Abstract

This research aims to measure the impact of service quality, commitment and discipline on the learning motivation of economics students at the Islamic University of Borneo MAB Banjarmasin. The test equipment used for this research uses the IBM version of SPSS 22. Normality Test and Termination Coefficient Test. The population was 275 students (7 classes) in semester 5 who took the cost management course. The sample was obtained as many as 163 people from the number of students who were used as the population. The number was obtained using the slovin formula. Through this research, it was partially concluded that the variables X1, X2 and X3 has a positive and significant effect on variable Y. Likewise, from the results of the simultaneous test, it can be concluded that the independent variables (X1.X2 and X3) have an effect on the variable Y (dependent).

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kuin Utara 4 Banjarmasin berjumlah 30 orang yang seluruhnya dijadikan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Secara simultan kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kuin Utara 4 Banjarmasin. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kinerja, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze growth opportunity, managerial ownership and institutional ownership of the value of health sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2022 period. The research method uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research method. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely company reports from the 2019-2022 period in the health sector. The population of this study are health sector companies listed on the IDX in the 2019-2022 period, totaling 68 companies. With a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 17 companies was obtained. The analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and determination test through the SPSS program. The results of the study show that growth opportunity has an effect on the company value of companies listed in the health sector which are listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. Managerial ownership has no effect on the company value of companies listed in the health sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. Institutional ownership has no effect on the company value of companies listed in the health sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) untuk mengetahui sejauh mana literasi keuangan memengaruhi perilaku menabung mahasiswa; 2) untuk memahami sejauh mana pengendalian diri memengaruhi perilaku menabung mahasiswa; dan 3) untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri secara simultan terhadap perilaku menabung mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNISKA Tahun Akademik 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan literasi keuangan (X1), pengendalian diri (X2), terhadap perilaku menabung (Y). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 87 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi secara langsung. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung, dengan pengendalian diri juga memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk kebiasaan menabung yang baik. Hasil uji kelayakan model menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung mahasiswa. Integrasi literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri dalam pendidikan finansial dapat meningkatkan perilaku menabung mahasiswa, membawa manfaat jangka panjang dalam mencapai stabilitas keuangan dan kesejahteraan finansial di masa depan. Untuk meningkatkan perilaku menabung mahasiswa, disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan program literasi keuangan ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan, serta melengkapi dengan pengembangan alat finansial dan kampanye pengendalian diri. Abstract

This research examines the impact of competency and intellectual capital on the performance of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Banjarmasin City. This research used a quantitative approach. Data were collected via an online questionnaire with 51 MSME actors as respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results indicate that intellectual capital, encompassing knowledge, expertise, and innovation, significantly influences performance. However, competency does not show a significant impact on MSMEs’ performance. These findings provide insight into the condition of MSMEs in Banjarmasin City and can provide additional empirical evidence on the effect of intellectual capital. Additionally, this result can serve as a reference for policymakers to help MSMEs improve their performance through targeted training, mentorship, and collaborative networks. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing intellectual capital for MSMEs to enhance their performance. The finding that competency has an insignificant impact on performance warrants further investigation. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of Brand Image, Price, and Promotion on Customer Loyalty to Smartfren cards at Sugi Celluler Banjarmasin, both simultaneously, partially, and dominantly. The research design is quantitative and is conducted as a survey study. The results show that all the variables investigated—Brand Image, Price, and Promotion—have a significant effect on the independent variable when considered simultaneously. For the partial effect on Customer Loyalty to Smartfren cards at Sugi Celluler Banjarmasin, the Brand Image variable is the most influential. Furthermore, the variable that has the most dominant effect on Customer Loyalty to Smartfren cards at Sugi Celluler Banjarmasin is also the Brand Image variable. This is evidenced by the Coefficient table, where the Brand Image variable has the largest "Standardized Coefficient Beta" value of (0.526), whereas the Price and Promotion variables have values of (0.289) and (-0.002), respectively.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically map the development and intellectual structure of research on HR Digital Evolution in order to address the problem of conceptual fragmentation and the limited holistic understanding of digital evolution in Human Resource Management (HRM). The study employs a science mapping approach based on a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA method combined with bibliometric analysis. Data were obtained from the Scopus database, comprising 41 indexed articles published between 2008 and 2025 that are relevant to the topic of HR Digital Evolution. The analysis was conducted to identify publication trends, major thematic clusters, knowledge structures, and the evolutionary dynamics of digital HR research. The findings indicate that research on HR Digital Evolution has increased significantly over the past decade, particularly in the post-pandemic period, with a dominant focus on digital technology integration, HR analytics, artificial intelligence, digital competency development, and their linkages to sustainability and human-centered values. The results also reveal the limited explicit use of classical HRM theories, indicating a theoretical gap in contemporary digital HR literature. The implications of this study are both theoretical and practical, strengthening the position of HR Digital Evolution as an interdisciplinary domain that requires the integration of socio-technical and dynamic capability theories, while also providing strategic guidance for academics and practitioners in designing more focused, sustainable, and evidence-based HR digital transformation agendas.
