Abstract

This research is motivated by the inconsistent ability of novice club petanque unisma athletes who will participate in championships between students and other championships. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of video imagery training on increasing the accuracy of pointing novice athletes at club petanque Unisma Bekasi. This study used an experimental method with a One-Group Pretest-posttest design. The population of 16 novice athletes with sampling techniques with a total sampling of which 16 athletes were sampled. Based on the calculation results, the value of Tcount = 2.445 is obtained, which if we compare with the critical limit of acceptance and hypothesis rejection on dk = (n-1) (16-1) = 15 with a real level (a) = 0.05 obtained t (0.975 : 15) = 2.13. Then it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted or in other words there is a significant increase in the hail of the Video Imagery exercise.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the inconsistency of the athlete's shooting ability due to the lack of athlete's confidence during the match. This study aims to determine the effect of imagery training on shooting results at Petanque Athletes in Bekasi. The method used in this study was an experiment with a "two group pretest posttest design". The test instruments in this study were Shot One Targets with a distance of 6, 7 and 8 meters. Sampling used the "Systematic-Sampling" technique with a total of 14 athletes. The treatment in this research is external imagery and internal imagery training. In external imagery training, athletes are assisted by classical music by Ludwig Van Biethoven entitled Symphony and Fur Elise. Whereas in internal imagery training, the athlete performs imagery directly at the training ground while doing drill shooting with one ball target being the target. The test results showed that the average pretest using imagery training was 6.86 and the posttest result was 9.86, an increase of 3.00. While the average result of the pretest without using imagery training was 6.86, and the posttest result was 8.00, an increase of 1.14. The average difference in the increase in shooting results with imagery training and without imagery training is 1.86. Based on the analysis of data processing, it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence of training imagery on shooting results for Petanque Athletes in Bekasi.

Abstract

This research emphasizes the importance of digital literacy in strengthening national resilience and maintaining the nation's sovereignty in the digital era. Using qualitative analysis of secondary data, this research reveals that digital literacy involves effectively using technology and critically understanding and analyzing information. The method used in this research is a qualitative analysis of secondary data that includes regulations, policies, and initiatives related to digital literacy. The results show that digital literacy is essential in improving people's ability to use information and communication technology effectively and in understanding, analyzing, and using information critically to counter propaganda and fake news. The research also emphasizes the importance of integrating digital literacy education in the curriculum, learning programs, development of educational digital content, and related regulations. The study concludes that developing digital literacy programs that are inclusive and accessible to all levels of society is essential to strengthening national resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the physical condition of junior athletes of the LAVANI Cikeas Bogor volleyball club including cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle explosive power, flexibility, and body composition. This physical component is important to support the appearance of athletes in volleyball. The method used is descriptive research with measurements using valid and reliable field tests. The study population was all junior athletes of the LAVANI Cikeas Bogor volleyball club totaling 30 people with total sampling techniques. The instruments used include multi-stage running tests, push-up tests, vertical jump tests, sit and reach tests, and anthropometric measurements. The results showed that the average cardiovascular endurance of athletes was in the good category, arm and shoulder muscle strength in the sufficient category, leg muscle explosive power in the less category, flexibility in the good category, and body composition of most athletes was in the ideal range. Overall, the physical condition of the junior athletes of the LAVANI Cikeas Bogor volleyball club is considered quite good but still needs to be improved, especially in the explosive power component of the leg muscles to support optimal performance in playing volleyball.

Abstract

Teachers must always improve pedagogical competence to keep up with changes and developments that occur in curriculum content in the learning process of students. The merdeka curriculum is the result of the government’s findings on the replacement of the previous curriculum, which gives students the freedom to develop their potential according to their talents and interests. This descriptive quantitative study aims to explore information about the understanding of physical education teachers on the implementation of the merdeka curriculum in junior high schools in Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. This study involved 17 schools, with 21 physical education teachers as samples. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale and Google Forms media. The results of the study were analyzed using SPSS 23 through descriptive statistics. The data were categorized, then looked for percentages, and averaged (mean). The results of this study indicate the understanding of physical education teachers towards the implementation of an merdeka curriculum in junior high schools in Tarumajaya District with an average value of 73% which is then converted into a “Good Enough” category value. Based on the findings of this study, increasing teacher competence, especially pedagogical competence in Tarumajaya District, must be further optimized through increasing teacher understanding, providing adequate resources, reducing administrative burdens, increasing student motivation, and effective time management towards the focus of the Merdeka curriculum.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the relationship between agility and eye-foot coordination with the dribbling ability of Dewi Sartika High School futsal athletes. This type of research is correlational research. The population in this study was 20 players. Using the total sampling technique. Agility data retrieval with shapes, Illinois Agility Test, and Eye-toe coordination with the form Soccer wall volley test. Meanwhile, dribbling ability is assessed using the zig-zag dribbling test. The research results show that 1) There is a significant relationship between agility and dribbling ability. 2) There is a significant relationship between eye-foot coordination and dribbling ability. 3) A significant relationship exists between agility, eye-foot coordination, and dribbling ability
