This is an true experimental research with Design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The research sample consisted of 2 experimental classes with the implementation of cooperative learning models TSTS and TPS, and 1 control class. Research data analysis using ANOVA one way followed by Scheffe multiple comparison test. Based on the results of data processing by ANOVA one way obtained that Fcount > Ftable is 15,37 > 3,08 which shows that there are significant differences in student achievement between the experimental class TSTS, TPS, and control class. The results of data processing by Scheffe multiple comparison test was obtained the difference between the average experimental class of TSTS and TPS exceeded the values Scheffe is 4,79 > 4,68 and an average experimental class of TSTS higher than average experimental class of TPS is 54,1 > 49,31 which shows that there are significant differences in student’s achievement between implementation of cooperative learning models TSTS and TPS. Abstract

Violations of freedom of religion or belief continue to pose significant challenges to interfaith cooperation. Adherents of indigenous beliefs frequently experience such violations despite the legal and formal guarantees of their religious rights. Believers, as a minority group, are often marginalized and subjected to restrictions, even though their identity is recognized by Constitutional Court Decision Number 97/PUU-XIV/2016. This article examines the hegemonic relationship between "official religion" and adherents of indigenous belief, as well as its impact on the freedom of belief in Sukoreno Village, Jember. The study looks into the practice of hegemony and its implications on the violations of freedom of belief experienced by Sapta Darma Believers. The originality of this research lies in its focus on hegemonic relations through socio-cultural mechanisms. A qualitative methodology is implemented to investigate the disparities in social relations from the standpoint of Sapta Darma believers. Data collection is conducted through semi-structured interviews, supplemented by direct observation to contextualize and comprehend the social practices of interfaith life. The exercise of hegemony include: 1) internalization of Islamic practices within the Sapta Darma community, 2) restriction on certain activities, as well as 3) oversight and regulation concerning permits for the believers. Findings indicate hegemony in the interactions between Muslims and Sapta Darma believers through socio-cultural mechanisms. Although social relations between Muslims and the adherents appear harmonious and peaceful, the potential for violations of religious freedom persists due to the dynamics of majority-minority relations. The believers are compelled to adhere to detrimental policies to sustain harmony and preserve the image of Sukoreno 'Pancasila' Village. The hegemony of the dominant official religion over Sapta Darma belivers engenders ambiguity concerning religious freedom.

Abstract

This study examines the rise of BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) and its impact on the global political economy through Hardt and Negri’s concept of “Empire.” BRICS has challenged Western dominance by leveraging economic globalization to build influential networks, reflecting trends of deterritorialization and decentralization. Key strategies include China’s push for internet sovereignty and Russia’s market realignment under Western sanctions. The recent expansion of BRICS to include Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE underscores its growing influence in reshaping global governance. However, the study also identifies elements of “Empire” within BRICS, such as the use of economic leverage and biopower to exert control. These findings reveal a complex interplay between power and resistance, where BRICS, while challenging Western hegemony, also replicates some control mechanisms. This research contributes to the theoretical discourse on globalization and provides practical insights into the evolving multipolar world order.
