Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di IKIP Budi Utomo Malang dan Unmuh Jember dengan subyek dosen dan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Biologi selama 6 bulan (Maret-Agustus 2016), menggunakan metode yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Borg and Gall, yaitu: (1) prapengembangan, (2) pengembangan, (3) uji coba produk, dan (4) revisi. Pengembangan ini diawali dengan wawancara terhadap dosen dan mahasiswa, di mana data hasil wawancara tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan penilaian rubrik. Hasil wawancara, penilaian hasil belajar yang digunakan dosen belum mengukur kemampuan mahasiswa secara otentik. Sebagian besar dosen (84%) menggunakan tes tulis berupa tes obyektif, perlu untuk mengembangkan penilaian hasil belajar otentik berupa penulisan makalah dan presentasi makalah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa 89% mahasiswa menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap penulisan makalah dan 92% sikap positif terhadap presentasi makalah. Kesimpulannya bahwa mahasiswa menganggap tugas tagihan dan penilaian menggunakan rubrik deskriptif memberikan dampak yang baik dan pemahaman terhadap materi mata kuliah dan rasa percaya diri mahasiswa semakin meningkat.Kata kunci: Model Penilaian Otentik, Capaian Pembelajaran

Development in the city of Malang is directed to bring the people of Malang City to the welfare that is distributed evenly. This condition is characterized by increasing economic growth, declining unemployment and decreasing the poor in Malang. In addition, it will also lead people to increasingly cultured conditions, with religious-tolerant values marked by an increasing understanding of traditional values, religious values, mutual respect for differences, and the absence of conflict and violence on behalf of SARA in the city of Malang. The objectives of IbW Program are: (1) To identify potential, actual condition / situation, human resources and realistic resources in Klojen Sub-district, Malang City; (2) To formulate the potential of human resources and natural resources so that it can be used as a pre-eminent commodity of the region; (3) Conducting training activities in the framework of technology transfer generated by Higher Education to the community, so that the community has the knowledge and skills in managing the potential around them. Activities were carried out using survey methods, and observations. Meanwhile, to arrange the action program is done through worshop activity with the hope of action program as needed by society. To that end, in this IbW activity the community is involved from program planning, program implementation, utilization of results and evaluation of program implementation. In this way, the action program is a program that fits the needs of the community. In addition, the implementation of community empowerment activities is carried out using field assistance method. The results of IbW program activities that have been implemented are: (1) Health Sector; Drug hazard counseling; (2) Education Sector; Improved quality of educators with Class Action Research (PTK) training; Mentoring learning for underprivileged students; (3) Economic Program; Entrepreneurship Training "Aneka Handicraft of Maize Maize", (4) Environmental Empowerment Program; Making TOGA, Greening

Specific targets in this program will be used for the public discourse on the utilization of rice straw processed into organic compost, so it may be a breakthrough in order to improve the quality of the soil and also to cost savings for farmers in order to improve the welfare of farmers' lives. Activities in this program saw puti: preparation with the socialization program for data collection and observation of farmers, dissemination and delivery of organic compost machine, machine trials, application of machines in the field and practice of organic composting of rice straw, monitoring / supervision as follow continued sustainability of the program . Results obtained from this service program is kumbangsari formation of farmer groups , technology transfer in the form of organic compost machine, farmer groups Increased understanding of the technology and paradigms of organic farming and organic compost and the end result of this activity is Organic Compost.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi inokulum Aspergillus niger dan lama hidrolisis terhadap kadar bioetanol bagasse. Proses produksi bioetanol salah satunya adalah hidrolisis menggunakan kapang Aspergillus nig Proses fermentasi merupakan tahap awal proses pengolahan kakao yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil akhir. Proses fermentasi di PTPN XII Kebun Mumbul Jember berlangsung secara spontan. Proses ini melibatkan peranan mikroorganisme seperti khamir dan bakteri asam (bakteri asam laktat dan bakteri asam asetat). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan bakteri asam dan menguji kemampuan tumbuhnya pada medium ekstrak pulp. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, meliputi: isolasi bakteri asam, karakterisasi morfologis, sifat biokimiawi secara parsial dan pengamatan pola pertumbuhan isolat bakteri asam pada medium ekstrak pulp. Hasil isolasi bakteri asam dari sampel biji kakao di PTPN XII Kebun Mumbul Jember menunjukkan pola pertumbuhan dengan kurva yang normal. Fase adaptasi terjadi pada inkubasi 0 jam sampai 4 jam sebesar 1,86x108 cfu/g dan 2,19x108 cfu/g; fase eksponensial terjadi pada inkubasi 8 jam sebesar 6,13x108 cfu/g. Pola pertumbuhan optimum terjadi pada inkubasi 12 jam yaitu sebesar 7,50x108 cfu/g; untuk fase stasionernya terjadi pada inkubasi 8-12 jam, sedangkan fase lag (fase kematian) terjadi pada inkubasi 16 jam sebesar 3,20x108 cfu/g dan inkubasi 20 jam sebesar 2,65x108 cfu/g. Selama pertumbuhan, isolat bakteri asam mampu memproduksi asam-asam organik (asam laktat dan asam asetat) yang menyebabkan pH dalam medium ekstrak pulp menurun.Keywords: isolasi, bakteri asam, pola pertumbuhan, medium ekstrak pulp

Nobody can claim that all instructions are free from problems. Realizing that all instruction are potential to have problems, college teachers should do reflective practices. One of the do reflective practices which can be done integratively and sytematically with their instructions is classroom action research (CAR). The present study tried to investigate the lecturers’ perception on CAR. The study focused on the indentifi-cation of the lecturers’ awareness on CAR and digging up the the factors affected the lecturers perception on CAR. The study employed survey method which posited qualitative approach. The study revealed that the leacturers’ awareness on CAR was relatively low. It also indicated that there were some factors which affected the lecturers’ awareness on CAR i.e., 1) the lecturer’s prior education or pre-service education; 2) their involvement in scientific forums; 3) self-regulated learning by reading books on CAR.

In the Merdeka Curriculum, teachers have the flexibility to choose various learning models and media used to create student-centered learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in class X biology subject through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model which was integrated with crossword media. This classroom action research consisted of 3 cycles with research subjects being students of XD class SMA Negeri 2 Tanggul for the 2022/2023 academic year. This study focused on learning outcomes. Data obtained through observation and post-test. The results showed that in the first cycle the percentage of successful students achieved a score above or in accordance with the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria) was 53%, the second cycle was 58% and in the third cycle was 78%, it can be seen that there was an increase in the percentage from cycle I to cycle II by 5% and cycle II to cycle III there is a percentage increase of 20%. So it can be concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model that is integrated with crossword media can improve student learning outcomes.
