Abstract

Abstract

Obyek sasaran dalam pengabdian ini ada para perempuan yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Wanita Tani “ijo royo-royo” yang berlokasi di RT 7 RW 1 Tambakaji yaitu di jalan tugu lapangan gang 17. Permasalahan yang telah diidentifikasi bersama diantaranya ; Keterbatasan pengalaman dan ketrampilan  bagi masyarakat perempuan dalam memanfaatkan lahan sempit pekarangan dan teras rumah sehingga hanya digunakan sebagai hobi menanam ala kadarnya, Belum memiliki keahlian untuk memanfaatkan limbah sampah maupun limbah plastik sebagai media tanam, Belum memiliki keahlian untuk memanfaatkan limbah sampah sayur dan buah sebagai minuman sehat dan juga sebagai pupuk organik, Belum memiliki orientasi peningkatan ekonomi dalam keberlanjutan semangan dan ketrampilan bertanam sayur dan tanaman hias. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan tim pengabdian untuk mengatasi permasalahan diantaranya; Pendampingan pembuatan urban gardens di RW 1 sebagai upaya kemandirian dan ketahanan pangan sehari-hari, Pendampingan pengelolaan  limbah plastik sebagai media tanam vertikal pada pekarangan lahan sempit, Pendampingan pengelolaan limbah sayur dan buah sebagai minuman sehat dan juga sebagai pupuk organik, Peningkatkan nilai tambah ekonomi dan manfaat pertanian pekarangan lahan sempit perkotaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of product excellence, internet banking, and customer relationship management on customer loyalty at the State-owned Islamic Bank located in Central Java. The population in this study were the customers with the sample used in this study 118 customers were selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique. This research used the Multiple Linear Regression analysis, as well as both partial and simultaneous tests, the Coefficient of Determination test. The results finds that the hypotheses and discussion show that product excellence, internet banking, and customer relationship management have a positive and significant effect on loyalty at the State-owned Islamic Bank located in Central Java both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of relationship marketing, service quality, and the use of m-banking on customer loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk in Semarang City, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk in Semarang City.  The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique as many as 102 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis model used multiple linear regression analysis model. While the data analysis technique used the F statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, and the t statistic test which was processed using the SPSS 21.00 program.The results of the analysis and discussion show that relationship marketing, service quality, and the use of m-banking simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk in Semarang City. Partially, relationship marketing and service quality have a positive and significant effect. While the use of m-banking has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk in Semarang City. Implementation of the results of this study PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk needa to continue to strive to retain customers and increase customer loyalty. This can be realized in several ways, one of which is by optimizing relationship marketing and service quality for it”™s operations.

Abstract

Kabupaten Jepara merupakan daerah di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki banyak potensi ekonomi, namun jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Jepara masih perlu diperhatikan. Selain itu adanya praktik rentenir yang banyak ditemukan salah satunya di Desa Tubanan Kecamatan Kembang Kabupaten Jepara juga perlu dicari solusinya. Dari pengamatan dan wawancara dengan masyarakat sekitar, menunjukkan mayoritas masyarakat setempat belum menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan literasi masyarakat terkait pengelolaan keuangan keluarga sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Dengan begitu keuangan keluarga dapat dikelola dengan bijak sehingga kebutuhan keluarga dapat tercukupi dengan aman, tenang, dan terhindar dari banyaknya hutang konsumtif. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan paparan materi oleh narasumber dan simulasi perencanaan keluangan keluarga oleh peserta pengabdian. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya literasi terkait pengelolaan keuangan keluarga syariah dan meningkatnya inklusi keuangan syariah di Desa Tubanan Kecamatan Kembang Jepara.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of service quality, bank digitalization, and customer relationship management on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening. The number of samples was 110 customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia in Semarang, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis model used in this research is the path analysis model, and the analysis technique uses a simultaneous significance test (F test), partial significance test (t-test), coefficient of determination test (R2), and Sobel test processed with the SPSS 26.00 program. The results show that quality service, bank digitalization, customer relationship management, and customer satisfaction simultaneously significantly affect customer loyalty. Furthermore, service quality, bank digitalization, and customer satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, customer relationship management partially has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Path analysis test results show that customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty. However, customer satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of bank digitalization and customer relationship management on customer loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia in Semarang City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of service quality, trust, customer engagement, and customer value on the loyalty of financing customers at Sharia Commercial Banks in the Semarang area, both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study is all customers of Sharia Commercial Banks in the Semarang area. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling of 100 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The multiple linear regression data analysis model with the analysis technique of statistical test F, determination coefficient test (R2), and t-statistic was processed using the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of the analysis show that service quality, trust, customer engagement, and customer value simultaneously have a significant effect on the loyalty of financing customers at Sharia Commercial Banks in the Semarang area. Partially, service quality and trust have a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, customer engagement and customer value have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of financing customers at Sharia Commercial Banks in the Semarang area.

Abstract

Kawasan Sindoro-Sumbing kabupaten Temanggung merupakan daerah yang memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan kopi Arabica. Selama ini masyarakat kurang mengutamakan budidaya kopi karena komoditas ini kalah pamor dibandingkan tembakau. Kopi merupakan salah satu alternatif yang patut dikembangakan sebagai langkah diversifikasi. Namun masyarakat memiliki kesulitan permodalan untuk pengembangan usaha,   belum bankable terutama di bank syariah, keterbatasan pemasaran karena hanya mengandalkan pemasaran offline, belum memanfaatkan teknologi internet dan kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai Good manufacturing practice (GMP) untuk produk kopi bubuk.Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk membantu masyarakat di desa Bansari Kabupaten Temanggung mengembangkan tanaman kopi menjadi komoditas yang alternatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah masyarakat adalah dengan pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap peran Lembaga Keuangan Syariah (LKS). Peserta pelatihan juga menyatakan sudah menggunakan HP untuk mendukung kegiatan usaha dan pemasaran namun sebatas aplikasi WhatsApp dan bersedia untuk menggunakan aplikasi dan platform lain selama pendampingan. Terjadi peningkatan motivasi pasca pelatihan yakni perilaku positif untuk belajar mandiri budi daya dan mengolah kopi dengan pendampingan dari MPIG-KAJSS. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mitra pengabdian dalam melakukan proses diversifikasi ke tanaman kopi sebagai komoditas yang patut dipertimbangkan.

Abstract

The financial performance of Islamic Banks during the Covid-19 pandemic is interesting and important to study because of its function as an intermediary institution. The research has a purpose to investigate the fund-raising performance in Islamic Bank before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The object of this study is Bank Syariah Bukopin in Indonesia. The different tests namely The Paired Sample t-test and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test are used to find out the distinction of Islamic Bank’s fundraising performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. As the result, this research reveals that the performance of Islamic Bank’s fundraising before and during the Covid-19 pandemic is significantly different. This means that the Covid-19 pandemic has significant effect statistically on Bank Syariah Bukopin’ fundraising performance. The number of Bank Syariah Bukopin's third party Funds namely Wadiah Current Accounts, Wadiah Savings, Mudharabah Savings, and Time Deposits, has declined significantly during the covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

The research entitled "Sharia Banking Performance Based on Bank Health Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic" was based on the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, which had an impact on bank health but also hampered Indonesia's economic growth. One of the sectors that the government has focused on in dealing with economic problems is banking, which is predicted to be affected by the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of Islamic banking using the health ratio variables of Islamic banks, namely: Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Operational Income Operational Costs (BOPO), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). This study uses secondary data, namely quarterly financial reports for the two years before (2018-2019) and the two years during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021). The sample used in this study is Islamic Commercial Banks that fall into the BUKU 2 category (Business Commercial Banks), namely Banks with Core Capital of at least IDR 1,000,000,000,000.00 (one trillion rupiah) to less than IDR 5,000,000. 000,000.00 (five trillion rupiah), including Bank Muamalat Indonesia, BCA Syariah Bank, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, and Bank Aceh Syariah. Data testing method using descriptive statistics, normality test, and hypothesis testing. For the normality test use the Shapiro-Wilk test due to the small number of samples.
