Theoretically, this research reinforces the role of organizational communication from the perspective of organizational behavior and human resource management. Practically, the research findings provide implications for organizations to develop effective internal communication strategies to sustainably enhance employe engagement.
