Abstract

One of indicators used to determine the effect of tourism on local revenue is through the development of tourism revenue received by the tax tourism indutry and tourism levy. Where this would describe the situation every tourism trip would be beneficial to the economy of a region that is in visited and impacted to the revenue which would increase also. This study aims to determine the tax effects of the tourism industry and tourism levy on revenue (PAD) in 12 districts / cities of Riau Province in 2009-2013. In this research used period (time series) data and latitude series data (cross section) while the source data using secondary data, then analyzed by the method of multiple linear regression (with SPSS version 16.0). The results of tests showed that the tax variable tourism industry and tourism levy variables have a significant effect on the variable revenue. T-test showed that the tourism industry tax variables have the most significant effect on the regional income variable t of 1.801 and significance probability of 0.005 <0.05. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by these two variables together against the dependent variable that is equal to 24.7% while the remaining 75.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: tax tourism industry, tourism levy, local revenue

Abstract

Baja SUJ2 merupakan material standar internasional yang umum digunakan untuk pembuatan bearing. Ketahanan aus (wear resistance) sangat dipengaruhi oleh nilai kekerasan. Hardness yang baik dapat dicapai dengan cara memberikan perlakuan panas pada material tersebut melalui tahapan heating, quenching, lalu tempering. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui secara jelas laju keausan material baja SUJ2 yang diberikan perlakuan variasi temperatur tempering. Pada penelitian ini, material baja SUJ2 mendapatkan perlakuan tempering dengan variasi nilai temperatur sebesar 170 0C, 200 0C, 230 0C. Hasil pengujian dengan alat uji aus tipe Pin on Disk (ASTM G99) menunjukkan bahwa baja SUJ2 dengan perlakuan tempering 170 0C dan pembebanan alat uji aus sebesar 4,9 N memiliki ketahan aus paling baik yaitu 0,7228 mm3/menit, sedangkan material baja SUJ2 dengan perlakuan tempering 230 0C dan pembebanan alat uji aus sebesar 14,7 N memiliki ketahanan aus paling buruk yaitu 2,3098 mm3/menit.

Abstract

PKS Lampung Province is one of the political parties participating in the 2024 elections, but as a PKS cadre party it actually provides the same candidacy opportunities for old cadres and new cadres who register themselves when they want to nominate as legislative members of PKS without going through the selection stage or in-depth introduction to the vision and mission of PKS. The focus of this research is to examine the process and criteria for recruiting legislative candidates as determined by DPW PKS Lampung in facing the 2024 elections. This research uses the recruitment process theory according to Michael Rush and Philip Althoff, namely the open recruitment process and closed recruitment process and recruitment criteria based on rational theory. choices according to Barbara Gaddes are partisanship, meritocratic, survival, and compartmentalization. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data used is primary data obtained through interviews with research informants and observations with DPW PKS Lampung regarding the recruitment process and criteria, as well as secondary data obtained through documentation such as the list of PKS legislative candidates, the General Election Law, General Election Commission Regulations, and etc. The results of the research show that the Lampung PKS DPW uses a closed recruitment process, namely that the legislative member candidates nominated by PKS are all internal PKS members, because PKS does not nominate candidates independently. The recruitment criteria set are partisanship criteria because all candidates do not go through the selection stage, the priority is only on how much vote support they are able to collect, as well as survival criteria for candidates who are recommended directly by PKS as legislative candidates through providing financial assistance in fulfilling all nomination processes.

Abstract

This research was conducted from July to November 2020 in the coastal lands of Ratu Agung District, Lempuing Village, Kuala Alam, Bengkulu City, at an elevation of 5 meters above sea level. The study aimed to investigate the interaction between vermicompost and single phosphorus (P) fertilizer on the growth and yield of Detam 4 soybean plants in coastal lands, focusing on determining the optimal doses for both inputs. The experiment was designed as a two-factor study using a factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications. The first factor was vermicompost application at four levels: 0 tons ha-1, 5 tons ha-1, 10 tons ha-1, and 15 tons ha-1. The second factor was phosphorus application at three levels: 0 kg ha-1, 50 kg ha-1, and 100 kg ha-1. Observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, flowering age, number of productive branches, number of pods per plant, pod weight per plant, pod weight per plot, seed weight, and root weight. Data were analyzed using ANOVA at the 5% significance level, with a subsequent 5% LSD test if significant effects were found. The application of vermicompost at a dose of 10 tons ha-1 without the addition of single P fertilizer results in the best growth of the soybean variety Detam 4, characterized by the highest average shoot dry weight of 41.133 g, the fastest flowering age, and the greatest number of productive branches. The best yield of the Detam 4 soybean variety is achieved with the application of vermicompost at a dose of 15 tons ha-1, indicated by the highest number of productive branches and seed weight per plant. The independent application of single P fertilizer does not significantly enhance the growth and yield of the Detam 4 soybean variety in coastal land conditions.
