Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk di Kota Denpasar yang tidak terkendali, persebaran penduduk yang tidak merata, banyak masalah yang merupakan akibat dari persebaran penduduk kerap kali muncul dan mendesak berdampak terhadap padatnya jumlah penduduk yang tidak sebanding dengan luas wilayah Kota Denpasar, serta tidak tertibnya administrasi kependudukan. Pemerintah tidak bisa membatasi penduduk non permanen untuk mencari pekerjaan di Kota Denpasar Berdasarkan uraian di atas dimana terjadinya kesenjangan peraturan tentang penyelenggaraan administrasi kependudukan dengan kenyataan di Kota Denpasar, maka penulis tertarik untuk menulis skripsi dengan mengajukan judul mengenai “Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Kependudukan Terkait Penertiban Penduduk Non Permanen Di Kelurahan Pemecutan Kecamatan Denpasar Barat, Kota Denpasar”.Masalah yang dikaji dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut : Bagaimanakah Pengaturan dan Pelaksanaan Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Kependudukan Terkait Penertiban Penduduk Non Permanen di Kelurahan Pemecutan, Kecamatan Denpasar Barat, Kota Denpasar? Abstract

Prostitution or online prostitution is the practice of prostitution which uses the internet network or social media as a means of liaison or means of communication for pimps, sex workers and their users. This research aims to find out and explore how online prostitution cases are increasing in the jurisdiction of the Bali Regional Police. This paper uses empirical research methods using a sociological juridical approach. The results of this research show that perpetrators of online prostitution can be punished under Article 296 and Article 506 of the Criminal Code, The efforts made by the Bali Regional Police in the process of taking action against perpetrators of prostitution are preventive efforts, namely by providing education about the dangers of online prostitution and repressive efforts in the form of arresting pimps to receive punishment in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

Abstract

The authority of the police in handling cases of criminal acts of persecution committed by foreign nationals that go viral through social media is often a public discussion. The problem in this case is how the authority of the police in handling cases of criminal acts of persecution committed by foreign nationals that went viral on social media and the inhibiting factors in handling the case. This research was carried out in the jurisdiction of the South Kuta Police Chief. The type of research used is empirical law using legal system theory, law enforcement theory and authority theory. From the results of the research conducted in this case, the police often wait for complaints or reports first, because there are no reports or complaints that the perpetrators flee or hide, there is a lack of evidence obtained by the police. The police already have an online service to receive complaints from the public, making it easier for people to use their personal social media to participate in law enforcement in Indonesia.
