Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap  kepuasan nasabah PT. BPR Syariah Ampek Angkek Candung. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah nasabah dari PT. BPR Syariah Ampek Angkek Candung itu sendiri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pembagian kuisioner kepada nasabah yang menerima pelayanan langsung dari PT BPR Syariah Ampek Angkek Candung dan observasi untuk mendapatkan data. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yaitu untuk menganalisa tentang bagaimana hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. BPR Syariah Ampek Angkek Candung dengan hipotesisnya kualitas pelayanan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Analisa nonparametric rank spearman digunakan untuk melihat hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan nasabah sehingga didapatkan hasil  memiliki hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan nasabah. Hasil analisis korelasi rank spearman diperoleh bahwa faktor yang dominan berhubungan terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah variabel keyakinan, diikuti oleh variabel fisik nyata, dan yang paling kecil berhubungan terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah variabel keandalan. Variabel-variabel pada penelitian ini sudah cukup baik dalam menjelaskan kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

The study was backed by the telecommunications industry with a rapid growing became a mirror of tight and the high need for information which is easily accessible by the public. This research aims to know the influence of the brand image and product quality of Oppo smartphone product purchases. This research was conducted against students STIE Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi majoring in management. After a review of the literature, and the preparation of the hypothesis, the data collected through questionnaire method deployed to 77 people respondents by using random sampling method. Analysis of the method used is descriptive analysis with logistic regression with binary using data processing using SPSS 16.0 for windows ver. Then conducted the analysis with the data using the test of validity, reliability, descriptive variable analysis (TCR), binary logistic regression test, wald test, ekspetasi test, G and nagelkerke so obtained by the equation Y-9.689 0, 292X1 0, 169X2. The results showed that the brand image and product quality positively and significantly to the influential buying decision either by partial and simultaneous. The most influential variables on the purchasing decision is a brand image with a percentage of that factor and 0.292 least affect the purchasing decision variable is the corporate image is by percentage of 0.169. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan  tumbuh pesatnya industri telekomunikasi yang menjadi cermin dari ketat dan tingginya kebutuhan akan  infomasi yang mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone Oppo. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa STIE Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi Jurusan Manajemen. Setelah dilakukan tinjauan pustaka, dan penyusunan hipotesis, data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner yang disebar kepada 77 orang responden dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Metode analisis  yang digunakan  adalah  analisis  deskriptif dengan menggunakan binary logistic regression dengan  pengolahan  data  menggunakan  SPSS  ver.16.0  for  windows. Kemudian dilakukan analisis  dengan  data  yang  ada  menggunakan  uji  validitas,  reliabilitas,  analisis deskriptif variabel (TCR), binary logistic regression , uji wald, uji G, uji ekspetasi dan nagelkerke sehingga didapatkan persamaan Y = -9,689+0,292X1+0,169X2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial dan simultan. Variabel  yang  paling  berpengaruh besar terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah citra merek dengan presentase sebesar 0,292 dan faktor yang paling kecil mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian adalah variabel kualitas produk adalah dengan presentase sebesar 0,169.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh proses pembelajaran terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, 2) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, 3) Pengaruh kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, 4) Kepuasan mahasiswa memoderasi pengaruh proses pembelajaran terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, 5) Kepuasan mahasiswa memoderasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa program studi strata satu STIE Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan proses pembelajaran terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, 2) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, 4) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan kepuasan mahasiswa memoderasi proses pembelajaran terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, 5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan mahasiswa memoderasi proses kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa program studi strata satu STIE Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh biaya promosi produk EMS (Express Mail Service) terhadap volume penjualan jasa pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) kantor pos Bukittinggi. Metode analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analisa Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Analisa Korelasi yang terlebih dahulu mengumpulkan data dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Pengujian analisis data dilakukan dengan analisa regresi sederhana, korelasi dan uji t antara biaya promosi produk EMS (Express Mail Service) dan volume penjualan EMS. Diperoleh persamaan Y= -394,058 + 266,952X, koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,889, koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,790 dan thitunguntuk produk EMS sebesar +3,361. Dengan demikian biaya promosi produk EMS (Express Mail Service) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  volume penjualan jasa pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) kantor pos Bukittinggi dan biaya promosi produk EMS (Express Mail Service) berhubungan kuat terhadap volume penjualan jasa pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) kantor pos Bukittinggi. Artinya hipotesa dapat diterima dan terdukung sepenuhnya

Abstract

This research is distributed because nowadays the business growing, the market is changing very fast and competition more sharply so that private parties should anticipate this situation with the right strategy for the consumer in determining the items to be bought.  The purpose research is to analyze the effect of the influence of the product and the price of the consumer. This research was conducted against consumers who shopped in 1 day on street vendors market Aur Kuning Bukittinggi, special clothing more or less 200 people in every day., The data collected through questionnaire method gets to 67 people respondents by using random sampling method. Methods of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with data processing using SPSS ver.16.0 for windows.  Then conducted the analysis with the data using the test of validity, reliability, classic assumption test, regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test so there were. The results proved that the product quality and the price is a positive and significant effect against the decision of the consumer.  The most influential variables on the consumer's decision is a variable percentage of products with 0.801.  Penelitian  ini  dilatarbelakangi  karena  dewasa ini bisnis semakin berkembang, pasar mengalami perubahan yang sangat cepat dan persaingan pun semakin tajam sehingga pihak swasta harus mengantisipasi keadaan ini dengan mencari solusi yang tepat untuk konsumen dalam menentukan  barang  yang  akan  dibelinya.  Tujuan  dilakukannya  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk menganalisis  pengaruh  kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan konsumen. Penelitian  ini dilakukan terhadap konsumen yang berbelanja dalam 1 hari di pedagang kaki lima pasar Aur Kuning Bukittinggi, khusus menjual pakaian lebih kurang 200 orang dalam setiap harinya. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner yang disebar kepada 67 orang responden dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Alat analisa  yang digunakan  adalah  analisis  regresi  linier berganda  dengan  pengolahan  data  menggunakan SPSS ver.16.0 for windows. Kemudian dilakukan analisis  dengan  data  yang  ada  menggunakan  uji  validitas,  reliabilitas,  uji  asumsi  klasik,  analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji f dan uji t sehingga hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh  positif dan signifikan kualitas produk dan harga terhadap  keputusan konsumen. Variabel  yang  paling  berpengaruh besar terhadap keputusan konsumen adalah variabel produk dengan presentase sebesar 0,801.

Abstract

The Banto Royo tourist attraction is one of the tourist destinations located in Nagari Koto Tangah, Tilatang Kamang District, Agam Regency. At the beginning of its appearance, the Banto Royo tourist attraction seemed to be the main destination that people had to visit. However, after the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world some time ago, it also had a significant impact on the Banto Royo tourist attraction. Therefore, Community Service is carried out in the Banto Royo tourist attraction area in order to attract visitors' interest in traveling to this tourist attraction. The method for implementing this Community Service activity is to carry out an event that can attract the interest of visitors, namely by holding a Colorful Festival at Kindergarten and Preschool Levels throughout Agam district and Bukittinggi city. This activity aims to reintroduce the Banto Royo tourist attraction to the community and attract tourist interest. With an increase in tourist visits, it is hoped that it will increase the income of this tourist attraction and the income of the surrounding community.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of restaurant taxes and the contribution of restaurant taxes to increasing local revenue in the city of Padang Panjang. In this research using quantitative and qualitative analysismethods. The results of the research conducted suggest that the effectiveness of restaurant tax collection for 2017-2021 is quite effective, with an average effectiveness rate of 89.05%. The highest percentage of effectiveness wasin 2021 at 98.13% and the lowest in 2018 was 81.21%. Meanwhile, the contribution of restaurant tax in 2017-2021was very less, with an average contribution of 1.30%, the highest contribution in 2018 is 1.53% and the lowest in2020 was 1.18%.

Abstract

Abstract: Investment decisions and financing decisions are financial decisions taken by a manager that affect the value of the company. In the industrial sector, manufacturing companies experience a problem, namely the value of the company, which sometimes increases, sometimes decreases, and even always decreases. In fact, maximising company value is very important for a company because maximising company value also means maximising the main objectives of the company. This study aims to test the effect of investment and financing decisions on company value in consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population is consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2021. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique, and 58 samples were obtained. The analysis test tool used is SmartPLS 3.0. with the SEM (Structural Education Modelling) analysis method. The test results of this study indicate that investment decisions affect company value as well as investment decisions affect company value. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work stres on the performance of employees of Bank Nagari Branch of Payakumbuh Syari'ah. In connection with the research objectives above, it is hypothesized that "alleged motivation and work stres have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance". To conduct discussions and research, the author uses primary data directly obtained from the object of research through a list of statements or structured questionnaires that have been answered by employees, and the population of this study is Bank Nagari Employees of Payakumbuh Syari'ah Branch totaling 30 with a sample of 30 people who are determined by the Census (Total Sampling) method. Data processing using SPSS 16.0 help method. The analytical tool used was Binary Logistic Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test namely G Test, Wald Test, and Exp (B) Test. The results of Binary Logistics Regression analysis obtained the following Equations; Y = -48.994 + 1.819X1 - 0.58X2 shows that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job stres has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank Nagari Payakumbuh Syari'ah Branch. The motivation variable has the Exp (B) value greater than the other variables, which is 6,163. This shows that the motivation variable has the greatest contribution in improving the performance of Bank Nagari employees at the Payakumbuh Syari'ah Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal: To determine the influence of organizational structure (X1) on the effectiveness of land rights certification services (Y) at the Payakumbuh City Land Office, To determine the influence of leadership (X2) on the effectiveness of land rights certification services (Y) at the Land Office City of Payakumbuh, to determine the influence of HR capabilities (X3) on the effectiveness of land rights certification services (Y) at the Payakumbuh City Land Office and to determine together the influence of organizational structure, leadership and HR capabilities on the effectiveness of land rights certification services at the Office Land of Payakumbuh City. The population in this study was 35 respondents who were directed at the Payakumbuh City Land Office Employees The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS program. The findings of this study are: 1) There is an influence between organizational structure and service effectiveness, there is a significant relationship between organizational structure and service effectiveness at the Land Office of Payakumbuh City 2) There is an influence of leadership on service effectiveness, there is a significant influence between leadership and service effectiveness at the office Land of Payakumbuh City.3) there is influence between HR capability and service effectiveness and there is a significant influence between HR capability and service effectiveness at the Payakumbuh City Land Office.4).
