Abstract

Sportpreneurship, or sports-based entrepreneurship, is becoming an important phenomenon in the modern business world, especially among millennials who have a high tendency towards innovation and technology. The millennial generation is faced with a great opportunity to take advantage of sports as a rapidly growing business sector. This study aims to analyze sports-based business development strategies that are relevant to the millennial generation. Using a qualitative approach, this research identifies the opportunities, challenges, and potentials that exist in the development of sportpreneurship. The results of the study show that interest in digital sports, the development of fitness applications, and social media as marketing platforms, are important aspects of the millennial sports business model. This research provides practical recommendations for the millennial generation to explore the growing market and utilize technology in optimizing the potential of the sports business.

Abstract

Passing is an important basic skill in football that affects the effectiveness of the game and teamwork. However, low motivation in basic technique training such as passing is an obstacle in the development of young athletes' abilities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of individual passing and face-to-face passing training on increasing the training motivation of junior football athletes. The research design used a quasi experiment with a pretest–posttest approach two groups design. The subjects of the study were 24 junior football athletes aged 13–15 years who were divided into two groups. The motivation instrument uses a validated exercise motivation questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using paired t-test and independent t-test. The results showed a significant increase in motivation in both groups, with the passing group facing off showed a higher increase (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that social interaction in face-to-face training can strengthen the motivational aspects of young athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical condition and technical skills of bolavoli games and to determine the correlation between physical condition and technical skills of bolavoli games. This study uses descriptive research methods, the population and sample are female athletes of the Bekasi City BVN club totaling 12 people. The results of data analysis show that most of the female bolavoli athletes of the Bekasi City BVN club have good physical condition. While the basic technical skills of the game of volleyball are included in the classification of less. For the level of correlation between physical condition and bolavoli technical skills with an r2 value of 0.496. meaning that the magnitude of the influence between physical condition and basic bolavoli technical skills in female athletes of the Bekasi City BVN club is 49.6%, while 50.4% is influenced by other factors, which are not included in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the physical condition of junior athletes of the LAVANI Cikeas Bogor volleyball club including cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle explosive power, flexibility, and body composition. This physical component is important to support the appearance of athletes in volleyball. The method used is descriptive research with measurements using valid and reliable field tests. The study population was all junior athletes of the LAVANI Cikeas Bogor volleyball club totaling 30 people with total sampling techniques. The instruments used include multi-stage running tests, push-up tests, vertical jump tests, sit and reach tests, and anthropometric measurements. The results showed that the average cardiovascular endurance of athletes was in the good category, arm and shoulder muscle strength in the sufficient category, leg muscle explosive power in the less category, flexibility in the good category, and body composition of most athletes was in the ideal range. Overall, the physical condition of the junior athletes of the LAVANI Cikeas Bogor volleyball club is considered quite good but still needs to be improved, especially in the explosive power component of the leg muscles to support optimal performance in playing volleyball.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of core stability training on jump serve accuracy in adolescent volleyball players. In the sport of volleyball, jump serve accuracy is essential for creating effective attacks, while core stability plays an important role in controlling body movement, improving balance, and generating the strength needed to serve accurately. This study used an experimental design with 30 youth volleyball players from the New Antarctica Club who were divided into two groups: an experimental group that underwent a 6-week core stability training program and a control group that received no specific training intervention. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a better and significant improvement in jump serve accuracy compared to the control group. Therefore, it can be concluded that core stability training can improve jump serve accuracy in adolescent volleyball players.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of paired passing drills on the improvement of forearm passing skills among elementary school students participating in volleyball extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School Pondok Ranggon, East Jakarta. The research method used was an experimental approach with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. A total of 30 students were selected as subjects. Data were collected through a forearm pass skill test and analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant increase in students’ forearm passing abilities after participating in the paired passing training, with a mean improvement of 10.9 points (t = 11.03, p < 0.05). These findings suggest that the paired passing method is effective in enhancing the fundamental volleyball skills of young learners.

Abstract

Volleyball team coaching program in Vocational High Schools (SMK) plays an important role in developing athlete skills and shaping student character. Although volleyball is one of the popular sports in Indonesia, many schools do not yet have a systematic and structured coaching program. This study aims to implement and evaluate the volleyball team coaching program at SMK Panjatek to improve students' technical skills, teamwork, and champion mentality. This program was implemented for 3 months with a training frequency of 3 times a week. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in technical skills such as passing, serving, smashing, and blocking, as well as an increase in teamwork and player mentality. This program also succeeded in improving the discipline, communication, and self-confidence of the players. Therefore, this volleyball team coaching program can be used as a model for developing volleyball teams in other schools.

Abstract

Football is one of the most popular sports in the world, including in Indonesia. In the context of education, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK), football is not only a means to improve physical fitness, but also to shape students' character, such as discipline, teamwork, and leadership. Therefore, football coaching in SMK needs to be optimized to improve basic skills and understanding of playing tactics. This community service program aims to implement a structured approach in football coaching at SMK Panjatek, Bekasi City, with a focus on basic skills (dribbling, passing, shooting) and understanding of game tactics. The results of this program show that students experience significant improvements in technical skills and understanding of game tactics, as well as increased teamwork and competitive spirit.
