Abstract

The main purpose of zakat as an Islamic financial instrument that aims as an equal distribution of revenue and maslahah. Indonesia with the Muslimmajority community, has great potential in collecting zakat funds, it is expected to be a solution to the income inequality and poverty in Indonesia. However, the realization of zakat still far from the potential. It is indicate that the performance of zakat fund management institutions has not been maximized.This study aims toreview and organize the performance management of zakat fund institution and organize its impact on income equality and poverty in Indonesia. This study provides a qualitative and critical review of efficiency performance management zakat fund institution and theinfluence on income distribution and poverty alleviation in IndonesiaBy critical review and classifying the result of previous research found some propositions: (1)Management of zakat funds have affect on the performance of zakat institutions (2) the efficiency of the performance management of zakat fund institutions have impact on the equitable distribution of zakat funds (2) the effectiveness distribution of zakat fund institution have a significant affect on poverty alleviation and equitable distribution of income

Abstract

Masjid memiliki peran vital dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sosial, perekonomian mulai mengalami degradasi fungsi sebagai pusat peradaban menjadi tempat ritual peribadatan turun temurun. penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menggali dan menumbuhkan kembali esensi dan vitalisasi masjid yang sebenarnya di tengah tengah masyarakat sebagai point of development dalam membangun kesejahteraan dan penggerak ekonomi kemasyarakatan, khususnya masyarakat menegah kebawah serta UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pengkajian yang berdasar analisis dokumen (Document Study). Memberikan hasil manajemen pengelolaan sumber daya masjid mulai dari manajemen dan sinergitas pengelolaan masjid, manajemen sumber daya insan masjid, program program pemberdayaan sosial ekonomi masjid, hingga financial planning melalui metode saving nabi yusuf dalam upaya mengkokohkan keuangan masjid untuk tetap bisa tangguh ditengah keterpurukan ekonomi dan tetap mampu menjalankan program kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat menengah dan UMKM khususnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how motivation, pay, and career advancement affect teachers' performance. The study's sample consisted of 51 teachers. Multiple regression is the statistical tool utilized, with the sample method being simple random sampling. Using the statistical program SPSS 16.0, data were examined. With a sig F value of 0.000 < 0.1 and an f-count of 18.976, the findings of this study demonstrate that motivation, compensation, and career growth strongly influence teacher performance. The findings of the motivation t-test, with a sig t value of 0.025 < 0.1 and a t-count value of 2.310, have a significant impact on teachers' performance. With a significant value of 0.000 < 0.1 and a t-count of 4.439, career growth strongly influences teacher performance.

Abstract

Bulan Ramadan merupakan bulan di mana sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia wajib berpuasa. Hal ini kemudian secara langsung dapat mempengaruhi kondisi karyawan dan hasil dari produktivitas mereka. Selain itu, sering kali terdapat adanya perubahan kerja di dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini kemudian akan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk dapat melihat mengenai bagaimana perubahan jam kerja di bulan Ramadan dapat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dari karyawan. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil studi ke lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa karyawan dan manajer di perusahaan industri manufaktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa perubahan jam kerja mempengaruhi kinerja dari para karyawan tersebut. Hal ini kemudian diperparah dengan kondisi karyawan yang saat itu sedang berpuasa. Sebagian besar karyawan merasa lebih sulit berkonsentrasi, terutama di pagi hari. Kemudian kelelahan juga lebih sering dirasakan. Namun agar produktivitas tidak menurun, pihak manajemen sendiri berusaha untuk dapat memberikan fleksibilitas jam kerja dan mengubah prioritas dan deadline pekerjaan sesuai dengan kondisi karyawan. Hal ini dilakukan agar tidak adanya penurunan yang signifikan di dalam produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze aspects of the application of emotional and spiritual capital in increasing the work productivity of craftsmen. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach method with observation, interviews and literature studies as data sources. The research method used is the Miles and Huberman method, TRUSTWORTHINESS is used to replace "validity and reliability". The results of the research show that the application of emotional and spiritual capital is carried out quite well, although there is still a need to increase awareness and intention to make keris as the main motivation in efforts to increase work productivity. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how intrinsic motivation at work affects the Tajir of Sumenep's human resource management. The goal of this descriptive quantitative study is to provide a high-level picture of the interrelationships among the variables. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, literature study and documentation study. Questionnaires were distributed to 34 residents of Tajir village, whose responses will be processed and analyzed using instrument tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests and simple regression analysis. The research results reveal that work motivation has a positive impact or has a significant effect on improving the quality of human resources. This is shown if variable X increases or is positive with the assumption of work motivation, the quality of human resources will increase. Human resource quality declines, on the other hand, if variable X falls or is negative relative to the assumption of intrinsic motivation at work. It follows that intrinsic motivation at work significantly boosts Sumenep's tajir village's human resource quality.

Abstract

Kampung tajir adalah sebutan untuk sebuah kampung yang terletak di desa Cabbiya, Talango, Sumenep. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya rumah dan mobil mewah dalam sebuah kampung kecil yang jauh dari perkotaan. Dibalik pekerjaan penduduk lokal pada umumnya sebagai nelayan, sebagian besar penduduknya juga memilih merantau dan bekerja sebagai pengusaha toko kelontong yang menghasilkan upah enam hingga delapan kali lipat lebih tinggi dibanding Upah Minimum Regional setempat. Mencapai kondisi ekonomi yang relative mapan, didapatkan setelah jatuh bangun membangun usaha di tanah Rantau dan jauh dari keluarga. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui mengenai gambaran motivasi kerja pada pengusaha toko kelontong di kampung Tajir Sumenep, Madura. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah IPA (Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 3 orang informan berdasar kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa motivasi kerja pada pengusaha toko kelontong di kampung Tajir Madura terbentuk melalui proses pengalaman baik dalam hal kinerja, penghargaan, tantangan, tanggung jawab, pengembangan, keterlibatan, dan kesempatan. Tekad merupakan hal terbesar dalam mengambil keputusan berkaitan dengan pekerjaan dan cara mempertahankan motivasi kerja.

Abstract

This research highlights the need for an integrated approach to enhance human resource quality for the sustainable development of seaweed production in Sumenep Regency. By focusing on Pagar Batu Village, Saronggi District, a significant seaweed-producing area, this study aims to support community welfare, particularly for coastal communities. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, the research explores the dynamics of local seaweed cultivation, focusing on conditions as they naturally occur. Data collection involved observations, interviews, and documentation to capture a comprehensive view of seaweed production. Findings reveal both supporting factors, such as cooperative teamwork and adequate equipment, and obstacles like unpredictable weather, poor water quality, and fluctuating prices. Training programs organized by local authorities show potential in increasing technical knowledge, though outreach is still limited. This research underscores the importance of capacity building and technical training to address these challenges, fostering sustainable productivity and economic growth in Sumenep's seaweed sector.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Human Resources (HR) planning and work motivation in increasing seaweed farming productivity in Sumenep, Madura. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The main informant is the head of the seaweed farming group in Pagarbatu Village, Saronggi District, Sumenep. The data collected were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that good HR planning, including skills training and maintaining the welfare of group members, contributes significantly to increasing productivity. In addition, high work motivation, influenced by the fulfillment of physiological needs, security, and social appreciation, also plays an important role in increasing the work spirit of seaweed farmers. Although the farmer group does not have a formal HR plan, they apply effective principles in developing the capacity of its members. This study is expected to provide insight into the development of HR planning and work motivation in the seaweed farming sector, as well as encourage increased productivity and welfare of coastal communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the human resource competencies needed to improve seaweed production efficiency and to examine how human resource knowledge plays a role in increasing production efficiency in Sumenep. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation from farmers and production managers. The results showed that to increase seaweed production yields, good technical and managerial skills are needed, as well as knowledge of effective cultivation techniques. Furthermore, it was proven that improving HR skills through continuous training increases the welfare and productivity of farmers. This study found that more inclusive training programs are needed so that human resources in seaweed cultivation in Sumenep can be maximized.
