Abstract

Pada tahun 2007 Depdiknas menargetkan perbandingan atau porsi antara Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sebesar 70% dan Sekolah Menengah Umum (SMA) sebesar 30%. SMKN 11 Semarang merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan yang di proyeksikan kedalam sekolah bertaraf internasional, karena itu SMKN 11 Semarang perlu berbenah dalam kurikulum maupun dari segi sarana prasarana pendidikan.Oleh karena itu diperlukan desain sekolah yang memenuhi sekolah bertarap internasional dalam hal ini SMKN 11 Semarang untuk membantu keberlangsungan proses belajar mengajar untuk mencapai visi, misi dan tujuan yang diharapkan sekolah khususnya dan tujuan pendidikan nasional pada umumnya.Redesain ini diawalai dengan kajian mengenai standar-standar kebutuhan Sekolah Betaraf Internasional (SBI), studi banding beberapa sekolah beraraf Internasional khususnya SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan), Tinjauan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 11 Semarang, studi ruang mengenai kebutuhan sekolah bertaraf Internasional, Analisa Tapak yang dilakukan pada tapak existing yaitu tapak SMKN 11 Semarang yang terletak di Jalan Grafika. Selain itu juga dibahas mengenai tata massa dan ruang bangunan, penampilan bangunan, struktur, sirkulasi, serta utilitas yang dipakai dalam perancangan “Redesain SMKN 11 Semarang”.Konsep perancangan yang digunakan adalah konsep arsitektur Neoverkaular, yaitu aliran yang suatu paham dari aliran Arsitektur Post-Modern yang lahir sebagai respon dan kritik atas modernisme yang mengutamakan nilai rasionalisme dan fungsionalisme yang dipengaruhi perkembangan teknologi industri. Karena bangunan SMKN 11 merupakan bangunan sekolah yang bersifat resmi, maka wujud desain yang ditampakkkan adalah desain dengan kesan formal dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria-kriteria desain sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementation of PSAK 72, company size, and return on assets (ROA) on the firm value. The sample of this research is companies indexed in LQ-45 during 2017-2020. There were 29 companies selected as samples using the purposive sampling technique. The data used is secondary data collected by documentation techniques. The data is analyzed using statistical analysis using the tools E-Views 10 Program. In analyzing the data, this study used panel data regression statistics with the selected model of the fixed effect model. The results of the hypothesis test show that the implementation of PSAK 72 and ROA have a positive effect on the firm value, while company size has a negative effect on the firm value. In conclusion, positive and significant effect of application of PSAK 72 implies that the particular companies tend to have high firm value. The positive and significant effect of ROA on firm value implies that the higher the ROA in a company, the higher the company’s reputation. Meanwhile, the negative and significant effect of company size indicates that small companies perform better compared to bigger companies.

Abstract

Abstrak Becrow shoes clean adalah salah satu usaha jasa cuci sepatu yang bertempat di jalan Gatak Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta, Becrow shoes clean menawarkan kemudahan dengan menyediakan jasa cuci sepatu dengan berbagai macam treatment yang disediakan seperti Fast Clean, Deep Clean, Leather Treatment, Unyellowing, hingga re coloring. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayaka bisnis di massa pandemi Covid 19 yang mengakibatkan ketidakstabilan pendapatan dari rata – rata per bulan 8% turun hingga 4% karena adanya peraturan pemerintah daerah yang harus ditaati. Studi kelayakan bisnis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dimasa yang akan datang dengan menggunakan metode Cappital Budgeting yang merupakan sebuah proses evaluasi bisnis guna menilai layak atau tidaknya sebuah proyek usaha dilaksanakan, dalam proses pengolahan data didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat kelayakan bisnis pada Becrow shoes clean dimassa pandemi Covid 19 dapat dikatakan layak untuk dilanjutkan. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai Payback Period cukup cepat yakni selama 2 tahun 4 bulan dengan laba bersih per tahun sebesar Rp. 47.316.413, dengan NPV sebesar Rp. 110.396.918, serta PI 2.13 kali, IRR 30,13%, ARR 68,5%, dan DPP selama 7 bulan. Abstract

Background: Breast cancer cell's growth and survival are supported by breast cancer stem cells (bCSCs) mammosphere formation. bCSCs represent a subpopulation of undifferentiated cancer cells which associated with self-renewing abilities, tumor initiation, drug resistance, and metastasis. Overexpression of the B Cell Lymphoma 2 (BCL-2) family in many tumor cells contributes to apoptosis resistance. Trisindoline is an indole trimer alkaloid natural compound that provides a cytotoxic effect on cancer cells. A new modification of trisindoline has been synthesized into trisindoline 5 in 2021. Objective: This study purposed to investigate the effect of trisindoline 5 compounds against BCL-2 gene expression in bCSCs in vitro. Methods: The bCSCs MDA-MB-231 were divided into control and treatment groups which were further analyzed in gene expression using the qPCR Livak method. Results: Based on gene expression analysis, the results showed that trisindoline 5 may decrease the expression of BCL-2 in MDA-MB-231 cells. Conclusion: This study concludes that trisindoline 5 could downregulate the antiapoptotic BCL-2 gene expression in bCSCs in vitro.

Abstract

Background: Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are the subpopulation of cancer cells that have been demonstrated as the cause of tumor formation. The most common cancer for women and the second leading cause of death in breast cancer. Numerous genes have been involved in breast cancers, including p53. In cancer cells, p53 as well-known as the tumor suppressor gene plays an important role in directing cells with DNA damage into apoptosis. Trisindolines are heterocyclic nitrogen compounds consisting of an isatin core bearing two indole moieties that provide cytotoxic effects on cancer cells. Recently research had led to the development of the new modification of trisindoline compound into trisindoline 5. Objective: This study aims to investigate the effect of trisindoline 5 compounds against p53 gene expression in CSCs MDA-MB-231 in vitro. Methods: CSCs MDA-MB-231 were divided into control and treatment groups which were further analyzed in gene expression using the qPCR Livak method. Results: Based on gene expression analysis, trisindoline 5 increases the expression of p53 in CSCs MDA-MB-231. Conclusion: This study informed that trisindoline 5 could upregulate the expression of tumor suppressor gene p53 in CSCs MDA-MB-231 in vitro.

Abstract

The Al-Qur'an has two sides, namely that the Al-Qur'an is a book of Muslims which has no differences in it (ikhtilaf) but on the other hand there is a verse in the Al-Qur'an which mentions nasakh, namely in Q.S. Al-Baqarah verse 106. Because of this, there are differences of opinion among the scholars into two groups. First, those who accept and support naskh, which means there is an annulment in the Koran. Second, they do not accept nasakh in the sense of negating the law directly revealed by Allah SWT, and they interpret nasakh as the same as takhsis, or more precisely as specialization. Therefore, it is not surprising that the discussion of Nasikh Wa Mansukh is an interesting discussion to study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of PT Kereta Api Indonesia’s (KAI) social media promotion programs strategy to public interest in using the Whoosh high-speed rail service. The research employs a qualitative approach using the netnography method. Data were obtained from customer responses on social media by examining conversations, comments, and user interactions across social media platforms to understand public perceptions, preferences, and responses to promotional campaigns associated with relevant hashtags (#PromoKAI, #KeretaCepat, #Whoosh). The data were analyzed using NVivo software to identify themes and patterns in netizen responses. The findings indicate that KAI’s promotional programs have been successful in creating awareness and generating initial public interest, particularly through discount offers, giveaways, and engaging visual content. On the other hand, the study also reveals that this interest is often constrained by complaints regarding the clarity of scheduling information, price comparisons with other modes of transportation, and the complexity of the ticket booking process. This study provides strategic implications for KAI in refining its promotional strategies and digital communication. Theoretically, it enriches the application of netnography in the context of transportation service marketing in Indonesia.
