Abstract

This research is qualitative with the SWOT Analysis method, IFE and EFE Matrix Analysis, SWOT matrix analysis and Score Weight Analysis Table and QSPM Model. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze marketing strategies in increasing sales at Kopmil Ijo Payakumbuh cafe. SWOT Matrix Analysis by finding four main strategies in increasing sales, namely: SO, WO, ST and WT strategies. The results showed that SO strategies had the highest score which is 3.07, followed by a WO strategy of 2.67 and an ST strategy of 2.65 and a WT strategy of 2.25. So the SO strategy that can be applied to increase sales at Cafe Kopmil Ijo Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode Analisis SWOT, Analisis Matriks IFE dan EFE, Analisis matrik SWOT dan Analisis Tabel Bobot Skor serta QSPM Model. Analisis Matriks SWOT dengan menemukan empat strategi utama dalam meningkatkan penjualan yaitu : Strategi SO, WO,ST dan WT.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi SO mempunyai skor tertinggi yaitu sebesar 3,07 ,diikuti oleh strategi WO sebesar 2,67 dan strategi ST sebesar 2,65 serta strategi WT 2,25. Jadi  strategi SO yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada Kafe Kopmil Ijo Payakumbuh

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, trust dan customer value terhadap loyalitas nasabah Asuransi Kesehatan (Asuransi Mandiri rencana Plus-Keluarga)  AXA Mandiri Cabang Padang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Asuransi Kesehatan AXA Mandiri Cabang Padang yang berjumlah 1928 nasabah.  Penentuan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling  sehingga berjumlah 331 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis jalur memperlihatkan 1) adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Asuransi AXA Mandiri Cabang Padang, 2) adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara trust/kepercayaan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Asuransi AXA Mandiri Cabang Padang, dan 3) adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara customer value terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Asuransi AXA Mandiri Cabang Padang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product value, environmental, personal and psychological on purchasing decisions. Based on the formulation of the problem, hypotheses can be put forward, it is assumed that the variables used are product value variables (X1), environment (X2), personal (X3), and psychology (X4), positively and significantly influences the purchasing decisions (Y) of citizens in purchasing a motorcycle. Research conducted using the binary logistic analysis method, which is to determine the effect of independent variables (X1, X2, X3, X4) on the dependent variable (Y) on the change of any increase or decrease in the independent variable that will affect the dependent variable. Product value, environmental, personal and psychological variables have a positive and significant effect on the purchase of motorbikes on the residents of Jorong Cingkariang.Keywords: environment; personal; product value; purchasing Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai produk,lingkungan,pribadi dan psikologi terhadap keputusan pembelian.Berdasarkan perumusan masalah dapat dikemukakan hipotesa, diduga bahwa variabel yang digunakan, yaitu variabel nilai produk (X1), lingkungan (X2), pribadi (X3), dan psikologi (X4), secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian (Y) warga dalam pembelian sepeda motor. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis binary logistik, yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas (X1,X2,X3,X4) terhadap variabel tidak bebas (Y) atas perubahan dari setiap peningkatan atau penurunan variabel bebas yang akan mempengaruhi variabel terikat.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan variabel Nilai produk, lingkungan, pribadi dan psikologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian sepeda motor pada warga jorong cingkariang.Kata kunci: lingkungan; nilai produk; pembelian; pribadi

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of restaurant taxes and the contribution of restaurant taxes to increasing local revenue in the city of Padang Panjang. In this research using quantitative and qualitative analysismethods. The results of the research conducted suggest that the effectiveness of restaurant tax collection for 2017-2021 is quite effective, with an average effectiveness rate of 89.05%. The highest percentage of effectiveness wasin 2021 at 98.13% and the lowest in 2018 was 81.21%. Meanwhile, the contribution of restaurant tax in 2017-2021was very less, with an average contribution of 1.30%, the highest contribution in 2018 is 1.53% and the lowest in2020 was 1.18%.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of product diversity, pricing, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions in a traditional household retail context, focusing on Store Pecah Belah Anugrah in Bukit Tinggi, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, the research utilized primary and secondary data gathered through questionnaires, interviews, and observations from a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, regression model feasibility assessments, descriptive statistics, and binary logistic regression. The findings reveal that both product diversity and product quality exert a significant and positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions, while price demonstrates a negative and statistically insignificant impact. The logistic regression model established that product diversity (Exp(B) = 1.234, p < 0.01) is the most dominant factor influencing consumer choice, indicating that greater product variety enhances the likelihood of purchase by 23.4%. Product quality also showed a significant positive effect (Exp(B) = 1.198, p < 0.05), suggesting that consumers value functional and aesthetic attributes in household goods. Conversely, price (Exp(B) = 0.989, p > 0.05) was not a decisive factor, implying that perceived value, driven by assortment and quality, supersedes price sensitivity in this market segment. The study extends existing consumer behavior theories by affirming that productrelated attributes, especially diversity and quality, are pivotal in traditional retail contexts in developing regions. Practically, the results suggest that retailers should prioritize enhancing product assortments and maintaining quality standards over engaging in price-based competition. These insights have strategic implications for SME retail development and consumer satisfaction in non-metropolitan settings.
