Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan guru vokasi dalam menghadapi era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi dengan empat variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling sebanyak 58 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dengan Skala Likert yang terdiri dari 4 pilihan jawaban. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis korelasional dan regresi. Teknik korelasional tunggal dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antar varibel x dengan variabel y, lalu dilanjutkan dengan regresi. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai F regresi sebesar 16.773 pada taraf signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05, yang berarti variabel X1, X2, X3, dan X4 secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang positif denganva riabel Y. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi, kolaborasi, kreativitas dan inovasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Kata kunci: kesiapan guru, guru vokasi, revolusi industri 4.0

Abstract

AbstrakBeragam model yang diterapkan guna menyurvei program maupun kegiatan di berbagai bidang, seperti bidang hukum, pollitik, budaya, pendidikan, serta ekonomi. Evaluasi program pendidikan ialah prosedur penggambaran, menghimpun data/fakta serta penyajian informasi untuk pengambil kesimpulan selanjutnya akan digunakan untuk mempertimbangakan program tersebut, perlukah dibenahi, disudahi ataupun diteruskan. Menurut pandangan Ralph W Tyler, evaluasi sebagai suatu proses untuk memastikan sampai terealisasi atau tidaknya suatu goals. Penetapan terealisasi atau tidaknya goals, dirumuskan dalam tujuh tahap/langkah evaluasi berorientasi tujuan oleh Tyler. Tujuan penulisan artikel adalah untuk menggambarkan konsep/ide, tahap serta goals dari evaluasi menurut Ralph W Tyler. Evaluasi merupakan kegiatan penelaahan petunjuk secara terstruktur untuk memberikan sebuah keputusan atau nilai, telah atau belum tercapainya tujuan yang diharapkan. AbstractThere are many models applied to enlarge programs/activities in various fields, both in the fields of law, politics, culture, economics, and education. Evaluation of educational programs about the process of drawing, gathering facts / data and presenting data / information to gather conclusions which will then be used as an consideration of the program, should be fixed, ended or continued. Ralph W Tyler from one of the most popular educational figures. In his view, evaluation is a process to decide whether realisation the goal or not. Determination of whether realization or not a goal, formulate in seven firm / goal-oriented evaluation steps by Tyler. The purpose of reading this article is to explain the concepts, steps and goals of the assessment according to Ralph W Tyler.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Untuk mengungkapkan penerapan keterampilan guru abad 21 di SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya dilihat dari keterampilan hidup dan berkarir, belajar dan berinovasi, serta teknologi dan media informasi di SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya dan Mengungkapkan perbedaan penerapan keterampilan guru abad 21 antar jurusan Teknik Mesin/Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dan Jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan/Teknik Kontruksi Properti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya, penelitian dilakukan kepada 53 Guru kejuruan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pembagian angket kepada guru selaku responden. Data diolah melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Keterampilan guru abad 21 di SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya dilihat dari keterampilan hidup dan berkarir, belajar dan berinovasi, serta teknologi dan media informasi di SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya berada pada interpretasi baik. 2) Terdapat perbedaan penerapan keterampilan guru abad 21 antar jurusan Teknik Mesin/Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dan Jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan/Teknik Kontruksi Properti. Implikasi penelitian ini berupa pemberian pelatihan keterampilan kepada guru produktif dan melaksanakan sosialiasi lebih lanjut mengenai keterampilan yang perlu dikuasai guru. Kebaruan penelitian ini berupa subjek penelitiannya berupa guru.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop the Program Logic Control ( PLC ) media. The validity, practicalities, and effectiveness, can be used as a media of teaching in schools on subjects IML. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the 4-D model of developing procedure. The subjects in this study were students of SMK Negeri 5 Batam, the technical data analysis obtained from 5 experts. Analysis of the data used to measure the validity, practicality, and effectiveness by looking at the difference between the average score of learning scores before and after using the trainer with Gain Score and Standard Deviation. The results of the study met the instructional media qualifications from the assessment of experts with a level of 0.88 stated in the valid category. In practicality based on the teacher's response was 92.00% and on the student, responses were 90.50%. Effectiveness is obtained from the results of the pretest with an average score was 59.63%, from the results of the posttest with an average score of 79.63%, the N-gain of the average student was 0.37 and the standard deviation from N -gain was 0.52. So, PLC trainers are valid, practical, and effective in learning at school. The PLC media trainer can be used in the learning process at school.

Abstract

Universities are designed to prepare graduates who are ready to enter the workforce and are able to develop a professional attitude. Educational institutions such as the University need a form of decisions in determining the right concentration for students, so that the learning process can be achieved well. The decision is very influential on the process of handling the choice of alternative concentration, choosing an appropriate concentration of interest will also have an impact on the research focus for the final assignment of students. This research develops student concentration selection system in Electrical. Currently the concentration determination system is based only on academic assessment alone, regardless of student interest, so that it can impact on student learning outcomes. The system was developed by combining academic judgment and interest inventory with three criteria, ie, interest tests using interest inventory, prerequisite concentration course grades, and GPA. The system is built using an intelligent system model that is Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM), which helps the Department in the selection process and helps the process of career guidance on students. With this selection system, the Department can be provide the most suitable concentration decisions with interest in student.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi belajar tutor sebaya dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi  siswa kelas XII SMA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain faktorial 2x2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPA SMA yang berjumlah 123  orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup untuk mengukur variabel motivasi belajar dan tes objektif untuk mengukur hasil belajar. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis komparasi dua kelompok data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hasil belajar TIK siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode tutor sebaya lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah. Perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa terlihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kedua kelas. Hasil belajar TIK siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki motivasi rendah. Perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi dengan siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah terlihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kedua kelompok. Pada kelompok siswa  dengan motivasi belajar tinggi mendapat nilai rata – rata hasil belajar tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode mengajar dengan motivasi belajar dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar.

Abstract

The implementation of the curriculum as per industrial needs should be improved in terms of qualifications of teachers, tools, practicum materials, and the use of learning models as per industry needs. This study aims to evaluate the used curriculum of light vehicle engineering department as per industry needs. This study uses discrepancy evaluation model (design, installation, process, product and comparison) that describes the implementation of curriculum according to the industry needs from various aspects, namely: design, installation, process, product and comparison. The study results concluded that achievement level of curriculum implementation as needed in the design component obtained an average score of 4.28 (83.17%) classed in a good category; installation components get an average score of 3,502 (78.47%) classified in sufficient categories; process components get an average score of 4.05 (81.75%) classed in a good category; and product components that scored an average of 4.02 (81.26%) classified in a good category. As well as in the comparison component that obtained an average score of 3,324 (74.27%) classified in sufficient categories. The implementation of vocational school curriculum majoring in light vehicle engineering as a whole is categorized as sufficient. Therefore, it needs a follow-up from the relevant parties for a better implementation.; one of which is by revising the curriculum to fit the needs of the industry.

Abstract

Educational problems that occur today include the low quality of education at each level of the education unit. It is due to low teacher performance. This study aimed to analyze teacher performance in the learning planning process, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. This research method is carried out using a qualitative approach research method that produces descriptive data in written or spoken words from the teachers that can be observed. The interviewing instruments are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are used through data reduction, data display, and verification (concluding). Based on this study's findings, it is concluded that the teacher's performance in lesson planning has met the criteria that must be done in learning, learning materials, learning resources, learning media, and assessment of learning outcomes. By making the lesson plan, the teacher has carried out the lesson planning well. The teacher's performance in implementing learning has been carried out well. It can be seen from the learning activities that have been created by the teacher in the classroom. Teacher performance in learning evaluation includes evaluating good learning outcomes by implementing structured remedial and enrichment.

Abstract

Low student learning outcomes in Engineering Mechanics subjects require good learning media so that it is easier to understand the material and can be seen how it works repeatedly, namely with mobile learning media. Almost all students now have smartphones, so it is better if smartphones are used as learning media. The android application in this study contains material competencies, sample questions, learning videos and interactive evaluation questions. This study aims to analyze the increase in student learning outcomes by optimizing mobile learning media. The research method is a development research method. This research procedure uses a modified 4-D model development model. The study population was 62 students. The research sample was 31 students. The data collection method used is by giving a questionnaire. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is primary and secondary data. The results showed that the results of the validation carried out obtained an average percentage of 88% in the valid category, so it can be concluded that the mobile learning media application is valid for use in Engineering Mechanics learning

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya guru yang kurang memahami penilaian menggunakan tiga aspek yaitu: pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap. Hal tersebut terlihat dari masih banyaknya guru yang kesulitan dalam melaksanakan penilaian sikap siswa melalui rubrik penilaian sikap, perubahan pola pikir guru juga menjadi hal yang sulit untuk diubah, hal ini dikarenakan guru sudah lama mengajar dengan kurikulum KTSP, namun dituntut untuk mengubahnya pada kurikulum baru yaitu kurikulum 2013, sehingga dibutuhkan pelatihan maupun sosialisasi kurikulum 2013 secara berkelanjutan. Selanjutnya model pembelajaran learning direct instruction yang masih kurang maksimal dilaksanakan oleh guru, kurangnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran sebagai alat pendukung pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan SMKN 1 Sumbar kurang bervariasi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menjelaskan hubungan pelatihan guru dengan implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMKN 1 Sumbar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan pelatihan guru dengan implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMK 1 Sumbar dengan persentase kontribusi sebesar 79,9%.
