Metode Handover digunakan untuk mempertahankan koneksi tetap terjaga. Hal tersebut berkaitan dengan performansi dikarenakan proses pengalihan kanal trafik secara otomatis pada mobile station untuk berkomunikasi tanpa terjadinya pemutusan hubungan. Faktor utama keberhasilan dalam melakukan handover terletak pada quality of service yang menyediakan tingkat jaminan layanan berbeda-beda dalam mengatur dan memberikan prioritas trafik pada jaringan seperti aplikasi voice over IP (VoIP) atau komunikasi voice memanfaatkan jaringan internet dalam permasalahan berdasarkan jarak base station.. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan untuk metode hard handover dan metode soft handover berdasarkan jarak base station menggunakan aplikasi voice over internet protocol pada mobile station. Diperoleh hasil dengan? nilai jitter 0.015 ms ? 0.21 ms, dan hasil delay 35.5 ms ? 45.8 ms hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa pengaruh jitter dan delay terhadap handover dengan aplikasi VoIP masih dalam tahapan toleransi yang diizinka. Dan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini jarak antara satu base station dengan station lainnya sangat berpengaruh untuk mendapatkan kulaitas layanan yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Handover, Jitter, Delay, VoIP, Quality of Service?

Hepatitis E virus (HEV) is an important public health problem and is responsible for both acute and chronic viral hepatitis. Public health implications of HEV are derived from its transmission route, either water-borne or food-borne, and its zoonotic potential. Not only in developing countries, but HEV cases are also found in a high number in developed countries. The spread of HEV to the environment might pollute surface waters, which could act as the source of infection for both humans and animals. Identification of the virus in animal products suggests the circulation of HEV within water and food chains. High seroprevalence and circulation of HEV in livestock, in particular pigs, as well as in environmental samples warrants further investigation into pig markets. HEV virulence in different environments and meat supply chains could shed light on the possible sources of infection in humans and the degree of occupational risk. The purpose of this review is to discuss HEV infections with an emphasis on livestock- and environment-related risk factors, and food-borne, water-borne, and zoonotic transmissions.

The International Community Service Program (KKN) at Kalamullah Al-Qur'an and Multilingual School in Pattani, Thailand, aims to strengthen educational and cultural values through a series of work programs that focus on various aspects of learning and culture. The work programs include: (1) Teaching Program, which improves the quality of education at the elementary, middle, and high school levels with interactive teaching methods; (2) Dream Tree Program, which inspires students to set their dreams and plan for their future; (3) Finger Painting Program, which encourages students' creativity through painting; (4) Direction Sign Program, which facilitates navigation and language comprehension in the school environment; (5) Batik Program, which introduces the art of Indonesian batik as part of cultural heritage; and (6) Introducing Indonesian Cuisine Program, which introduces Indonesian cuisine such as rendang, chicken curry, and chili paste to staff, teachers, and students. These programs not only enrich student’s educational and cultural experiences, but also strengthen the relationship between Indonesia and Thailand. These activities successfully facilitated positive cultural exchanges and deepened the understanding of Indonesian culture and education in Thailand.

This study examines the role and function of guardians in Islamic family law by emphasizing the historical aspects and their implementation in Indonesia and other Muslim countries. Guardians are responsible for the implementation of marriage, which is a long-standing tradition in Islamic law. This study investigates how the concept of guardians has evolved in various schools of thought and how these interpretations have impacted legal practice in various Muslim countries. In addition, this study discusses how the concept of guardians is used in Indonesian national law, considering how they are used in other Muslim countries. This study shows that, although the basic principles are the same, the implementation and interpretation of laws related to guardians vary greatly due to cultural factors, national laws, and social dynamics. The method used in this study is library research. Data and sources were used from both printed and electronic literature, namely books, journals, and laws, and analyzed comparatively. The results of this study provide us with an understanding of the complexity of the role of guardians in Islamic family law and how this role affects the contemporary system. The main purpose of the guardianship rules remains consistent to maintain welfare and justice in marriage.

In Indonesia, transgender groups face legal issues in recognizing their identity. This article discusses the legal status of transgender, a study of the legality of identity in relation to norms and human rights. This study uses a descriptive normative research method using secondary data, qualitative analysis of the problem of the legal status of transgender based on human rights, the constitution and related population administration regulations. The results of this study found that the legal status of transgender in Indonesia is still weak because there is no regulation. The absence of the state through affirmative policies and constitutional guarantees so that transgender can live with dignity and equality as citizens. Meanwhile, the legality of transgender identity is an inseparable part of the legal system and protection of human rights in Indonesia. In reality, structural and social discrimination continues to occur, thus hindering the recognition of transgender identity, even though there are legal loopholes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecemasan pertandingan terhadap performa pemain sepakbola. Kecemasan merupakan salah satu faktor psikologis yang dapat memengaruhi konsentrasi, koordinasi, dan performa Teknik selama pertandingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 80 pemain sepakbola pria berusia 18-25 tahun yang tergabung dalam liga kampus di Provinsi Riau. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner CSAI-2 (Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2) serta catatan statistik performa pertandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kecemasan kognitif dengan akurasi passing (r = -0.42; p < 0.01), dan antara kecemasan somatik dengan kontribusi gol/assist (r = -0.30; p < 0.05). Temuan ini mendukung pentingnya pelatihan pengelolaan kecemasan melalui strategi coping seperti self-talk dan relaksasi dalam rangka meningkatkan performa pemain di lapangan

Aksesibilitas merupakan kemampuan atau ketersediaan suatu tempat, produk, layanan, atau informasi untuk diakses dan digunakan oleh semua orang. Kampung Banyumas RT 32 merupakan desa yang terletak di Kelurahan Karang Joang Balikpapan Utara, memiliki daya tarik wisata unik, yaitu Wisata Meranti. Untuk aksesibilitas informasi bagi masyarakat umum, diperlukan pembangunan company profile berbasis website. Website ini akan dikelola secara berkelanjutan oleh perangkat desa. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan metode Agile dengan metode pengembangan Extreme Programming. Proses pembuatan company profile ini diintegrasikan ke dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, memberikan manfaat untuk mempromosikan Kampung Banyumas RT 32 sebagai destinasi kampung wisata yang menarik. Ini tidak hanya mendukung kegiatan pendidikan, tetapi juga berperan sebagai alat promosi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kunjungan dan kesadaran masyarakat.
