Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Indian ethnic work ethic on job satisfaction, to determine the indirect effect of Indian ethnic work ethic through job satisfaction on organizational commitment and to determine the effect of Indian ethnic work ethic directly on organizational commitment. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study is the number of employees of the Medan Gursiwara Mission, amounting to 100 people and the sample used in this study is 100 people using boring samples. Data analysis technique in this research is path analysis. The results showed that the ethnic work ethic of India had a significant and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction does not significantly influence organizational commitment. There is no direct effect between Indian ethnic work ethics on organizational commitment through employee job satisfaction

Abstract

Disiplin kerja adalah suatu alat yang digunakan oleh para manajer untuk berkomunikasi dengan pegawai agar mereka bersedia untuk mengubah suatu perilaku dan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran juga kesediaan seseorang agar menaati semua peraturan dan norma sosial yang berlaku di sutau perusahaan.dan disiplin kerja terdiri dari beberapa variabel yaitu: Motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan pengawasan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kepemimpinan dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai PT. Pelindo Regional 1 Cabang Belawan. Penelitian ini mnggunakan rumus slovin dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisisdapat diketahui bahwa ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji SPSS pada data Anova dalam kolom Adjusted R Square = 0.662, maka seluruh variabel berpengaruh terhadap Variabel Disiplin Kerja sebesar 66,2% dan sisanya yaitu 33,8% dipengaruhi oleh Variabel lain di luar persamaan regresi ini atau Variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data koesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. penarikan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus simple random sampling.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hsil dari penelitian ini adalah, maka Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Pada Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Kemudian dalam penelitian diketahui variabel Harga (X1) dan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen di Swalayan Kapten Muslim.

Abstract

Internal control has an important role in the performance of state-owned companies, one of which is PT. PLN (Persero). The aim of this research is to find out in detail what causes doubtful receivables to occur every month at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Belawan. To find out whether the role of internal control is effective in collecting doubtful receivables. To find out what obstacles the internal control system faces in minimizing doubtful receivables. Then to find out what efforts must be made so that the collection of doubtful receivables can be carried out optimally. This research approach uses a descriptive approach and uses qualitative research methods. The internal control system for doubtful receivables is implemented at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Belawan, is quite adequate in terms of the elements of its internal control. Such as the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, but the supervision element is still not effective.

Abstract

Employee service performance is the work results in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Employee service performance is the spirit possessed by an employee in carrying out his work. To complete tasks and work, an employee should have a sense of willingness and a certain level of ability. In this study, the population is all ASN employees of the Percut Sei Tuan sub-district office, totaling 69 people. Based on the statement above, in determining the number of samples to be taken in this study, the author uses Saturated Sampling, because the number of ASN employees of the Percut Sei Tuan sub-district office is 69 people. Based on partial results of t count of supervision variable 6.766 > t table 1.99714 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, supervision has a significant positive effect on employee performance, results of t count of work experience variable -2.496 > t table -1.99714 with a significance level of 0.015 < 0.05, work experience has a significant negative effect on employee performance, results of t count of work experience variable -2.496 > t table -1.99714 with a significance level of 0.015 < 0.05, work experience has a significant negative effect on employee performance, results of t count of work discipline variable 0.516 < t table 1.99714 with a significance level of 0.608 > 0.05, work discipline does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance, simultaneous testing of the estimated linear regression model is suitable for explaining Supervision (X1), Work Experience (X2), Work Discipline (X3) on Employee Service Performance (Y).
