Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perngaruh Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Struktur Aset Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Industri Sub-Sektor Otomotif dan Komponen Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2016-2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 3,810 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) artinya bahwa secara parsial pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, struktur aset memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 1,781 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 2,003 sehingga thitung < ttabel (1,781 < 2,003)  dan  nilai signifikansinya lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,080 > 0,05) artinya bahwa secara parsial struktur aset tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. pengaruh variabel pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur aset terhadap struktur modal sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dan Fhitung sebesar 8,335 >3,16 sehingga dapat dirumuskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur aset terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of a tendency to decrease employee performance. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of agile leadership and employee job satisfaction in the VUCA era. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 employees who were taken by random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed via the Google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using the SPSS application. The results of this study explain 1) Agile leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, 2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, and 3) Agile leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance employees in the VUCA era. The findings of this study indicate that if companies want to improve employee performance in the VUCA era, companies must improve agile leadership and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of employee commitment in achieving company goals. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee commitmentThe research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample for this study consisted of 100 employees using a random sampling method. Data is collected via surveys distributed via google forms. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. Collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using excel and SPSS. This is shown by the results of this study 1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, 2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, and 3) transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. The findings of this study suggest that if companies want to increase employee commitment, companies must improve transformational leadership and organizational culture.
