Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accounting profit, ROA, and total cash flow in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This type of research is a quantitative study using descriptive methods. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly by studying literature or documents related to the financial statements under study. The secondary data needed in this study is the company's financial data obtained from the company's annual financial statements LQ45 for the 2016-2018 period which have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The total sample used in the study were 10 LQ45 companies selected using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that accounting profit had no significant effect on stock returns, ROA had no significant effect on stock returns and total cash flow had a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of restaurant taxes and the contribution of restaurant taxes to increasing local revenue in the city of Padang Panjang. In this research using quantitative and qualitative analysismethods. The results of the research conducted suggest that the effectiveness of restaurant tax collection for 2017-2021 is quite effective, with an average effectiveness rate of 89.05%. The highest percentage of effectiveness wasin 2021 at 98.13% and the lowest in 2018 was 81.21%. Meanwhile, the contribution of restaurant tax in 2017-2021was very less, with an average contribution of 1.30%, the highest contribution in 2018 is 1.53% and the lowest in2020 was 1.18%.

Abstract

Abstract: Investment decisions and financing decisions are financial decisions taken by a manager that affect the value of the company. In the industrial sector, manufacturing companies experience a problem, namely the value of the company, which sometimes increases, sometimes decreases, and even always decreases. In fact, maximising company value is very important for a company because maximising company value also means maximising the main objectives of the company. This study aims to test the effect of investment and financing decisions on company value in consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population is consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2021. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique, and 58 samples were obtained. The analysis test tool used is SmartPLS 3.0. with the SEM (Structural Education Modelling) analysis method. The test results of this study indicate that investment decisions affect company value as well as investment decisions affect company value. Abstract

This study aims to reveal: To determine the influence of organizational structure (X1) on the effectiveness of land rights certification services (Y) at the Payakumbuh City Land Office, To determine the influence of leadership (X2) on the effectiveness of land rights certification services (Y) at the Land Office City of Payakumbuh, to determine the influence of HR capabilities (X3) on the effectiveness of land rights certification services (Y) at the Payakumbuh City Land Office and to determine together the influence of organizational structure, leadership and HR capabilities on the effectiveness of land rights certification services at the Office Land of Payakumbuh City. The population in this study was 35 respondents who were directed at the Payakumbuh City Land Office Employees The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS program. The findings of this study are: 1) There is an influence between organizational structure and service effectiveness, there is a significant relationship between organizational structure and service effectiveness at the Land Office of Payakumbuh City 2) There is an influence of leadership on service effectiveness, there is a significant influence between leadership and service effectiveness at the office Land of Payakumbuh City.3) there is influence between HR capability and service effectiveness and there is a significant influence between HR capability and service effectiveness at the Payakumbuh City Land Office.4). Abstract

This study investigates the influence of product diversity, pricing, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions in a traditional household retail context, focusing on Store Pecah Belah Anugrah in Bukit Tinggi, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, the research utilized primary and secondary data gathered through questionnaires, interviews, and observations from a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, regression model feasibility assessments, descriptive statistics, and binary logistic regression. The findings reveal that both product diversity and product quality exert a significant and positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions, while price demonstrates a negative and statistically insignificant impact. The logistic regression model established that product diversity (Exp(B) = 1.234, p < 0.01) is the most dominant factor influencing consumer choice, indicating that greater product variety enhances the likelihood of purchase by 23.4%. Product quality also showed a significant positive effect (Exp(B) = 1.198, p < 0.05), suggesting that consumers value functional and aesthetic attributes in household goods. Conversely, price (Exp(B) = 0.989, p > 0.05) was not a decisive factor, implying that perceived value, driven by assortment and quality, supersedes price sensitivity in this market segment. The study extends existing consumer behavior theories by affirming that productrelated attributes, especially diversity and quality, are pivotal in traditional retail contexts in developing regions. Practically, the results suggest that retailers should prioritize enhancing product assortments and maintaining quality standards over engaging in price-based competition. These insights have strategic implications for SME retail development and consumer satisfaction in non-metropolitan settings.

Abstract

Abstract Employees at PT Masyithah Yarsi Sumbar Cleaning Service Department at Ibnu Sina Hospital Bukittinggi experienced significant variation in achieving monthly performance targets. Some months their performance showed quite good improvement, but in certain months there was a significant decline. There was a low desire from some employees to achieve the targets that had been set, which may be caused by unclear direction and support from the leadership, as well as inadequate incentives. This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and incentives on the performance of employees of PT Masyithah Yarsi Sumbar Cleaning Service Department at Ibnu Sina Hospital Bukittinggi. This study used quantitative methods. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Masyithah Yarsi Sumbar Cleaning Service Department at Ibnu Sina Hospital Bukittinggi. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling; the number of employees sampled in this study was 33 people who used the accounting information system. The analysis technique uses a test tool with the help of SmartPLS software version 3. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing that have been described in the research results, it shows that leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
