Abstract

The catfish village is a center for catfish farming in Boyolali Regency. Most of the people depend on the family economy from this sector. There are those who work as catfish breeders, consumption catfish breeders, feed sellers, catfish buyers, some are unskilled laborers in the farm. The IbM program is in collaboration with "RIZKY" Catfish Farming UKM partners managed by Mr. Irnawan and his wife Mrs. Dewi Rusmini, located in "Kampung Lele" Boyolali to be precise in the village of Mangkubumen Tegal Rejo, Sawit Boyolali with a distance of about 25 km from Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta . Mr. Irnawan and Mrs. Dewi in particular separated their business into two sectors, namely (1) as catfish breeders as well as catfish traders who, apart from selling their own crops, also bought other farmers' crops for sale by catfish traders, and (2) as feed traders, where they as a feed agent for their own consumption on their farms as well as being sold to other farmers affiliated with them. Community service this time is more focused on feed supply management which is managed by Mrs. Dewi. Community service activities focus on managing and applying management and inventory control including training in applying the Management Stock Control application to determine reorder levels and minimum stock

Abstract

This very simple study will discuss the concept of transformational leadership which is a leadership style that can turn the vision and mission into action, transforming individuals to want to change towards improving their quality. In its implementation, there are several factors that influence it, namely idealiazed influence, inspirational motivation, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation. The purpose of writing to explain in a comprehensive manner about the concept of leadership, transformational leadership style, and characteristics of transformational leadership. Organizations or corporation need leaders to advance, develop and bring the institutions they lead to a better direction. Transformational leadership is one of the modern leadership styles that is able to change from vision and mission to action and is done by creating a clear vision, motivating staff to be creative, innovative, building a learning culture, and building effective communication. Constructive criticism and suggestions from readers are highly expected for the perfection of this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of human resources, work professionalism, commitment and their influence on employee performance. on the performance of Kultura Digital Media (KDM) publishing employees in Surakarta city both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in the company amounted to 100 permanent employees and 50 people were taken as respondents. 50 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random sampling by means of a lottery / simple random sample. Simple random sampling by means of a lottery / draw from the names of KDM Surakarta employees who were then taken as many as the sample used, namely 50 people. draw as much as the sample used, namely 50 names of employees selected in the draw. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted state that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on performance. quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KDM employees, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KDM employees. professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KDM employees and commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KDM employees.and significant to the performance of KDM employees. Simultaneously the quality of human resources,professionalism, and commitment support the performance of KDM employees.

Abstract

Bulan Ramadan merupakan bulan di mana sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia wajib berpuasa. Hal ini kemudian secara langsung dapat mempengaruhi kondisi karyawan dan hasil dari produktivitas mereka. Selain itu, sering kali terdapat adanya perubahan kerja di dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini kemudian akan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk dapat melihat mengenai bagaimana perubahan jam kerja di bulan Ramadan dapat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dari karyawan. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil studi ke lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa karyawan dan manajer di perusahaan industri manufaktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa perubahan jam kerja mempengaruhi kinerja dari para karyawan tersebut. Hal ini kemudian diperparah dengan kondisi karyawan yang saat itu sedang berpuasa. Sebagian besar karyawan merasa lebih sulit berkonsentrasi, terutama di pagi hari. Kemudian kelelahan juga lebih sering dirasakan. Namun agar produktivitas tidak menurun, pihak manajemen sendiri berusaha untuk dapat memberikan fleksibilitas jam kerja dan mengubah prioritas dan deadline pekerjaan sesuai dengan kondisi karyawan. Hal ini dilakukan agar tidak adanya penurunan yang signifikan di dalam produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Social media will be an integral part of any digital marketing strategy for the tourism industry, but it's important to remember that this medium produces content with wide variations. Tourist hotspots need to keep a positive online reputation so that positive word-of-mouth spreads among locals. This research aims to fill this knowledge gap by proposing an integrated model to investigate the impact of destination reputation and nowness service on visitors likelihood to return and by extension, on sustainability. Assessment of the measurement model in this study used SEM PLS, and data were collected from 70 people in Central Java province. A positive correlation between Nowness service and destination reputation was found, suggesting that the more popular a destination is, the more positive its reputation will be perceived to be. Having a positive impact on the visitor’s perception of the destination, a memorable vacation is a great marketing tool. The ability to provide visitors with a memorable experience and excellent service while also considering the concept of sustainability in terms of the economy, environment, and society is essential to a destination's reputation, which in turn generates a sustainable competitive advantage in the tourism industry. The following section discusses the implications and the agenda for future research.

Abstract

The development of the times and technology has led to an increase in efficiency in the world of work. But at the same time, the existence of this technology then slowly begins to replace some human jobs. Therefore, there is a need for reskilling in the workforce to reduce the number of unemployed caused by the industrial revolution 4.0. This research then aims to look at how policy strategies can be made to help implement workforce reskilling. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. This research method is a literature study using data from previous research which still has relevance to the contents of this research. The results of this study then found that through collaboration between the government and stakeholders, the government can anticipate changes in job trends and help develop new skills needed by the unemployed. By ensuring skills match job trends, individuals will be better prepared to deal with the changes that occur and increase their chances of finding jobs that match market needs. However, unfortunately the implementation of the reskilling policy still encounters several obstacles, such as a lack of resources and gaps in access owned by the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk berefleksi mengenai kebutuhan sumber daya manusia di masa yang akan datang, sebab sumber daya manusia adalah faktor produksi yang elementer. Untuk dapat mengembangkan SDM yang dimiliki perusahaan sangat tergantung pada proses organisasi untuk mencetak SDM yang kompeten dan kemampuan perusahaan untuk merekrut individu-individu terbaik. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka , dengan menggunakan sumber sumber data seperti jurnal, buku-buku, gambar dan sumber data yang lain yang kompatibel dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Kemudian di elaborasi secara seksama dengan teori – teori yang mendukung analisis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil kajian mendapati bahwa (1) Perencanaan atau proyeksi sumber daya manusia di masa depan merupakan kebutuhan elementer, (2) Proyeksi sumber daya manusia di masa depan harus menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan organisasi dengan presisi dan kompatibilitas optimum, (3) Kebutuhan sumber daya manusia semakin kompleks seiring dengan dinamika organisasi
