Abstract

This study aims to examine the digital transformation adaptations undertaken by the Yogyakarta City Inspectorate and the Sleman Regency Inspectorate, functioning as Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP), and to assess how these adaptations influence the inspectorates’ supervisory roles in today’s digital era. The internal supervision process includes auditing, reviewing, evaluating, monitoring, and conducting other oversight activities to ensure that the tasks and functions of regional apparatus organizations are executed in alignment with established indicators. This qualitative descriptive research collects data through interviews, observation, and document analysis at the Yogyakarta City Inspectorate, Sleman Regency Inspectorate, and the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Representative Office in the Yogyakarta Special Region. The data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The study specifically examines digital tools and processes such as electronic audit management systems, digital reporting platforms, and data analytics software used by the inspectorates. Results indicate that, as APIP entities both at Level 3, the Yogyakarta City and Sleman Regency Inspectorates have not yet fully integrated digital adaptations into their supervisory roles. However, both inspectorates have made notable progress, advancing from basic digitization toward digitalization and digital transformation, though the process remains incomplete. The use of these digital tools has begun to impact supervisory functions by enhancing data accuracy and streamlining some oversight activities, yet challenges remain in terms of system interoperability and user proficiency. Strong commitment from regional leadership and the inspectorates is essential to enhance regulatory readiness, budgeting, infrastructure, and human resource capabilities to achieve comprehensive digital adaptation in their supervisory functions

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) merupakan permasalahan sosial yang berdampak serius terhadap tumbuh kembang anak, khususnya pada aspek psikologis dan sosial. PAUD Pandan Wangi di Kabupaten Magelang menghadapi kondisi di mana sejumlah anak menunjukkan tanda-tanda tekanan emosional akibat mengalami atau menyaksikan kekerasan di lingkungan keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru PAUD dalam melakukan deteksi dini dan pendampingan psikososial bagi anak korban KDRT, serta meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua dalam menerapkan pola asuh positif tanpa kekerasan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan deteksi dini, workshop keterampilan konseling dasar, penyusunan dan implementasi tools deteksi dini berbasis observasi perilaku, serta penyuluhan partisipatif kepada orang tua. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai bentuk dan dampak KDRT dari 58% menjadi 96%, kemampuan mengidentifikasi tanda-tanda psikososial anak dari 42% menjadi 92%, serta keterampilan penggunaan tools deteksi dini dari 25% menjadi 83%. Pada kelompok orang tua, pemahaman tentang dampak KDRT terhadap anak meningkat dari 54% menjadi 89%, dan komitmen menerapkan pola asuh tanpa kekerasan meningkat dari 41% menjadi 90%. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini secara efektif meningkatkan kapasitas guru dan orang tua dalam perlindungan anak serta berhasil membangun sistem deteksi dini dan pendampingan psikososial berbasis PAUD yang lebih responsif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has encouraged governments to adopt digital systems to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of public services. One form of this transformation is the implementation of E-Government in election administration, including the use of the Logistics Information System (SILOG) by the General Election Commission (KPU). Logistic Information System is a technology-based system designed to integrate the planning, management, distribution, and monitoring of election logistics in a digital and integrated manner. The implementation of this system is important to support more effective, accurate, and well-documented election logistics management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SILOG in election logistics management at the KPU of Magelang City. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Informants were selected using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques involving several parties directly involved in managing the system. The analysis applies an E-Government framework that includes aspects of support, capacity, value, willingness, and local culture, as well as the identification of supporting and constraining factors in its implementation. The findings indicate that the implementation of SILOG contributes to supporting a more integrated and digital-based election logistics management process. Its implementation is influenced by various factors related to institutional support, resource capacity, and technical and organizational conditions in practice
