Abstract

Kampung Gajah Wonderland is one of the tourist destinations in Bandung. The number of visits in Kampung Gajah Wonderland increased from year to year but the target desired by management is still not reached. Therefore, the management of Kampung Gajah Wonderland do the direct marketing strategy methods consisting of direct mail, door to door selling and telemarketing. The purpose of this research was to obtain the findings regarding the extent to which the program's direct marketing methods, decision to visit Kampung Gajah Wonderland and how direct marketing strategy influences methods of visiting in Kampung Gajah Wonderland. The type of research used are descriptive and verifikatif with methods used is explanatory survey. The sample in this study as many as 75 groups with sample withdrawal technique used is systematic random sampling. Technique of data analysis used is path analysis.The independent variable in this study are direct mail (X1), door to door selling (X2), and telemarketing (X3) a dependent variable used is decisions while visiting (Y) which consists of product choice, brand choice dealer choice, purchase, amount, timing the purchase and payment method. Research results show that groups responses to direct marketing methods against the decision of a visit generally rated highly. A factor that gets the highest rating is door to door selling. While direct mail get the lowest value. Response groups regarding decisions been rated high. Gets the highest appraisal indicators is purchase timing. While the indicators are getting low value is payment method. Based on testing of SPSS 20 showed a simultaneous and partial correlation between direct marketing methods with visit decision. Based on this research, management’s Kampung Gajah Wonderland expected to increase selling door to door program in order to achieve the desired target.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of organizational culture on business strategy development and implementation in the creative industries in West Java, Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach, this study collected data from 15 creative companies in West Java, using in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted using content and thematic analysis methods to identify how organizational culture values, such as collaboration, adaptability, innovation, employee engagement, and customer orientation, influence business strategy development and implementation. The results show that an organizational culture that encourages collaboration and adaptability enhances the company's ability to innovate and be responsive to market changes. In addition, cultures that support employee engagement and focus on customer satisfaction prove vital in improving the effectiveness of business strategies. These findings underscore the importance of building and maintaining a positive organizational culture as a strategic asset in a dynamic business environment. This study contributes to the strategic management literature by highlighting how organizational culture can serve as a driving force in achieving strategic success in the creative industry. Suggestions for practitioners and future research directions are also discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly examine the impact of school principals' situational leadership on improving teachers' learning competencies in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. The research employs a literature review method, analyzing various journal articles, books, and relevant academic literature. The criteria for selecting literature include alignment with the research topic, recentness of data (within the last five years), source credibility, and relevance to the context of education in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The findings reveal that situational leadership practices significantly enhance teachers' professionalism and adaptability. Leadership styles such as telling, selling, participating, and delegating effectively address the individual needs of teachers, encouraging them to develop pedagogical, technological, and digital literacy competencies. Furthermore, school principals play a crucial role in facilitating teacher development through key strategies, including technology-based training programs, strengthening the use of virtual reality in learning, developing electronic learning modules (E-Modules), and enhancing teachers' digital literacy. These strategies not only equip teachers to face challenges in the digital era but also contribute to sustaining high-quality education. ABSTRAKArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pembelajaran guru di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang melibatkan analisis berbagai artikel jurnal, buku, dan literatur ilmiah relevan. Kriteria pemilihan literatur mencakup kesesuaian dengan topik penelitian, keterkinian data (5 tahun terakhir), kredibilitas sumber, serta relevansi konteks pendidikan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan situasional memiliki dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme dan adaptabilitas guru. Gaya kepemimpinan seperti telling, selling, participating, dan delegating terbukti mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan individual guru, sehingga mendorong mereka untuk mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik, teknologi, dan literasi digital. Selain itu, kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam memfasilitasi pengembangan guru melalui strategi utama, seperti pelatihan berbasis teknologi, penguatan penggunaan media pembelajaran virtual reality, pengembangan modul pembelajaran elektronik (E-Modul), serta pengasahan literasi digital. Strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital, tetapi juga memperkuat kualitas pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Work stres is a state of physical imbalance that causes physical and psychological tension that affects the way of thinking, emotions and working conditions. Work stres among health workers is quite high, as are the public health workers who work in puskesmas. Work stres affects the workload which is too high. The influencing factor is the workload. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between workload and work stres in public health workers at the Pekalongan City Health Center. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 26 public health workers in 14 Community Health Centers in Pekalongan City. Based on the results of the analysis of the Pearson Correlation Test, a significant value (p) was obtained between workload and work stres which was 0.019 or p-value <0.05. If you look at the interpretation above, the test results show that the test results stated that there was a significant relationship or that there was a relationship between workload and work stres in public health workers at the Pekalongan City Health Center.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the hypothesis that the meaning of hijrah for students at SMA Negeri 1 Pekalongan is determined by cyber-religion activities and understanding of Islamic religious values. This study aims to analyze the influence of cyber-religion on the meaning of hijrah, the influence of understanding Islamic religious values on the meaning of hijrah, and the effect of cyber-religion activities and understanding of Islamic religious values together on the meaning of hijrah for students of SMA Negeri 1 Pekalongan. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Respondents were 168 students of Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pekalongan using simple random sampling method. This type of research is associative research, because this research intends to determine the causal relationship between two or more variables. Data was collected through questionnaires and school documents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed, 1). Cyber-religion activities have a significant effect on the meaning of hijrah for students at SMA Negeri 1 Pekalongan, 2). The understanding of Islamic religious values has a significant effect on the meaning of hijrah for students at SMA Negeri 1 Pekalongan, 3). Cyber-religion activities and understanding of Islamic religious values together have a positive effect on the meaning of hijrah for students at SMA Negeri 1 Pekalongan. Based on the analysis of the determinants, the variables of cyber-religion activity and understanding of Islamic religious values were able to explain the variable meaning of hijrah students at SMA Negeri 1 Pekalongan by 0.259 (R2 = 0.259). While the remaining 0.741 is influenced by other variables, outside the variables in the study. The results showed that the variable cyber-religion activity more dominantly influenced the meaning of hijrah than the variable understanding of Islamic religious values. This is evident from the results of the t-test showing that the cyber-religion activity variable is 6.702, while understanding the value of Islam is 2.652.

Abstract

Arus informasi digital yang masif di perguruan tinggi membawa risiko serius penyebaran ideologi radikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan kerangka konseptual integrasi fact-checking dan literasi informasi dengan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama (wasathiyah) sebagai strategi deradikalisasi di lingkungan kampus. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menelaah berbagai literatur, jurnal, dan laporan yang relevan terkait peran fact-checking dalam memperkuat ketahanan mahasiswa terhadap hoaks, ujaran kebencian, serta propaganda ekstremis di ruang digital. Secara teoritis, fact-checking tidak hanya dipahami sebagai proses teknis verifikasi data, melainkan juga sarana edukatif yang menumbuhkan sikap kritis, toleran, dan konfirmatif terhadap kebenaran. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perguruan tinggi perlu mengintegrasikan literasi informasi dengan nilai moderasi beragama guna mencegah pengaruh radikal, memperkuat resiliensi ideologis, serta menumbuhkan kesadaran inklusif pada mahasiswa. Integrasi ini diharapkan menjadi benteng efektif dalam membangun ekosistem digital moderat di perguruan tinggi.
