Abstract

Successful organizations have main characteristics that differentiate them from failed organizations, namely leadership that is dynamic and effective, strong in vision and firm in attitudes and principles, able to anticipate the future of the organization and take opportunities from existing changes so that it can direct the organization to achieve the goal. deliberately. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on the Employee Performance of Sharia Cooperative (Koperasi Syariah) in South Cimahi Region, both simultaneously and partially. This research is quantitative. The research method used was descriptive and verification to analyze employees of the South Cimahi Region Sharia Cooperative, with a sample of 50 employees. Based on the results of research and discussion, it was found that Leadership Style shows a strong relationship influence on employee performance compared to organizational culture in the medium category. This shows that the better the leadership style, the better the employee's performance. Organizational culture and employee performance will follow. It can be concluded that the transformational leadership style can change the South Cimahi Regional Sharia Cooperative to the concept of struggle. The transformation of the South Cimahi Regional Sharia Cooperative was born from the breakthrough of its leaders who were firm, innovative, and brave.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa yang penuh dengan dinamika yang mana pada masa ini banyak terjadi perubahan dan perkembangan yang pesat. Pada masa ini merupakan masa transisi yang mempunyai banyak resiko yang terjadi, tingginya kenakalan dan kekerasan baik sebagai korban maupun sebagai pelaku tindak kekerasan. Peristiwa demi peristiwa tindak kekerasan (bullying) masih terus terjadi di beberapa wilayah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan kepada remaja di SMK Sasmita Jaya 1. Selain itu juga diadakan sesi Tanya jawab antara tim pengabdi dengan remaja di SMK Sasmita Jaya 1  agar remaja dapat membedakan lebih banyak lagi hal-hal yang disebut dengan candaan dan yang dikategorikan bullying, mengingat bullying tidak hanya secara fisik tetapi juga secara verbal. Kegiatan diterima denga baik dan penuh dengan antusias dari para peserta kegiatan.

Abstract

This research discusses how the social history of Imam Malik Imam Malik bin Anas (711-795 AD), is one of the most famous Islamic scholars in history. He also created the Maliki school, which is one of the four most important schools of Islamic fiqh. Imam Malik was born in Medina, a place rich in religious and intellectual traditions, which shaped his thinking. He is known for his unique method of ijtihad, which prioritizes the practices of the people of Medina as a source of law, and integrates hadith and the opinions of the Prophet's companions. His famous work, Al-Mudawwanah, is an important reference in the study of fiqh and shows his deep thoughts on justice and public interest (maṣlaḥah). Imam Malik also emphasized the importance of morals and morals in the application of law. He still influences the development of Islamic law and is a reference for many Muslims around the world. Imam Malik contributed greatly to the understanding and practice of Islamic law to this day by utilizing a balanced approach between text and context. This article aims to find out how the social history of Imam Malik's journey.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas tunanetra sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mengingat informasi penting karena keterbatasan akses terhadap media visual. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Sekolah Khusus Islam Terpadu (SKH IT) Yarfin, Tangerang Selatan, dengan tujuan mengembangkan teknik pengingat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa tunanetra. Program ini memanfaatkan alat bantu berbasis audio dan aplikasi teknologi yang ramah disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan siswa, pelatihan penggunaan alat bantu seperti perekam suara dan aplikasi smartphone, serta pendampingan intensif dalam penerapan teknik pengingat tersebut dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam mengelola informasi secara mandiri, termasuk pencatatan jadwal, tugas, dan hal-hal penting lainnya. Secara keseluruhan, teknik pengingat berbasis audio dan teknologi ramah disabilitas terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian siswa tunanetra dalam mengingat informasi. Disarankan untuk melakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut pada aplikasi khusus yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu siswa tunanetra di SKH IT Yarfin.

Abstract

There are different fatwâ between DSN-MUI and Council Hisbah Persis relating to financing Hajj Arrangements and the status of waiting list hajj candidate. However, in substance, the DSN-MUIFatwâ and is not in contradiction with the Council Hisbah Persis because both fatwas forbid bailout that ta‘alluq between qardh with ujrah. To reach istithâ'ah fi adâ’ al-hajj, a person is prohibited to invade other parties that is istithâ‘ah, MUI fatwa requires that recipients must pay off the fund before the hajj realized.
