Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effectiveness of the Implementation of the Program 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) in waste processing. This study was conducted in Kalidoni District the City of Palembang. Research using this approach kualitatif with the level of explanation descriptive. As for the type of data used in this research included in this type of qualitative data. Data collection techniques used include in-depth interviews (indepth interview), observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a descriptive technique which includes three stages of analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. From the research conducted, the processing of garbage through the program 3R proclaimed by the District Kalidoni've been running effectively, it can be seen from the indicators of the effectiveness obtained by the researchers that the Level of Success of the Program, the Success Rate of the Target, the Level of satisfaction with the Program, the Level of Input and Output, and the Level of Achievement of the Objectives.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas pelaksanaan program 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) di Kelurahan Talang Aman Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis data kualitatif. Kajian ini mendeskripsikan efektivitas pelaksanaan program dilihat dari kualitas aparatur, sarana dan prasarana, dan pengawasan. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari Camat Kemuning, Kasi. Pelayanan Umum Kecamatan Kemuning, Lurah Talang Aman Kecamatan Kemuning, Warga Kecamatan Kemuning, dan Ketua Karang Taruna Kelurahan Talang Aman Kecamatan Kemuning. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), observasi serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif yang meliputi tiga tahapan analisis, yaitu data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan program 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) di Kelurahan Talang Aman Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang belum efektif. Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Pelaksanaan, Program 3R

Abstract

2020 is the year of the COVID-19 pandemic which made Government implement Large Scale Social Restriction Policy, both Social Distancing and Physical Distancing. However, based on the observation results made by the researcher in the field of the PATEN process in Kecamatan Sako during new normal, people were not yet discipline in dealing with online services. The services continue as usual by implementing strict health protocol such as to wash hands with soap often, to wear mask, to maintain a distance of a meter. Based on the survey conducted in Kecamatan Sako, the respondents still did stuff on the spot directly because the physical files still had to be collected at the PATEN counter to be processed. According to a direct interview conducted with the Head of the Government Section, the management of Family Card and ID card was carried out at the UPT Zone VIII of civil registration since April 23, 2020. The purposes of this study are to analyze the effect of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on people satisfaction in Kecamatan Sako and to explain the dimensions of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy), which dimensions have the most dominant influence on people satisfaction in Kecamatan Sako. This study uses quantitative methods. The method used in data collection is Proportionate Random Sampling. The data quality test consists of testing the validity and reliability of the data using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the t value is 1.985 with a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, so that the results of the first problem formulation are Tangible, Assurance, and Empathy which have a significant effect on the variable of people satisfaction. The second problem formulation explains that the empathy variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable or dependent (y) with the largest Beta value which is 0.551.

Abstract

An analysis of the implementation of the policy of fostering independence of work guidance that has been carried out by the Class IIA Palembang Women's Prison which aims to provide skills and knowledge when serving prison prisoners and preparing fostered residents for correctional activities to return to the community and improve the social functioning of fostered residents in correctional services. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the policy of fostering self-directed work guidance that has been carried out by the Class IIA Palembang Women's Prison. This research is a descriptive research with an occlusive approach. o The data used o is based on the o type o is oqualitative data, while based on the source o is primary primary data and secondary o data. o The open data collection instruments used were documentation, interviews, and observations. Based on the research results, there are 3 dimensions that have not gone well, namely the standard dimensions and policy targets/measures and policy objectives, resources and attitudes of implementers. The dimensions that have been running well are the dimensions of the implementing organization's characteristics, communication between related organizations and the socio-economic and political environment. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the policy of fostering independence of work guidance has not been able to return convicts to the community by providing life provisions in the form of work skills, because in essence prisons aim to make convicts become better citizens than before by instilling good personality and character.

Abstract

Problems among teenagers are increasing, one of the reasons is the lack of education between parents, guardians and teenagers regarding sexuality. Parents or guardians are the main access for people with disabilities to obtain information and education before entering the school environment. The aim of this community service activity is to increase knowledge and be sensitive to field conditions if problems of sexual harassment, sexual violence, and so on occur. The method used in this activity is a Forum Group Discussion, discussion with exchange of ideas, provision of material and religious lectures. The results of the activities obtained increased the knowledge of parents and teenagers with disabilities about sexuality and juvenile delinquency which must be avoided and controlled. The expected long-term impact is that children and teenagers with disabilities will be able to realize the importance of taking care of themselves, controlling themselves and developing themselves by increasing their knowledge.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Performance of ASN in the Work Area of ??the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office. This study uses a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. In this study, the researcher intends to obtain an in-depth and comprehensive picture of the analysis of ASN performance in the work area of ??the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The conclusions of the study are: 1). The performance of ASN in the work area of ??the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office is categorized as good. The performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the work area of ??the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office includes various aspects such as ability and expertise, knowledge, work design, personality, work motivation, leadership, leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction including the work environment, and the performance report of government agencies of the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office can provide a more detailed picture of ASN performance in various fields, including achievements, challenges, and efforts made to improve the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office. 2). Problems in ASN Performance in the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office Work Area are: many employees have a high school education level, the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office can find a solution, including employees who arrive and go home not on time, a breakthrough and system is made that can improve employee performance. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Kinerja ASN Diwilayah Kerja Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan didukung data kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti bermaksud untuk memperoleh gambaran secara mendalam dan menyeluruh mengenai analisis kinerja ASN diwilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Kesimpilan dari penelitian yaitu: 1). Kinerja ASN diwilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, dikategorikan baik. Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan meliputi berbagai aspek seperti kemapuan dan keahlian, pengetahuan, rancangan kerja, kepribadian, motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja termasuk lingkungan kerja, serta laporan kinerja instansi pemerintah Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih detail mengenai kinerja ASN di berbagai bidang tersebut, termasuk pencapaian, tantangan, dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. 2). Permasalaham dalam Kinerja ASN Diwilayah Kerja Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan adalah: banyak pegawai yang tingkat pendidikan SMU, dapat dicarikan solusinya oleh pihak Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, termasuk pegawai yang datang dan pulang tidak tepat waktu dibuatkan dilakukan sebuah terobosan dan sistem yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menerapkan pendekatan Collaborative Governance dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pengembangan tanaman cabai untuk petani di Desa Meranjat III, Kecamatan Indralaya Selatan, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Desa ini dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti perubahan iklim, penurunan kesuburan lahan, dan meningkatnya kebutuhan pangan. Collaborative Governance menjadi kerangka konseptual utama, menekankan kemitraan yang erat antara pemerintah, petani, perusahaan agribisnis, peneliti, dan komunitas lokal dalam rangka mencapai keberlanjutan pertanian cabai. Metode penelitian melibatkan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan pemangku kepentingan utama. Program pengembangan tanaman cabai akan dirancang melalui kolaborasi, menggabungkan pengetahuan tradisional dan inovasi teknologi. Ini mencakup penyelenggaraan pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, dan akses terhadap sumber daya yang diperlukan. Penelitian juga akan memperhatikan aspek-aspek seperti pemberdayaan masyarakat, keadilan sosial, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang efektivitas Collaborative Governance dalam meningkatkan produksi dan kesejahteraan petani cabai di tingkat lokal. Selain itu, penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi dampak program terhadap ketahanan petani terhadap perubahan iklim dan bencana alam. Implementasi Collaborative Governance dalam pengembangan tanaman cabai di Desa Meranjat III diharapkan mampu menciptakan model yang dapat diterapkan di berbagai konteks pertanian, memberikan kontribusi positif pada tingkat lokal dan berpotensi untuk diadopsi pada skala yang lebih luas. Kesimpulan dan rekomendasi praktis yang muncul dari penelitian ini akan memberikan panduan bagi pembuat kebijakan, peneliti, dan praktisi pertanian untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan pertanian cabai melalui pendekatan Collaborative Governance.
