Abstract

The curriculum is the most important thing in the educational process. This study aims to examine the adaptation of salaf pesantren to era 4.0 with the presence of Mahad Aly in changes in curriculum management. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative with a field research approach. Sources of data in this study obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that: (1) Understanding Salaf Islamic Boarding Schools and Era 4.0. (2) The management of the Mahad Aly Al Hasaniyah curriculum entering the 4.0 era has three stages, namely: (a) Mahad Aly Al Hasaniyah curriculum planningentering 4.0 era three stages, namely the computer skills program, the preparation of the lesson schedule. (b) Implementation of the Mahad Aly Al Hasaniyah curriculum entering the 4.0 era, namely the implementation of daily learning, the implementation of computer skills twice a week, the use of streaming media in an activity, the use of E-book references (maktabah syamilah), and dawah skills through various media. (c) Evaluation of the Mahad Aly Al Hasaniyah curriculum entering this 4.0 era, namely applying the sorogan method, observing student activity in class, Mid-Semester Examination (UTS), Final Semester Examination (UAS), Making minutes and observing activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of government budget efficiency measures on the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia. As Islamic education plays a crucial role in the national education system—serving millions of students across Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) and madrasas—budgetary policies are likely to have significant consequences for educational outcomes, teacher welfare, infrastructure, and institutional sustainability. This research employs a qualitative literature review methodology, drawing on secondary sources such as scholarly publications, policy reports, recent academic articles, and digital media content, including YouTube and other social platforms. A descriptive analytical approach is utilized to assess the extent to which budget efficiency policies influence the quality of Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that budget reductions adversely affect teacher professional development initiatives, availability of educational facilities, and the overall welfare of teachers. Furthermore, diminished financial support has led to reduced access to essential educational resources for students in madrasas and pesantren. To address these challenges, the study recommends the implementation of alternative strategies, including strengthened governance mechanisms, increased collaboration with the private sector, and more transparent, targeted budget management practices. The study concludes with a call for further empirical research to deepen understanding of the long-term implications of budget efficiency measures on Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Untuk mengatasi beberapa siswa lulusan yang tidak dapat melanjutkan studi pendidikannya ditingkat perguruan tinggi karena faktor ekonomi dan kemampuan siswa yang terbatas. untuk itu meningkatkan kemampuan keterampilan siswa perlu beberapa kegiatan ketrampilan, akan tetapi tidak mudah untuk menerapkan kegiatan ini karena masih terdapat beberapa kendala. penelitian ini dilakukan di MA Bahrul Ulum Binangun Singgahan Tuban, karena lembaga pendidikan ini memiliki kegiatan ketrampilan siswa yang dapat mengembangkan bakat-bakat siswanya. fokus penelitian ini Pertama, tentang Manajemen Kesiswaan Dalam Meningkatkan vocational Skill Siswa. kedua, kendala-kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaannya.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan yang diharapkan dapat memberi gambaran dari tempat penelitian.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kepala Sekolah, wakil kepala Sekolah Bidang Keiswaan, pembimbing vocational skill siswa. dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penerapan manajemen kesiswaan melalui empat fungsi empat manajemen yaitu, 1)perencanaan dengan pembuatan program kerja serta tujuan kegiatan, 2) pengorganisasian dengan mengrekrut siswa dan pembuatan struktur kegiatan, 3) pelaksanaan pembuatan desain untuk efent-efent tertentu, penguploudan 122 desain ke social media, pembuatan 20 gantungan kunci dan 6 tas dari songket,serta 5 anak yang mahir dalam public speaking dan 16 anak yang dalam proses pelatihan public speaking. 4) evaluasi melalui pengecekan jurnal kegiatan, absen serta LPJ kegiatan. kendala yang di alami yaitu kurangnya sarana dan prasarana dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan serta kondisi siswa mulai dari motivasi belajar serta lingkungan sekitar yang kurang mendukung. kata kunci: manajemen kesiswaan, vocational skill, siswa
