Abstract

The purpose of this study is to knowing, analyzing, and explaining the phenomenon of the effect of service quality and Electronic Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions at the Synthesis coffee cafe in Karawang Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification analysis. Sampling in this study used incidental sampling with a sample of 262 respondents, namely visitors to the Synthesis Coffee cafe in Karawang Regency. The data analysis tools used are path analysis techniques and scale range analysis with the help of the Method of Succesive Interval (MSI) and using SPSS version 22. The results show that Service Quality and Electronic Word of Mouth have a strong relationship, as well as Service Quality and Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what are the factors that become community satisfaction in the jaklingko program. DKI Jakarta is an area whose population is growing rapidly, the more the population the more transportation there is. Therefore, the gevornment needs an integrated transportation system, one of which is Jaklingko, one of the programs in DKI Jakarta. The population in this study are people or consumers who use the services of jaklingko transportation, especially city transportation on the Andara-Blok M route. The data collection technique uses the interview method by conducting in-depth interviews with 6 informants with different ages and professions. Anlysis technique used is qualitative method. The result showed a positive effect. Community satisfaction is proven that the use of jaklingko transportation is very helpful, starting from the price to the services provided.

Abstract

Home industri Raji Makmur adalah salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi keripik tempe sagu di Tawangsari Sukoharjo yang berlokasi di Dk. Karangturi RT 01/RW 10, Dalangan, Tawangsari, Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis metode Material Requirement Planning dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada Home Industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Period Order Quantity (POQ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengendalian persedian bahan baku di Home Industri Raji Makmur Tawangsari Sukoharjo menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning dapat mengefisiensikan biaya persediaan bahan baku, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan total persediaan bahan baku metode Lot For Lot (LFL) Rp 258.216, mtode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) sebesar Rp 663.400 dan Period Order Quantity (POQ) sebesar Rp 258.216.
