Abstract

Adipura program is an environment department strategy program to create a neat and shade city. Pekanbaru was one of big city in Indonesia that gained 10 adipura award since 2004 till 2014. Although Pekanbaru gained adipura award many times, the reality is Pekanbaru was not proved as a clean of trash city. There are many trashes that scattered around side of the road and there are many stacks of trash in the dumpster. This research aims to evaluate Pekanbaru government strategies on defending adipura in 2014 – 2015.Base on data obtained from cleanliness and landscaping department, Pekanbaru has five strategies on defending adipura award which is do the cooperation and coordination to improve the technology and capacity of trash management facilities, utilization of human resources, build institution and technology to support the basic tasks and functions of public service, optimizing the usage of whole of department facilities, utilization of Pekanbaru government’s commitment through the maintenance and addition of facilities and infrastructures needed, suppress and reduce the volume of trash in the household which is expected can reduce the volume of trash transported. This research use qualitative descriptive method, data collection through observation and interviews the people who involved in this research as informants.The result of this research indicate that the evaluation of Pekanbaru government strategies on defending adipura 2014 – 2015 has not done well because just two of five strategies are implemented. This condition occurred because there was some problems which is the coordination by Pekanbaru cleanliness and landscaping department with PT. MIG was not maximal yet. There are many stack of trash and not transported entirely, then inadequate trash management’s facilities and infrastructures, socialization was not held thoroughly to public. The factors that effect the evaluation strategy of Pekanbaru government are the facilities and infrastructures, the public awareness and the fund.Keywords : Evaluation, Strategy, Adipura award of Pekanbaru

Abstract

Pada awal tahun 2020 dunia dibuat gempar oleh wabah pneumonia dari Wuhan yang disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV2) atau disebut COVID-19, dan dengan cepat menjadi pandemik di seluruh dunia. COVID-19 ditransmisikan melalui membran mukosa dan menginvasi sel penjamu melalui sel reseptor Angiotensin Converting Enzyme-2 (ACE-2) yang juga terdapat di konjungtiva, kornea dan cairan akuos. Meski manifestasi okular bukan merupakan gejala utama dari COVID-19 namun World Health Organization (WHO) melaporkan pasien COVID-19 dengan kongesti konjungtiva. Beberapa jurnal juga melaporkan manifestasi okular, seperti konjungtivitis pada pasien COVID-19 dengan atau tanpa nilai positif pada pemeriksaan polymerase chain reaction (PCR) spesimen mata.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of product variations, taste, and purchasing decisions at Kedai Seblak Prabumulih. This is a survey research with two independent variables of product variation, taste, and the dependent variable of purchasing decision. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents at Kedai Seblak Prabumulih. The obtained data was applied to the classical assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing consisting of t-test and F-test. The result showed that partially there was a significant effect between the product variation and the taste on purchasing decisions. There is a significant influence between product variations and taste simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Kedai Seblak Prabumulih. Keywords : Product Variation; Taste; Purchase Decision

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas diterapkan pada peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 4 Madyopuro, Kota Malang, tahun ajar 2023/2024, mengingat adanya permasalahan minat belajar peserta didik yang kurang saat proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) yang diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memotivasi minat belajar peserta didik agar semakin meningkat pada materi Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di kelas 1 SD Negeri 4 Madyopuro, Kota Malang, dengan subjek berjumlah 28 anak, terdiri dari 15 siswi perempuan dan 13 siswa laki-laki. Pengamatan dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus, dengan satu kali pertemuan di setiap siklus. Setiap pertemuan terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pada siklus 1, diperoleh persentase minat belajar peserta didik kelas 1 dengan kategori "rendah" sebesar 12,5 persen, "sedang" 25 persen, dan "tinggi" 62,5 persen. Kategori "rendah" masih menunjukkan kurangnya minat belajar berdasarkan persentasenya. Pada siklus 2, terlihat peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik, dengan kategori "rendah" sebesar 12,5 persen, "sedang" 12,5 persen, dan "tinggi" 75 persen. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan pada kategori rendah, dan kategori sedang serta tinggi menjadi seimbang.
