Abstract

Sumber Mulyo is a village located in Jogoroto Jombang District. Sumber Mulyo Village has potential in the field of village tourism because this village is location in an area that has a history of "PECEL" culinary tourism in Jombang Regency since the 1980s. The village tourism potential in this village has not been manage properly. The Community Service Program partner is BUMDes "Murni Jaya", which manages various business units, one of which is the fishing pond  business unit. During the Covid-19 pandemic, this tour was in great demand by the people in the village, even people other the village.The objectives of this program are first, to improve the managerial capabilities of Partners in managing village tourism business units; second, to improve Partners' abilities and skills in keeping financial records. The methods used are training, mentoring, and monitoring. The results of this community service program include: first, Partners have a village tourism business plan; both Partners increased their ability to plan village tourism development; third, Partners increase their ability and skills in preparing financial reports.abstract in bahasaSumber Mulyo merupakan sebuah desa yang berada di Kecamatan Jogoroto Jombang. Mitra Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah BUMDes “Murni Jaya”, yang mengelola berbagai unit usaha, salah satunya adalah unit usaha wisata kolam pancing. Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, wisata ini sangat diminati oleh masyarakat di desa tersebut, bahkan masyarakat di luar desa tersebut.Tujuan program ini adalah pertama, untuk meningkatkan kemampuan managerial Mitra dalam mengelola unit usaha wisata desa; kedua, meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan Mitra dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan dan monitoring. Hasil program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain: pertama, Mitra memiliki perencanaan usaha wisata desa; kedua Mitra meningkat kemampuannya dalam membuat perencanaan pengembangan wisata desa; ketiga, Mitra meningkat kemampuan dan ketrampilannya dalam menyusun laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Galengdowo Village has both natural and artificial tourism potential. The problem is that the promotion has not been carried out optimally and has not been integrated into one website and the lack of tourist information for prospective tourists. The goal of this action is to progress tourist villages through digitization and web sites. The methods used are training, mentoring, supervising, and asessment. The findings indicate this the tutoring and assistance in operating the web and the design of the promotion greatly impact the participants, it can regarded the finding of monitoring through the galengdowo. id web. he tourist information center is very much needed by the manager because it can provide information about tourist attractions to tourists. The results of the organizational management training, namely increasing the quality of Pokdarwis managers, which initially did not have a job description and after the training, there was a job description for each administrator

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi akhir tahun 2019-2020, telah memberikan dampak negatif terhadap perekonomian secara keseluruhan, yaitu menurunkan tingkat Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemiskinan, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengangguran terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Jawa Timur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder, yaitu PE, TPT, TK dan IPM dari tahun 2013-2015 dan 38 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IPM. Kedua, pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif, tapi tidak signifikan terhadap IPM. Ketiga, pengangguran berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap IPM.

Abstract

Data on ex-Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) is unavailable at the central, regional, and regional levels. This is because ex-PMIs never report their whereabouts if they are no longer working abroad, nor do village officials ever collect data on former -PMIs. This differed from PMI's conditions when it became PMI, a foreign exchange supplier for countries, regions, and regions. This research aims to (1) map the condition of ex-PMI women from employment, economic, and social data; (2) formulate a model for alleviating poverty for ex-PMI women. The method used is a survey method and a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in TulungAgung district, with 300 respondents. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive. Research results (1) survey results: (a) in the villages of Besole, Besuki, and TanggulTurus, data was found that there were approximately 474 female ex-PMIs, (b) 65.6% of female ex-PMIs had no income, (c) 32.4% ex-PMI Women do not work. (2) MPI calculation results show that Besuki and TanggulTurus villages produce the lowest MPI value, 0.033, while Besole village produces the lowest MPI value, 0.066. This shows that Besuki, TanggulTurus, and Besole villages are in the very low poverty classification.

Abstract

Research Originality: This study provides recent provincial evidence from Indonesia (2010–2024) on the nexus between poverty, economic growth, and stunting.  Research Objectives: This study aims to investigate the effects of poverty and economic growth on stunting prevalence in Indonesia, using parental education level and the open unemployment rate as proxies. Research Methods: This study employs path analysis using a natural-log approach, analyzing data from 2000 to 2023. Key variables include socioeconomic determinants and stunting prevalence. Empirical Results: The findings of this study include: poverty has a negative and significant effect on parental education and open unemployment, while economic growth has no significant effect on parental education and open unemployment; poverty affects the prevalence of stunting through parental education and open unemployment, while economic growth does not affect the prevalence of stunting through parental education and open unemployment. Implications: The findings suggest that reducing stunting requires inclusive economic growth and effective poverty alleviation. Therefore, policies should focus on strengthening social protection and improving access to nutrition and health services.
