Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of problem in this research is "How is the adjective entrepreneurial aspect of the business in coffee powder business in Koto Tuo Village Tarab River District Batusangkar West Sumatera". This research uses descriptive naturalistic research with qualitative approach which aims to give the right picture about the Characteristic of Community Entrepreneurship in Coffee Powder Business in Koto Tuo Village Sungai Tarab District Batusangkar City, West Sumatera. This research consist of one variable that is with research indicator that is (1) Have a strong desire to stand alone, (2) Have willingness to take risk, (3) Have ability to learn from experience, (4) Able to motivate self, 5) Have the spirit to compete, (6) Have a relationship with hard work (7) Have great confidence. The subjects of this study were 5 informants ie 1 core informant, 2 control informants, and 2 informant observers. Technique of data collection is by using, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of interviews with informants, the researchers found the data through the 7 indicators is clear that the types of jobs that exist in the Village Koto tuo Tarab River District Batusangkar West Sumatra City is the equipment used to process coffee powder that is the furnace and parikiran engine in create your own. How the sale is done by going down directly to the surface and have some merchandise. The most superior here is to have children who use coffee with a very large number and will sell back to customers who have been looking for. The more children the more coffee powder sold. It remains consistent to the packaging of ground coffee, because from the first establishment of this business only disposable packaging but still with the same brand. Abstract

Abstract: This research is to know the role of Parent in Developing Creativity of 5-6 Years Old Children at Home Rt.04 Rw.14 Tangkerang Tengah Sub-District Marpoyan Damai Sub-District Pekanbaru is classified as Good ?. The purpose of this study is to know the Parent Role in Developing Creativity of 5-6 Year Olds at Home Rt.04 Rw.14 Village Tangkerang Tengah Sub Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru City. The population in this study are parents in Rt.04 Rw.14 Kelurahan Tangkerang Tengah Marpoyan Damai sub district Pekanbaru City as many as 30 people and the sample in this study is 20 people elsewhere used as sample trials conducted in Rt.01 Rw. 09 Kelurahan Tangkerang Tengah Sub Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru City. This type of research uses descriptive research with quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire containing 55 items statement, Parent Role in Developing Creativity of 5-6 Year Olds at Home Rt.04 Rw.14 Tangkerang Tengah Sub-District Marpoyan Damai Sub-district Pekanbaru City, with indicator 1) role as facilitator , 2) role as motivator, 3) role as Supervisor. Alternative answers to each item of statement have categories very often given a score of 4 (four), often given a score of 3 (three), sometimes given a score of 2 (two), never given a score of 1 (one). The results of this study are parents in Rt.04 Rw.14 fall into the category very well. This is evidenced by the presentation of data recapitulation: 1) role as facilitator, 78.7% of respondents stated very often (SS) and often (S), 2) role as motivator, 77.37% of respondents stated very often (SS) (S), roles as mentors, 85.93% of respondents stated very often (SS) and often (S).Keywords: Role of Parents, Creativity

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine parents' efforts to improve children's learning performance at 021 Tarai SDN, Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The sample in this study was 55 people, namely class V parents at SDN 021 Tarai. The technique to collect data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using percentage calculation. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of parents to provide adequate learning facilities according to the ability and needs of the school are very high. Moreover, the efforts of parents in creating a learning culture at home are quite high. In addition, parents' efforts to set priorities for tasks directly related to learning in schools are quite high. Moreover, parents' efforts to understand what the school has, will and will be done to develop children's potential are relatively low.Key Words: Parents' Efforts, Improve Learning Performance

Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of the study of organization seen of the aspects of important from the organisation. Because important aspects of the organization is characteristic the base that must be is used to the development of the study of organization PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) In The City Dumai. Formulation problems research is whether the study of organization In The City Dumai in good?. The purpose of this research is to find the study of organization PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) In The City Dumai in good. Population in this study some 63 people. Then the researcher determine samples from 39 people to research and 20 people for testing somewhere else, with using a technique simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief to 60 a statement and if the trial live 52 a statement valid for in made instrument research .Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative .The outcome of research on three indicators a conclusion can be drawn that study on organizations PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) In The City Dumai in good, With the average (the ss+s) 84 %. It means management PKBM run the study of organization, that activities in PKBM run smoothly. Seen from 3 indicators can be concluded that the division and a working relationship were very good, because management PKBM maintain the between her fellow employees , that the activities carried out by going well.Key Words: Study, the study of organization PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat)

Abstract

The aim of this study is to discover the learning implementation in the Ma'ahad Azzein AL-Makky Islamic boarding school in the Wek VI subdistrict, South Padangsidimpuan, Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatra. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, which aims to discover the learning implementation in the Ma'ahad Azzein AL-Makky Islamic boarding school in Wek VI, South Padangsidimpuan district, Padangsidimpuan City, North Sumatra. This study consists of one variable, namely the implementation of learning with 3 indicators, 6 sub-indicators and 20 dimensions, namely the first indicator of Input (input element), 1. Student or santri sub-indicators, a) Gender dimensions, b) Age dimensions, c) Physical maturity, d) Spiritual maturity. 2. Instrument factor Sub-indicator, a) Educator or Ustadh, b) curriculum or curriculum, c) learning materials and teaching materials, d) learning methods, e) learning facilities and infrastructure, f) learning time, g) learning evaluation. 3) Environmental indicator Sub-indicators, a) Physical factors, b) Social factors, c) Psychological factors. 4) Knowledge sub-indicator, a) Explain, b) Apply. 5) Attitude Indicator Sub, a) Accept, b) Refuse. 6) Skill indicator Sub, a) Al-Quran recitation, b) Al-Quran reading ability. Data collection techniques can be performed through observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study The process of implementing learning in the Islamic boarding school Ma'ahad Azzein Al-Makky went well, in terms of educators, learning materials, learning methods, learning time and learning evaluation. But there are still people who are not suitable, for example, they do not use the curriculum in the pesantren, because the main program is only the Tahfizh of the Quran and the infrastructure is still missing.Key Words: Implementation, Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the shortage of jobs in the village of Perawang, especially for housewives who usually do not work and sit alone at home without earning money to meet the needs of their families, and the large amount of plastic waste produced by Indah Kiat point . The purpose of this study was to determine community empowerment by PT management. Indah Kiat at Perawang Village, Siak Regency This type of research is descriptive naturalistic with a qualitative approach. The process of data collection is carried out by interviewing 6 research themes, namely 3 key informants, 2 control people and 1 observer informant including documentation. Based on the results of interviews, the researchers found 4 indicators, namely: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementation, (4) Supervision. The study of the 4 indicators is very useful to understand how communities can be optimally encouraged by plastic waste management to help people find jobs, expertise and a place to make money so that they can meet their daily needs.Key Words: Empowerment, Management, Plastic Waste

Because of the Learn the discipline is the condition of being created and formed through the process and a series of behavior that shows residents learn values in following learning activities on packages B di PKBM Harapan Bangsa di Kubang Raya Kecamatan Tambang Kab.Kampar. The formulation the research is how high levels of discipline learn the study in following the teaching and learning process to a package packages B di PKBM Harapan Bangsa di Kubang Raya Kecamatan Tambang Kab.Kampar?. The purpose of this research is to find discipline learn the study in studying to a package B di PKBM Harapan Bangsa di Kubang Raya Kecamatan Tambang Kab.Kampar. Population in this study as many as 48 people. Then the researcher determine samples from 48 people for research and 20 people to the tests of somewhere else, with uses the technique of sampling saturated. An instrument data collection namely poll with 48 a statement and if the trial live 40 a statement that valid to make instrument in research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. So, the research results show discipline residents learning packages B dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar pada PKBM Harapan Bangsa Di Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kab. Kampar who with a large percentage a whole the average (SS+S) 76%. Abstract: Research it is based on the state of facilities and in the implementation of the learning package c in PKBM It can be said support, although not memadai.rumusan problems research is whether perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package c in PKBM Bunga Tanjung Kabupaten Kampar in good?. The purpose of this research is to find perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package C PKBM Bunga Tanjung Kabupaten Kampar in good. Population in this study 60 people learn. So research sample areas 38 people and the other 20 sample test on critical level 10 %, sample used is simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief with 50 a statement and if the trial live 47 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. The results of the analysis that have been conducted by then a conclusion can be drawn to the result of this research be seen that, perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package c in PKBM Bunga Tanjung Kabupaten Kampar in good, with the 77 %. Although environmental factors are more dominant than factors instrumental. It means residents learn thought that environment around and place study in PKBM Bunga Tanjung be able to support learning as expected.Key words: Perception, perception residents learning

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perception of learning on the implementation of makeup learning in Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Rumba, Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The research was done in the Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Rumbai, Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 72 people. The research sample was 42 people and the trial sample was20 people, with a critical level of 10%. The sample used was simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative techniques in the form of a percentage. The results showed that the perception of the learners on the implementation of the learning skills of make up in Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PBSR) Rumbai, Pekanbaru quite well, judging from the indicator (1) Input obtained percentage value could not agree by 36%, agreed by 40%, less agree 15% disagree 4% and strongly disagree 5%, and then (2) Process obtained percentage value could not agree by 28%, agreed by 47%, less agreed by 13%, disagree 6 and strongly disagree 6 %. And (3) Output values obtained percentage of 38% strongly agree, 41% agree, 15% disagree, disagree 3% and 3% strongly disagree. Thus the most best output indicator, which has an average value of percentage of 79% means that people learn after graduation in their PSBR have independent business and improve the quality of education.Key words: Perception, Learning Implementation, Skills Makeup

Abstract: Research it is based on factor that influences residents learn enter paket C in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru seen from residents learn factors PKBM. Factor that influences residents learn enter paket C look at from 9 the basis of implementation in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota pekanbaru the study group, a source of learning (tutor), learning (the public, management, implementing ), of learning tools, place learning, pogram learning, yeast learning, funds learning and study results. The formulation the research is how high factors affect people learn entering paket C in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to know the level of factors affect residents learn enter paket c in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru. Population in this study as many as 35 people .Then the researcher take altogether for the study sample 35 people for research in Bina Kreasi and 20 people to the trial elsewhere by using saturated techniques of sampling. An instrument data collection namely poll with 65 a statement and if the trial live 60 a statement that valid to make instrument in research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis.
