Abstract

Abstract :This study was conducted to find out whether there was an effect on the accuracy of exercise multiball forehand drive in table tennis extra-curricular student SMP Negeri 20 Malang. The procedure of this research covered several stages, that is: 1) the initial stage; 2) the implementation phase; and 3) the stage of data processing. The instrument used was a test of skill precision forehand drive. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Subjects in this study were 20 students joining extra-curricular table tennis SMP 20 Malang. Based on the results, it was found that the multiball training has a significant effect on the accuracy of the table tennis forehand drive in table tennis extracurricular student SMP Negeri 20 Malang.Key words :experiments, multiball training table tennis, forehand drive accuracy .Abstrak :Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan atas rumusan masalah apakah ada pengaruh latihan multiballter hadap ketepatanpukulan forehand drivepada siswa ekstra-kurikuler tenis meja SMP Negeri 20 Kota Malang. Prosedur penelitian ini melalui beberapa tahap, antara lain: 1) tahap awal; 2) tahap pelaksanaan; 3) tahap pengolahan data. Instrumen yang digunakanadalah tes keterampilan ketepatan pukulan forehand drive. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler tenis meja SMP Negeri 20 Kota Malang yang berjumlah 20 orang. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan multiball memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand drive tenis meja pada siswa ekstrakurikuler tenis meja SMP Negeri 20 Kota Malang.Kata kunci :eksperimen, latihan multiball tenis meja, ketepatan pukulan forehand drive.

Abstract

Athletes' and coaches' lack of knowledge about health and injury progression is also a major factor in the occurrence of injuries among table tennis athletes. The purpose of this study was to identify common injury patterns, risk factors that influence injury progression, and effective injury prevention and management strategies. The method of this study was a literature review regarding the development of health and injuries in table tennis players obtained from sciencedirect, Eric, and Google Schoolar. Data analysis techniques were conducted by citing studies from around the world, identifying common injury patterns, risk factors that influence injury development, and effective injury prevention and management strategies. Key findings highlighted the importance of a holistic approach that encompasses physical, mental and social aspects in maintaining optimal health and performance for table tennis athletes. This study also emphasizes the need for integration of recent findings in research to support innovation in injury prevention strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of a validated interactive multimedia based on Adobe Flash Professional CS6. The research method used is research and development (RD) by adapting the Borg and Gall design development model. The research development procedures are preliminary studies, data collection, product design, design and material validation, design and material revision, product trials, and product revisions. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research instrument chosen by the researcher in this study consisted of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out with qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative data. The results showed that the research development process was a preliminary study, data collection, product design, design and material validation, design and material revision, product testing and product revision. With the feasibility level of interactive multimedia developed is very good in terms of design and material aspects with an average value of 3.70 and 3.68 and the results of product trials are very good with an average value of 3.55. Thus the interactive multimedia product developed is very suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

Aksesibilitas merupakan kemampuan atau ketersediaan suatu tempat, produk, layanan, atau informasi untuk diakses dan digunakan oleh semua orang. Kampung Banyumas RT 32 merupakan desa yang terletak di Kelurahan Karang Joang Balikpapan Utara, memiliki daya tarik wisata unik, yaitu Wisata Meranti. Untuk aksesibilitas informasi bagi masyarakat umum, diperlukan pembangunan company profile berbasis website. Website ini akan dikelola secara berkelanjutan oleh perangkat desa. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan metode Agile dengan metode pengembangan Extreme Programming. Proses pembuatan company profile ini diintegrasikan ke dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, memberikan manfaat untuk mempromosikan Kampung Banyumas RT 32 sebagai destinasi kampung wisata yang menarik. Ini tidak hanya mendukung kegiatan pendidikan, tetapi juga berperan sebagai alat promosi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kunjungan dan kesadaran masyarakat.
