Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is facing a crisis caused by the Coronavirus disease 2019 outbreak, namely a crisis in the health sector and the economy, which has an impact on low state revenues and slo-wing economic growth. Knowing this, the government has taken various ways and efforts to re-duce or overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, namely by issuing various policies, one of which is Reocussing the health and economic budget. The Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in South Sumatra. Indonesia, then how to analyze the effectiveness of using the Corona Virus Disease 19 budget at the Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary. The effectiveness measurement that is still widely used to measure effectiveness in terms of achieving goals is the effectiveness theory of Steers (1980:4-6), which says that the effectiveness of an organization depends on how far the organization achieves its goals/targets. The implementation of the use of the Corona Virus Disease 19 Budget at the Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary is quite effective and Efficient, but there are still obstacles faced in its implementation.

Abstract

The Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of South Sumatra Province has a vision of "The Main Investment Destination Province Based on Competitive Local Resources to Support Advanced South Sumatra For All". To realize this vision, the Office of Investment and Integrated Services (DMPPTSP) of South Sumatra Province continues to conduct campaigns to attract investors through the investment promotion sector whose task is to plan and encourage the development, implementation and preparation of investment-supporting infrastructure buildings. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data analysis is a qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Investment Promotion Office and the Integrated Service Administration System of South Sumatra Province have been implemented according to the applicable procedures and provisions, although not optimal. There are several obstacles in the process, namely: 1) The company/investor has not maximized the supply of LKPM; 2) non-integrated ad serving; 3) Limited investment promotion budget and uncoordinated business cooperation; 4) Lack of reliable sales promotion resources and skills in sales promotion; and 5) lack of coordination with the center, districts/cities and companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of investigations into criminal acts of violence and assault in the jurisdiction of the National Police Headquarters, Banyuasin Regency. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the investigation show that the investigation into criminal acts of violence and assault in the jurisdiction of the Banyuasin Police has been going well. This can be seen in the Jurisdiction of the Basic Fields of the Banyuasin Police, based on an analysis of the implementation of investigations into crimes of violence and assault, which includes the steps and indicators used, namely: planning (officers; resources/budget; infrastructure) ) implementation (objectives; division of tasks and responsibilities) answer); implementation (research activities; communication related to coordination); Supervision and control; Data collection and reporting, all carried out properly. The need for optimizing the handling of violent and attempted crimes by perpetrators of crime, especially criminal acts of minors, or increasing the attention of the police apparatus in handling criminal acts or handling criminal acts committed by children against their peers; Take more effective preventive, deterrent and repressive measures to deal with criminal violence and abuse, as they often involve minors.

Abstract

The Village Financial Monitoring System application uses Microsoft SQL Server. The size of this database is relatively large because it is based on the Village Financial Oversight System Application database in the form of a budget compilation report and the realization of the Village APBDes at the District/City Level. The main requirement for the Village Financial Monitoring System Application to work is that districts/cities and villages in their area have implemented the Village Financial Monitoring System Application. In order for the Village Financial Supervision System Application to run optimally, technical requirements are required for application users, namely: The computer has Microsoft SQL Server installed and the Village Financial Supervision System Application database is available at the district level compilation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Impact of the Village Fund Audit Policy using the Village Financial Monitoring System Application by the Prabumulih City Inspectorate. The things that were identified were: The Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the Prabumulih City Inspectorate had not yet mastered the application of the Village Financial Oversight System and limited knowledge and understanding of human resources, ineffective communication between the Prabumulih City Inspectorate and village officials. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative data analysis technique. This study shows that: using the Village Financial Oversight System Application has had a positive impact on village fund audit policies. Even though there are still obstacles/obstacles with the Village Fund Audit Policy by using the Village Financial Oversight System Application such as the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the City Inspectorate Prabumulih has not mastered the application of the Village Financial Oversight System as well as limited knowledge and understanding of human resources, ineffective communication between the Prabumulih City Inspectorate and village officials

Abstract

The research titled "Implementation of Independence Development in Class II A Women's Penitentiary Palembang" highlights two main issues: the lack of agricultural facilities within the institution and the low enthusiasm of inmates towards the independence development program. The research method applied is qualitative descriptive. Based on the conducted research, several key aspects in the development program at Class II A Women's Penitentiary Palembang are identified: Planning: Despite being supported by DIPA funds and Bayangkhari Polda grants, there are still deficiencies in facilities and land that affect the optimization of farming programs. Organization: The program operates effectively when all members clearly understand their roles and functions, enabling preparation and management of the program to be more measurable. Actuating: Implementing performance standards and delegation of authority help maintain coordination of tasks in accordance with established SOPs. Controlling: Overall, inmates participating in the independence development program are less motivated. This results in minimal skills upon their release, hence the impact of the development program is not yet significant. These findings underscore the importance of improvement in several aspects, particularly in providing facilities and infrastructure, as well as motivation for inmates to maximize the benefits of the development program they are involved in.

Abstract

Blended learning system, is a solution to the problems of education and training faced by various training institutions both organized by government and private education and training institutions. In Government training education institutions known as LMS is able to overcome various problems of cost, time, place and distance. Research using observations on the implementation of PKA Training activities, PKP South Sumatra Province in 2024, Publish or Perish searches by searching 500 publications from 2020 to 2024, filtered 392 publications originating from journals, then visualized with the VOS viewer application. The implementation of the Blended Learning System requires (1) Careful planning, curriculum design, including the selection of online platforms, preparation of materials, and schedules for face-to-face sessions (2) Training for Facilitators: Facilitators should be trained to manage online and face-to-face learning effectively. They should also be able to use e-learning technology well, (3) Technology Support: ensuring all participants have adequate access to technology devices and internet, (4): Evaluation/feedback and (5) Innovative and flexible approaches to managerial training. ABSTRAKBlended learning System, merupakan suatu solusi atas permasalahan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dihadapi berbagai lembaga Pelatihan baik yang diselenggarakan oleh lembaga Pendidikan dan pelatihan Pemerintah maupun swasta. Pada lembaga Pendidikan pelatihan Pemerintah ynag dikenal dengan LMS mampu mengatasi berbagai persoalan biaya, waktu, tempat dan jarak. Penelitian menggunakan pengamatan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan Pelatihan PKA, PKP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2024, penelusuran Publish or Perish dengan penelusuran 500 publikasi dari tahun 2020 sampai dengan 2024, tersaring 392 publikasi yang berasal dari jurnal, kemudian dilakukan visualisasi dengan aplikasi VOS viewer. Pada pelaksanaan Blended Learning System membutuhkan (1) Perencanaan yang matang, desain kurikulum, termasuk pemilihan platform online, penyusunan materi, dan jadwal sesi tatap muka (2) Pelatihan untuk Fasilitator : Fasilitator harus dilatih untuk mengelola pembelajaran online dan tatap muka secara efektif. Mereka juga harus mampu menggunakan teknologi e-learning dengan baik, (3) Dukungan Teknologi: memastikan semua peserta memiliki akses yang memadai ke perangkat teknologi dan internet , (4) : Evaluasi /umpabn balik dan (5) Pendekatan inovatif dan fleksibel untuk pelatihan manajerial.

Abstract

Diversifying food consumption by cultivating diverse, nutritious, balanced and safe (B2SA) food consumption patterns is currently one of the focuses of government attention in the field of food security at both the central government and regional government levels. Food security refers to a situation where all people have physical, social and economic access to food which includes aspects of availability, accessibility, utilization and stability. Food consumption patterns are very important, especially for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, in efforts to prevent stunting. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews to find out the extent of people's knowledge about the B2SA diet regarding the implementation of their daily diet. From the five regions in South Sumatra, it turns out that from the communication strategy by means of education with direct counseling, knowledge and awareness about B2SA food is said to have increased as proven by the posttest results which lead to community satisfaction from the education they received. ABSTRAKPenganekaragaman konsumsi pangan dengan membudayakan pola konsumsi Pangan yang Beragam, Bergizi, Seimbang, dan Aman (B2SA) dewasa ini menjadi salah satu focus perhatian pemerintah di Bidang Ketahanan Pangan baik pada level Pemerintah Pusat maupun Pemerinah Daerah. Ketahanan pangan merujuk pada keadaan dimana semua orang memiliki akses secara fisik, sosial, dan ekonomi terhadap makanan yang meliputi aspek ketersediaan, aksesibilitas, pemanfaatan, dan stabilitas. Pola konsumsi pangan menjadi sangat penting terutama baik bagi kalangan Ibu hamil maupun menyusui dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pola makan B2SA terhadap implementasi pola makan kesehariannya. Dari lima wilayah yang ada di Sumatera Selatan, ternyata dari strategi komunikasi dengan cara edukasi dengan penyuluhan langsung, pengetahuan dan kesadaran tentang pangan B2SA dikatakan meningkat terbukti hasil posttest yang mengarah kepada kepuasan msyarakat dari edukasi yang diterima mereka.

Abstract

The Criminal Investigation Unit (Reskrim) is an integral part of the police in handling general crimes. This research aims to analyze the role of the Criminal Investigation Unit in handling general crimes at the Palembang Police. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The research results show that the Criminal Investigation Unit has a very important role in handling general criminal acts, starting from investigations, arrests, investigations, to prosecution. They work professionally and coordinate with other units in the police to achieve success in law enforcement. However, there are still several obstacles such as limited human resources and infrastructure that affect the performance of the Criminal Investigation Unit. Therefore, better efforts are needed in providing support to the Criminal Investigation Unit so that it can be more effective in handling general crimes at the Palembang Police.

Abstract

The practice of teaching English to young children dates back to the early years of schooling. Improvements in education and pedagogical practices are required to help pupils, particularly those in the early grades, enjoy studying English and increase their vocabulary. This study used a qualitative strategy, namely the library research technique. Articles from journals, conferences, research papers, books, and online media were analyzed as part of the data gathering process for this study. Evidence from studies demonstrates that using interactive learning strategies significantly boosts students' vocabulary acquisition in English language arts classes for primary and preschoolers. Studies have shown that children's motivation, comprehension, and vocabulary retention may be enhanced by the use of a variety of media, including graphics, music, movement, flash cards, games, songs, picture books, and singing techniques. ABSTRAKPraktik mengajarkan bahasa Inggris kepada anak-anak kecil sudah ada sejak tahun-tahun awal sekolah. Perbaikan dalam pendidikan dan praktik pedagogis diperlukan untuk membantu siswa, terutama yang berada di kelas awal, menikmati belajar bahasa Inggris dan meningkatkan kosakata mereka. Studi ini menggunakan strategi kualitatif, yaitu teknik penelitian perpustakaan. Artikel dari jurnal, konferensi, makalah penelitian, buku, dan media online dianalisis sebagai bagian dari proses pengumpulan data untuk studi ini. Bukti dari berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi pembelajaran interaktif secara signifikan meningkatkan perolehan kosakata siswa dalam kelas seni bahasa Inggris untuk anak-anak sekolah dasar dan prasekolah. Studi telah menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, pemahaman, dan retensi kosakata anak-anak dapat ditingkatkan dengan penggunaan berbagai media, termasuk grafik, musik, gerakan, kartu flash, permainan, lagu, buku bergambar, dan teknik bernyanyi.
