Abstract

The effectiveness of blended learning at SMK Negeri 1 Kinali on student learning outcomes and motivation. This study was able to determine the following: a) Knowing the variations in learning motivation and learning outcomes between students taught in blended learning and students taught in traditional classes; b) knowing the increase in learning motivation and student learning outcomes due to the use of mixed learning. It is a quasi-experiment to do this kind of study. 64 randomly selected students form the study population. Data collection techniques include written exams and surveys. Parametric statistics were utilized to examine and test the data (F-test and t-test). These are the research's results. a) Between students who study mixed learning and students who study conventional learning, there are differences in learning outcomes with sig. 0.000 with an average of 13.38 and a difference in learning motivation with sig. 0.012 with an average of 4.75. b) Employing blended learning improves student learning outcomes with a sig. 0.000 average increase of 38.22 and enhances student learning motivation by an average of 13.56.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool that can convey a message to someone, the message conveyed is expected to be easily understood and adapted to needs. Vocational High School students have learning needs, one of which is a learning style, namely Audio Visual and Visual. The media studied in this study are Audio-visual and visual media, such as animation-based media, YouTube, interactive videos, Prezi, Android-based and others to support teachers in the learning process. The usefulness of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of learning media is on student learning outcomes. This type of research is meta-analysis with quantitative procedures. The information was gathered from 20 journals that were found on Google Scholar and Sinta. The value of 2.30 is in the very high category according to the effects size analysis based on the audio-visual media type category, and the visual effect size media type is in the very high category with a value of 1.37. had a very high category average effect size of 1.85. According to data analysis findings, students' learning outcomes in vocational schools are significantly impacted by the usage of audio-visual technology in the classroom.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hasil supervisi guru, kemudian menganalisis hasil kegiatan supervisi pada tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sedangkan manfaat sebagai rekomendasi bagi Supervisor untuk perbaikan pada tahap persiapan dan pelaksanaan supervisi, kemudian sebagai guru yang disupervisi pada tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan sebagai masukan untuk perbaikan ke depan. Subyek penelitian adalah tiga orang guru di salah satu SMK. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, studi dokumen RPP dan observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Penilaian hasil supervisi dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus skala Likert. Hasil supervisi guru dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru 1 memperoleh skor hasil supervisi 68, kemudian guru 1 memperoleh nilai C dengan kategori Cukup. Sedangkan guru 2 memperoleh skor supervisi 83, kemudian guru 2 memperoleh nilai B dengan kategori Baik, sedangkan guru 3 memperoleh skor supervisi 67, kemudian guru 3 memperoleh nilai C dengan kategori Cukup. Berdasarkan Temuan dalam hasil supervisi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam perencanaan guru belum lengkap dalam menyediakan perangkat pembelajaran, kemudian Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) guru cenderung metode Discovery Learning dalam mengajar dari pada menggunakan metode Project Based Lerning, padahal di SMK guru dituntut mampu mengantarkan siswa siap pakai dan terjun didunia industri nantinya. Sehingga hasil supervisi yang dilakukan pada 3 orang guru masih memperoleh nilai cukup. Maka perlu peningkatan dimasa yang akan datang.
